Dear sir,
Subject:- Retailr easy card blocked
I regret to infom you that my friend easy topup card has not operating as a topup card an error massage comes that you are not registered to recharge
This number is useing from past 6 months but the error message is coming from 6 days back the number is [protected] in the name of mr.shankar, no946, k.t.street, mysore.
Please take nessesary action to release this lock and cooperate with your retilers.I hope this will be relesed as soon as possible

    we kind inform to you that mr.govind tolani, the erstwhile owner of premises no B 36/10P-J-1A, sankat mochan, varanasiallowed you in november 2005 to use small portion af the roof of above property for installation of transmission tower.     Subject: In case of non cash payment by ATM Machine and Seas my ATM Card by ATM Machine Due to power Failure.

    Most Respectfully I bag to say that, I am Bal Krishan Yadav S/o. Shri Gopal Das Yadav Lived in Varanasi (U.P.) Address k-46/80 Hartirath, I have a Bank A/c No. [protected] in Punjab Nation Bank, at Bulanala Branch, Varanasi. I have been gone to Luknow Since-1.02.2009 for Personal Reason. When i used ATM Machine Which in Situated at Hajaratganj Road, Lucknow. But I Could not received my Amount due to no money in ATM Machine So I use another ATM Machine of Corporation Bank which is situated opposite of PNB, ATM Machine. I was Another try for money withdrawal Rs. 5000 and all Process and Entries have to Completed by ATM Machine but no money Out due to Main Power Supply cut just ATM Machine Shutdown because no Battery Backup in U.P.S Of ATM Computer. So I Could not received my Amount (5000) and My ATM card. While my PNB A/c Deleted by Rs. 5000 and at this time Credited by Rs.500. I asked PNB Branch Manager in this Case he was Saying that wait for 1 Month but after one month there is not any amount credit in my A/c So Please I Further Request to you take a Best action in this Case and credited my A/c Rs. 4500 as soon as possibly.

      Hi,
      There was scheme nearly 4 months ago when the STD charges were 2.50/-, that monthly deduction of 1.50/- will enable us to call STD for 1.50/- per min. Recently Airtel declared that the STD charge is 1.50/- per min flat for all tariff plans. So there is no need of daily deduction. I have called Customer support 1 month ago and mentioned the problem. She logged the request and told that within 48 hours, my request would be proceesed. But nothing happend. I called several times again and even wrote the mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com I only got the assurance, but nothing happened. Even the customer support person told that they call only forward the request.

      Airtel Prepaid — daily deduction

      Hello,
      i am using friendz prepaid [old] from maharshtra. Our daily rental was 50ps but today i got an sms about daily rental to be 1rs. How can this change be implemented without notifying earlier?
      I guess this is not a good policy and airtel will surely loose thousands of their old customers including me.
      Please make rental as it was earlier... It is a request from all friendz customers..

      airtel prepaid mobile — deduction of charges

      They are deducting charges since last 1month for job alert&bikinirichalert subscription service which is never subscribed by me.2days back i unsubscribed this service through airtel relationship center kolhapur.but today i received sms of deduction of charges for the same.kindly take note of that .thanking you.

      AIRTEL mobile -prepaid — deduction of charges without request for cricket subscription

      Suddenly thereis message from airtel[protected].51 hrs, stating deduction of RS 3 , from prepaid amount for using cricket subscription service .I have not requested this service by sms or phone.
      Things like this suddenly happen, AIRTEL also send messages while in conversation fn roaming , and the line goes off , and you stand charged. otherwise ,again you have to call the party. ,this is anuisance, they cannot earn revenues like this?

        Hi,

        I got a phone call from Airtel (by name Ms Nikita, Cell: [protected]) regarding Gold Add on card on[protected]. She told me I would get last five digits same in my new number. I purchased the card on that sole condition. It DIDNOT happen. Next day I got phone call from her colleague, Mr. Vaibhav to inform me I will have to select another choice number.

        Nikita told me she would send me my money back if the card is not activated within two hours of selection of the new number. In fact the card was not activated for about 10-11 days. For all these 11 days I was trying Nikita's number but she did not pick. I had tried about 25 times on 4-7-2008 but she did NOT answer even once.

