Airtel rejecting my MNP application
I am using airtel no [protected] (Kerala) for the last 5 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to IDEA.
And i went to IDEA show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

But i receive a message from IDEA that Airtel mobile operator reject your porting . Because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation with Airtel because mine was an individual normal postpaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

I contacted my airtel customer care about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir

AirTel — rejection of MNP

Sir,
I am Syed Ibrahim. I am using Airtel number [protected](tamil nadu) for last 5 years.And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to other mobile opreator. But i couldn't get any response from airtel. I am not satisfied with their services because they collect high charges when compared with other mobile operators charges very less. They also collect charges when i call to customer care office regarding any complaints. so i am very disappointed.

Dear Sirs,
Our L/L is 4378503 from Madurai on the name of A.Annapoorani.We made payment through chequeTMB501371 dt.06/07/2011 for Rs.736/-and it was cleared on 13.07.2011 in our account.14th July 2011 our L/L was disconnected due to non-payment of phone bill our L/L was disconnected.I was made complaint and they simply told due to system upgradation the proble will be made and your L/L problem will be solved at sooon. Again I have complained on 14 th onwards by complaint no.48859026 for non-working of our Phone.Again I made complaint on the same day for outgoing calls barred and that complaint no.is48860542 dt 14/07/2011.And again I have complained on 15/07/2011 though our complaint no48926738 and also again the complaint was made on 20/07/2011 to regularise our L/L .
In this meantime we have submitted request letter with our bank statement copy on 18/07/2011 to release our bared outgoing line.and our L/L was regularied only on 26/07/2011.
We have made request to weive the landline rent from 13/07/2011 to 26/07/2011.
Once again we request you to weive the rent for the above period.

And i went to VODAFONE gellery and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

But i receive a message from VODAFONE that Airtel mobile operator reject your porting . Because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation with Airtel because mine was an individual normal PREPAID connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying so many lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

I contacted my airtel customer care about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir

Airtel Prepaid — MNP Request Rejected Thrice

I Had made a complaint for Mobile Number Portability From Airtel to Vodaphone But it was rejected thrice without any reason please note my complaint and take action as earliest i am fedup of poor network
I had given an application to port from VODAFONE to MTNL. I have been using this vodaofne number : [protected] from past 4 years. In July I converted to Postpaid from prepaid. My UPC code is VM528438. Today I went to MTNL office and applied to port out from VODAFONE. Vodafone sends me” Your Porting Request VM528438 dated 10Oct11 has been rejected due the number have been connectedless than 90 day” (I have been using this number in prepaid for more than 4 years, recnetly only i moved to postpaid, .Can you please help

I sent an SMS ' PORt[protected]' to 1900 on October 9 2011 at 6 pm for porting out this post paid number from Airtel.
I got an SMS immediately, in reply, giving my Unique Porting ID: AD858356 with October 24 as the expiry date.
I went to Vodafone customer Care in atta market Noida and produced before them my last, photograph, photo ID with proof of address, PAN Card, etc and they gave me a post paid Sim.
In the night of October 13-14 I got an SMS from Vodafone" Hello, Your Porting Request AD858356 dated 13th October 2011 has been rejected by your current operator due to there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber. Ps contact your current operator for further details. "
I called Airtel at 9 am and asked them to tell me the " subsisting contractual obligation " due to which Airtel rejected my Porting request. Mr Sachin, the customer care executive told me that they had not rejected the request, and there was no such "subsisting contractual obligation". He also said that I could speak to his supervisor. He connected me to the Supervisor, Ms Shama. Ms Shama also said the same. I told her that Vodfone would not have sent me the SMS mentioned above if Airtel had not communicated the rejection to Vodafone. Ultimately Ms Shama agreed to sent a revised communication to Vodafone agreeing to my Porting request. The reference No. she gave to me about this conversation with me is:[protected]. By this time it was 9.15 am on October 14, 2011.

At 6 pm I went to Vodafone's Customer Care Centre at Atta Market Noida and spoke to Himanshu, the executive. He confirmed that Airtel had communicated to them the rejection of my porting request due to " subsisting contractual obligation ". My last bill isRs -993 and paise 64. Airtel has my security deposit of Rs 1, 500. Thus Airtel has to refund to me about Rs 2000. My name is Alpesh Tomar from ahmedabad i am using airtel sim card since last near by last 7 month .I am the regular cutomer of airtel
but i am not happy the service of airtel . Because the company is deducting unnessecary balance from my accoun . On 14/10/2011 at near by 11 pm
i just made a call to my friend and after disconnecting the call what i have seen that company had deducted 20 rs from account . I got the message that your caller tune service is started but i never told them to start all these bull .When i called the custumer care one of the person recive the call and told think to him .After that he told i cat refund your balance .Then i told ok no problem dont refund the balance but just transfer the call to
your manager or supervisor, so what the answer i got from that gay the supervisor is on in office i will not transfer the call .After doing so many argument at last that gay has transfer the call .He transfer me to someone to the person whose name was lokesh chaudhary again i explain whole
think to him .These gay is saying that after all conversatoin that you not get balance back and he is also not giving any satisfactory answer to me . After all these thinks i have also made the complane for think and that extra deduction of my balance of my call charges . My airtel to airtel call charges are 10 paise per minite and other mobile 60 paise per minite . On 14/10/2011 at evening at the time of near by 7 pm i call on my one of my friends number who is using airtel only and i have talk to her for 3.17 minites according to that company have to deduct 40 paise but they have deducted 90 paise, and after that i asked that according to what you have deducted these charges, then what did they answer we dont have any detail of your call charges what is going with my number and also gave me someone personal mobile number and told that talk to her in morning. why should will call any personly? .And these is not first time they had done several times all these thinks but because i am not getting time that why dont done the complane . so now i want answer for all these thinks .i hope that i will get the positive support from your side ...My contact no is [protected] you can reach me any time on these no and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com .Hope that you will also not going to demotivate me ...

I think Airtel is trying to makes the people fool.

they are making money by cheap techniques such as started hello tunes, mitti ke rag, cricket without any request

I have 4 airtel nos. i have lost good amount of many by these techniques
In this way Airtel will loose their valuable customer
