[Resolved]  Airtel — unattended complaint and giving false statement

i have been a customer of airtel for the last 3 years currently i am have been undergoing an problem, i am not able to do outgoing sms for the last five days and i am have been recharged sms booster package too. in spite of being contacted the customer care many times they are just giving false statements. my complaint reference number is CLSMS[protected].