        I had made complaint to Airtel 121 and have complaint number 17246317 dated[protected] but so far it is not resolved. Airtel customer service called up and I gave her Nikita's number to check and she assured to get back but no one from Airtel Customer Service called back after this.

        When I went to Airtel Gallary today, they said they won't pay back te SIM card cost which that lady (Nikita) had received by making false statements/committments in any case.

        Can someone help me recover my money? Though it is small amount but such recovery might teach Airtel a lession after many such recoveries take place.

        Sir,

        Sorry they donot attend. I was usingh airtel phone No.[protected] and paid security for international roaming amounting to Rs.5500/-. Despite my repeated request by contanting at 121 and surrendering my above number they have not refunded the security as yet. Is there anybody who can help.

          Airtel mobiles SIM cards — Non compliance to roaming activation request

          All airtel executives are illetrate and bloody . They are not aware how to solve problems of their customers. All the time they make excuses rathar then solving it. Airtel claims that it is having top class network but all is bull . I get my phone disconnected while driving into the city itself.

Only due to getting my duplicate bill which takes some time for making payment. Hence my cheque is not accounted in your office and this has been included as non payment in my next bill. This compliant has been lodged several times but not attended so far. In my bill it is wrongly entered as T.N.E.B.-KKNAGAR. This has to be deleted.           I found that the same was missing and my bill amt increased.
          I went to the dealer regarading the same but in vain. My husband
          talk to one of your customer care executive and the plan continue
          but it should be applicable from the date where from airtel itself
          de-activated without my request.

          My husband also request the dealer to change the plan ( i.e. 125 coprorate) but I want to know that the clip charges that was not not applicable on my no. could be continued or it will be charged. being an govt employee for the last 27 years with Chandigarh

          Airtel Prepaid Card — changing the plan without the knowledge of user

          im basheer ahemed one of the costumer of the airtel prepaid card service and my no is [protected] . For several days i have noted that my call rates are very high and not tally with my 49p plan, when i enquired about the call rates they said i have changed my plan but so far i dint changed my plan and also i dint received any indication message from airtel for changing the plan .we also using two airtel prepaid no and using airtel internet connection service ([protected], [protected], [protected]), so we are a long time and regular costumer to your network . so i kindly request you to see to the problem and solve it immediately . my regular plan is 49p plan with daily rental re 1 for low call charges . I also would like to bring to your point that if my problem is not solved immediately i will terminate all my airtel services immediately

          I was an airtel consumer of HP no [protected] with an add on no [protected]. I got posted out from Dharamshala in Jun 07 and gave a letter to surrender my card. Further after coming to Jodhpur i paid my bill of Rs 1626 on 11 jul 07 and again gave a letter to jodhpur airtel office at Ratanada to surrender my SIM and as confirmed by the person at airtel office at jodhpur that SIM has been surrendered. On 20 oct 08 i recd a call from tees hazari court that an amount of Rs 2523 was pending against my name against ph no [protected]. I want to know that when i had surrendered my SIM in jul 07 then how a bal was left and why no communication was given to me regarding the same. Pl ease give complete details of the case as i feel cheated by Airtel. I will be grateful if complete details can be given to me because when i contacted dharamshala office i was told that i had given a cheque in Dec 07 which bounced whereas i have not given any cheque in Dec 07. Thus it is my sincere request to kindly give me the details of the case and forward the court papers also to me as i have paid Rs 2523 on 20 oct 08.

          Dear Sir,
          I, Rohit Sharma is having Airtel 500 DB Full Value Corporate Plan as an employee of Bayer Crop Science Limited in Haryana. Sir, on 15th October, i have activated Airtel MO on my handset Sony Ericsson K790i, which was deactivated on 16th October. Simultaneously, on 17th October, I also deactivated Airtel Live from my number, for which I got confirmation on 1:36 am on 17th October. On confirmation for this from your customer care centre at 121, different executives assures me three times, that both of them are deactivated and if it is running then it may be by default from your side and will be stopped by theemselves.
          Sir, on 4th November, I got message from number 64611015 on 9:35 am, in which it was mentioned to deduct 15 Rs. for downloading Polyphonic ringtone. Similarly, on 5th November, I again got message from number 64611099 on 1:15 am, in which again was mentioned to deduct 99 Rs for download the game.
          Sir, on confirmation of this from your customer care executive, Mr. Shivendra Singh, He told me there is status showing that I have doenloaded two games from www.indiagames.com. While from 17th October onwards, I didnot open even Airtel Live option from my cellphone.
          Secondly, when continuous assurance was giving from your side that Airtel Live and Airtel MO is deactivated from your cellphone, then why now it is happening which is actually not so.
          Dear Sir, we have approx. 60 CUG no of Airtel with corporate plans in entire Punjab and Haryana. Kindly look into this matter on urgency basis otherwise, I have to send legal notice to you for mental and financial harassment from your side.

          I am an airtel customer since last 1 year. My mobile number is [protected]. I was really happy to use this corporate plan worth Rs.699 & also the services provided by Airtel. Main purpose to take this plan was that STD as well as Local calls in this plan were reasonable. Being satisfied with this plan I had taken two other no. of the same plan. After one year I got an offer from another service provider cheaper than this . I send my request to Airtel to close my this no. after completion of its one year. After few days I was called up by your side and asked the reason to quit. I told the whole matter to the person and asked if he had any such scheme. He told that he has no such sheme so far. He also requested me to continue this no. and also offered a discount worth Rs. 300 in my next three bills. I told him to give me some time to think. I don't know how he has cancelled my previous plan and activated Rs.99/month rental plan whis is more expensive than my previous plan when I was ready to continue my plan. I was surprised to see the bill with new plan. My sincere request is please resume my previous plan. And adjust the extra charged amt. under new plan. If it is possible then please continue my no. otherwise close it.

            Reg: Wrong Billing and misuse of the mobile add on number: [protected]


            This is to bring into your kind attention that the above number was give to me as a add on card by one of your dealers from Jayanagar, Bangalore in the year 2005. I have a existing number ( [protected])which I am using from 2001 .I am a prompt payer of your bills and the amount is being paid on or before the due date. Recently I happened to see my mobile Bill ie: on 22/4/2008 wherein, I find that Rs 240 is being charged towards rentals on to my add number. This particular mobile number is not been activated till now nor I have given any instructions either over phone or in writing to activate The rentals are being paid since 2005 (when I checked up with the Airtel Service Centre, Nandidurg Road, Bangalore) wherein due to my own oversight I was paying the rentals till May 4th 2008 . I brought this issue over telephone on 22/4/2008 to your BPO executives customer care centre and I spoke to a couple of them. The names of the executives I have interacted are Ms.Kausar, Mr.Praveen, Ms.Meetal, Ms.Shalini &Mr. Satish . They gave me an assurance that the add on number will be cancelled and the rentals paid will be adjusted to my future bills of existing number. The next day I find that all out going calls from my existing number was barred. I was totally out of communication for at least a couple of days. On 2/5/2008, I approached the Airtel customer service centre at Nandidurg Road, Bangalore. and to my bad luck I find the mobile phone giving a message that the SIM card registration failed. I am using the SIM for almost 8 years. I consulted the customer service executive Ms.Vinutha at Airtel, Nanadidurg Road and she tried with three SIM and finally I got the fourth SIM cleared on to my mobile and she told me that the by afternoon my Mobile ( Existing ) will be activated. I did’nt get the SIM activated the same day. The next day I got the mobile activated and to my astonishment it was the add on number which was being activated by Airtel, Nandidurg Road, Bangalore. I could check the same by trying from my BSNL land line. I have never activated the add on card or given any verbal or written instructions to activate the add on number till this day. I have instructed to cancel the Number by contacting the customer service centre (ie; on 22/4/2008) for which no actions has been taken so far.. I approached Airtel, Nandidurg Road met Ms.Vinutha and mentioned that my existing number is not activated instead of that the add on number is activated. Ms. Vinutha took my mobile and told me that it was a mistake and hence forth the add on number will not be activated and that she will have the old number and existing number activated. Within 8/5/2008 I got my old number and existing number activated. It went on smoothly and I was using the number without any hassles..

            On 9/6/2208, I get a SMS stating that the total outstanding in respect of my mobile bill is Rs 5700/- . I have ever used my mobile for such a big amount or I have a necessity. Till May 4th 2008 I was paying only rentals for the add on number due to my own negligence. But in the bill for the period 5th May 2008 to 4th June 2008, I find that the bill amount for my regular and existing number is only Rs1481 which is acceptable and the itemized bill is been provided for the same. But I noticed an amount of Rs 4303.95 to be paid in respect of the add on number- [protected] which is not at all used by me .One of the mistakes I had done is paying the rentals for almost three years which has costed me more than Rs 8000 ( Verified with Customer service centre of Airtel, Nandidurg road) Apart from that someone has misused the add on number allocated to me. I assume that the activation has taken place within the period 22/4/2008 and 15/5/2008. This act of misusing the number has taken place from the time I claimed for the refund of rentals for the add on number which is not activated by me or used by me by calling the customer service BPO Airtel and for cancellation of the add on number and simultaneously bringing the issue to the notice of the Airtel Customer Service centre at Nandiudurg Road, Bangalore. I met the customer service executives for the clarification on the misuse. It also registered into my mind that the SIM card of the activated add on number which is being misused need to checked. The SIM number which is been allocated to me in 2005 and the SIM which is been misused to activate differs .The SIM which I received in 2005 the number is[protected] and the misused SIM number is[protected]. This details I gathered from Ms. Sangeetha of Airtel Customer Centre at Nandidurg Road, Bangalore. She called on to the add on number which is been misused and she could also clarify that it is being used by Mr. Praveen and the person who had got the number to him was out of station since he had gone to Kerala. She also called up her distributor of the Airtel at Jayanagar as well. I also insisted her to block outgoing calls as it may end up revenue loss if the misuse continues. Ms. Sangeetha had escalated this issue to her seniors in my presence and I could also hear from them that the issue is the misuse of the add on number. How is that the number being allocated to somebody for the past 3 years without the concurrence of the original owner of the number either in writing or authorization being used by a third person.

            I feel another possibility in this misuse, when at the time of changing the SIM of the existing mobile number [protected] of mine they have activated the add on number
            and when I contacted Airtel the next day Ms. Vinutha has mentioned to me that the add on number was activated by mistake. It was only for half a day. Meanwhile the SIM for the add on number would have been in activation mode. Meanwhile she had rectified and activated my existing number( [protected]) with a different SIM. She would have forgotten to cancel or give instruction for cancellation of the SIM for which the misused add on number was activated. I feel that it is a team which is involved in this misuse process. Also there is no necessity of identification since my identity proof is already there and the bill comes directly to me which is of no concern to the guy who is misusing the number.

            I also wanted to emphasize the fact that the bills which been sent to me consist of itemized bills for my old and existing number. The itemized bill for the add on number which is being misused is not there except for the total amount of the bill. Why is that? I wanted to scrutinize the itemized billing in respect of the same and I request you to send me the same at the earliest. Also I have noticed from the consolidated bill in respect of the add on number that the guy who has misused the number has made 881 calls locally, 71 calls by STD and 344 SMS has been made. The guy has gone in full spree. I wanted the complete statement in an itemized manner . You may see my track record for the existing number ([protected]) which clearly shows my payment history as well as on the usage of the mobile number as well my billing which has not gone above a certain limit( On an average of App. Rs 2000 a. month). I am also aware of the fact that mobile usage is costlier than land line. I am also subscriber of your landline connection. If these type of misuse is taking place, how do I trust the service provider? I may have to discontinue with Airtel totally.


            I have lost enough of time by meeting the executives of Airtel. Recently twice I get calls from the Airtel office stating that the misused amount is waived and that will not reflect in my bill for the future.( Mr. Vinutha from Airtel has spoken to me on the same.) Also I need to high light the guys in the customer service counter talk everything smoothly that they could do everything and not knowing to help and rectify the mistakes. Later calls come from the BPO for payments. The number which I get constant calls from Airtel is : [protected] for payments and also I get continous SMS for payments, this need to be stopped. The need of the hour is to find the truth and win the customer who is with you for 8 years using your various services.What I feel is that anything could be manipulated using different SIM for the number which is been allocated as an add on number of the existing subscriber if the number is not in use. Here the case is I was paying rentals for an add on SIM which is not activated so the comfort is much more for the person who misuses. The person is of the hope that it could go unnoticed..


            I wanted to mention that my time is money and I have also lost enough time in meeting the executives of your organization. The mental agony and torture by people from the payment department or recovery is also causing lot of trouble wherein it create lot of mental disturbance and agony not at office alone but also at home. I do agree if the mistake is mine but if somebody misuses how I can be responsible.


            I wanted immediate justification for the queries I had asked for or else I am constrained to go forward with the consumer court, press or legal authorities. I am attaching some of the recent bills for your perusals along with the copy of the pouch of the add on number allocated to me in the year 2005.







            I am management consultant and have put in 22 years of Corporate experience worked with companies such as Kotak Mahindra, Kelvinator, TVS Group, Franklin Covey, US etc and also traveled widely and knows about the management functioning of various organization.
            I am one of the brand ambassadors of your company and using the service since 2001 and if we are been deceived by someone like this it doesn’t speak good of the company and the message spreads. There should be an operational mechanism by which you need to check who has been allotted the SIM. Those SIM’s which is been allotted in respect of the numbers allotted to the existing subscribers should not be allocated to anybody without the consent of the original subscriber either in person or with the authorization and identity proof. The SIM which is been allocated has to be locked in the system.

            I await for your response within a week failing which I am constrained to approach the legal authorities for the damages being done .

            Airtel's services are pathetic. Their customer services number is nothing but a polite apology centre - not even the floor managers are able to do anything beyond apologising. Their turn around times for reinstation of service (which was incorrectly cut off by themselves) is 5 working days !! In this time & age, 5 working days is an archaic TAT. The TAT for their nodal officers to respond to ESCALATIONS is 10days !!! It doesn't get any worse than that. Normally, escalations are to be resolved in 24hours due to the nature of their urgency & negative impact on the customer. Perhaps the TAT for more higher escalations could be 10months, which is the time that I give Airtel to be wiped out of business.

            Organisations that are not sensitive to customers' needs/complaints have no right to thrive. Whats the point of advertising that they have 10lac customers - let them advertise how many satisfied customers they have amongst that 10lac.

            Just want to add to this complaint. like Mr Gopinath, even i got a call from Airtel - [protected], the person 1st tried to know the reason why i terminated my Airtel connection 2-3 months back, then he tried to convince me to take back the service, as he was giving me some betetr plan, after that when i wasnt convinced, he straightaway came to the point tyhat i have an outstanding balance o appx 700/-, which is a , as i had visited the koramagala airtel showroom and paid my last due and applied for disconnection. when i dropped his call as i was in a meeting, he started giving calls to my relatives and asked for my alternate number. this is a sheer bull and a harrassement.Later when i tried to call back the number, it appeared to be some kind of Airtel board number, which we cant reach. can you please send me a mail with full explanation that why Airtel is showing such a creepy face to a customer who has already settled his last bill and has got the connection disconnected 3 months back???

            i dont know how to approach you guys, I got this site by chance as i was searching for the origin of the Airtel number ([protected]) and now i can see that people from Airtel has been harrasing people from teh same number since a long time.

            I want an immediate action or an explanation about the calls, or next i have talk to the nodal office with my full details or take soem legal action against harrasment.

              On July 4th, I received an SMS stating that if I recharge for Rs.101 I will be given 999 days of validity within 72 hours and my plan tariff would remain the same.
              And I recharged the my number [protected] for the Rs.101/- and topped up my account for another Rs.121/- But when I call the customer care after 4 days they tell me that my existing plan is not eligible for the offer.

              If that was the case why should they send me the notification sms.And the customer care people have no clue about whatever happens to the customer and are given restricted access to cusomter into in their CRM for security reasons since they are outsourced.

              I know that, me compalining here is not going to make any difference. I am just posting it here coz next time anyone has a similar complaint please be sure that you are already dodged and thats why you are reading this. And we can't do much than asking for this at 121 for 3 times after which they will disable your customer care access and then you have to keep sending SMS to 121 if you have the patience.
              Today i have reacharged [protected] (top-up0 with Rs 222/-) during roaming from modern Mobiles(Turupur - Tamilnadu) Trans ID:[protected] but I have received talk time only Rs 2.22/-.

              i called to customer care from modern mobiles(Turupur) they are not responded properly there is no solution for the same. i ave last Rs 222/- what will be the reason. why it is happen.
              India no one worst customer service and cheating service - Aitel.
              Airtel advertisement is best. But the particular plane can't activate.
              One more think HT and Score alert and etc, automatically activate and cut money. That time call customer care don't ask the best result.
              i will show the airtel complaints in net. so i ask the top of the sentence.

HOWEVER, DUE TO BAD RESPONSE BY AIRTEL PEOPLE, I REQUESTED TO DECATCTIVATE THE GPRS CONNECTION WHICH THEY DID IMMEDIATELY ON 16.06.2008.                   Deepak Samant had purcased a SIM card, 6 months ago, from Mumbai. It was working fine from last 6 months. But when I came to Pune few days back, my SIM card is showing as It is unregistered. As all the incoming and outgoing of my phone are now block, so I am facing a lot of problem here.                     Dear Airtel,

                    Customer Name : Mrs Sudha Gajanan Bhise
                    Relationship with customer as: Daughter.

                    I have been asking for refund of my security deposit amount of Rs.500/- for my mobile number : [protected], serveral times (pl check your records in 121 in this case). All in vain.

                    When I had called for the first time, I was being informed that I will receive this amount by cheque within 45 days.

                    As off now there is no communication upfront from Airtel !!

                    On recently enquring on date 18th June 2008, I received sms with the simultaneously provinding the service request number :[protected] and we will get back to you by Wednesday 25 th June[protected] hours.

                    There was no response from Airtel either !

                    When I called on 121 Customer care the person told to get the refund i need to send my bank account statement through email.

                    Here to be clear I do not require LOAN from Airtel of Rs.500/- but my security deposit.

                    Awaiting for your QUICK and favourable response ASAP.

                          dear sir,
                          i took an airtel prepaid connection on 15/06/2008 after submitting the valid documents, photos and form. it was activated on 17th june. then after twenty days now my connection is barred from outgoing and incoming and when talked to the customer care it says that the documents have not reached them. my submission is that without documents verification no service provider is supposed to give connection and if airtel had done that then the documents should have reached them. now they are asking for resubmission of documents for activation. i want my connection to be restored and an apology for the nasty customer service.

                            I am writing this mail in great pain and frustration. Though I have been a satisfied customer of Airtel for the last 7 years but in the last one and a half months the way I have been harassed by Airtel Service centre I must say that I have changed my views about the company.
                            Bottomline is I spent more then Rs 35, 000/- in buying a blackberry set from Airtel Service Centre and out of 35 days I have not used it for more then 4 days. My new airtel BB no is [protected].
                            I bought Blackberry 8310 set from Sector 14 customer service centre at Gurgaon.
                            My number got disconnected on 23rd June on the grounds that I have not submitted my employment proof. Please tell me that I purchased this number on my own so why do they need an employment proof and even if it was required why the hell it was not informed to me when I submitted my other documents when I bought this number from the same place.
                            On 24th june immediately I submitted my employment proof in the hands of Manager of Service Centre and after that the services got activated but ONLY GSM and no value added services got activated.
                            From here the service centre people started torturing me. I called up the manager on the daily basis from 24th June to 27th June for restoring my VAservices as I was not able to access my e-mails.
                            he keep on dodging my by saying that the services are getting activated in next half an hour but it never happened for 5 dsays. Everytime I called up at 121 I got to know that I have not submitted my employment proof whereas I had given the proof in the jands of that manager.
                            On saturday 28th June at last, I personally visisted the service centre and he restored my services in half an hour and told me now I can use my BB without any issues. I cant understand when it was half an hour job for him then why the hell he hadn't done this when I was following up like anything with him. He also told me that employment proof was not required as its my personal number.
                            On 30th June once again my VAservices got deactivated and the reason was same that I have not submitted my employment proof. After couple of hours even my SIM got deactivated and the phone stopped working showing no coverage and SIM registration failed.
                            I again called up this great gentleman and he told me that you come to service centre again and I will change your SIM card. I visisted the service centre on 5th july and his guys told me that he is not in office whereas he was in office only. On my insistence that I want to meet him he came out from his cabin and told me that he is not having any SIM card and I can come on Monday or may be I could go to other service centre. The staff there treated me as if I am demanding unreasonably and told me to come on Monday only.
                            What the hell these guy thinks that we have all the time in the world to follow up with these guys. I am suffering after buying a handset for 25k, depositing 6k for international roaming and 5k for the first month bill and I have not used my phone at all.
                            Airtel Blackberry customer support is the worst service available in India.
                            They have people who do not understand problems and rather aggravate the problem
                            All those ads in newspapers and on television are a hogwash.

                            hi i have never seen such a bad service ever i had made a complaint reguarding the recharge of my number i did last month of RS76 on which i was suppose to get 500 sms free which i did not get & i was charged for the msgs i called up & had a word with your agent & senior agent as well but they was no action taken they told me they are goin to refund me the complete money but they did not i kindly request oyu to refund or else i will have to take this matter in the consumer court for fraud case & get it in media.

                            You are providing service of internet connection but it gets disturbed during night...and it becomes so embarrasive some time that u can't even login to google mail which is the fastest tool for gtalk...!Kindly do something regarding this so that maximim number of people opt for Airtel rather than some other option as BSNL and so on!                             Wait till youneed repairs from Airtel. I sent my ahndset for repairs as the croll wheel was not working and was first asked todeposit Rs. 8, 900/- at SOuth Extension before they could accept my hand set. This is the great indian telecom robbery. They need to be dragged tothe consumer courts and the Competition Commission. A new hand set costs Rs 13, 000.

                            I am waiting for number portability to come and then I will be off to any one but Airtel. They have become compalcent becuase they have grwon too much too fast. The consumer will show them their place soon if they do not get their act together.

                            Airtel is a for great [censored] in terms of service. They dont care, for customers.

                            Even I bought a new phone blackberry curve from Reliance. But, they gave me defected phone. At the time i bought phone, the SIM was not getting in. Blackberry person, somehow inserted it forcefully, but guaranteed that the product is OK. Now when I changed the number and about to insert the SIM. I stood at the same place and finally I was told it would go for repair.

                            In nutshell, RELIANCE and AIRTEL have grey marke product. Never buy Black berry from them.

                            I recharge my Airtel number [protected] dated 15 Sep, 2009 for Rs. 501. The validity of this recharge card is for five months and balance is 445. I have got my balance but validity is not update. After five days 21 Sep 2009 I recharge my number for Rs. 200. The validity of this recharge voucher is one month and balance is Rs 103. The balance is shown in my mobile but validity is not updated. So my mobile is not working.

                            Now I feel you are cheating your costumer in this way. My mother is admitting in hospital. I am very much mentally disturbed to calling you so many times.

                            There are so many networks company in the market. I will take any other network.
                            The worst customer service telecom company...I am waiting for number portability to change my service from airtel to some other network provider...

                              Airtel are big cheats. I got a delhi phone number recharged by Rs. 333/- while i was in BAroda and i dont't get any money. THe BAroda customer service say they can't do anything because of the fact the number was from Delhi and the Delhi customer service doesn't pick up the phone. I go again to the Baroda Service CEntre and they say they can't also reach Delhi and can't do anything.
                              So, nothing happens and no money back...
                              Loss of 333 rupees and all the effort
                              What a shame !!

                                Respected Sir,
                                I have given complient on 18 June 2008. So far i have 21 Reference Numbers, but so far i didnt find any solution for it. Whenever i call the customer care there is no proper reply from your side.I am really fed up o[censored]sing this network.I want to know when my complint will be solved, or shall i move to better network where they are ready to serve me better. Hope this mail will do the needful. or this may also go to the crush box.

                                  i recharged my andrapradesh airtel number while on roaming in kerala for 222 rupees. i got 2 rupees in my balance . when i came to roaming i got a message from airtel saying that if recharge for 222 then i ll get around 199.8 rupee. so i recharged. but i dint get the balance . i called 121 for several times an customer care officers were saying it ll be ok with in 6 hours. but now it is almost 3 days an i dint get my balnce. in this issue what can i do to get my balance

                                  I have recharged 500 rupees for my Airtel Dth connection[[protected]] through Net Banking, Soon when i recharged, 500 rupees from my account got debited, but when i check with the customer care officers, they said no recharge has been occured for my customer id. They were simply re-directing me to call to some other numbers and they were giving some Bull- explanation like asking me to verify whether i recharged to my number only or other number.

                                  Also few other customer care executives were simply dropping the call soon after asking my complaint. One of the worst customer care i have seen ever.

                                  I donno how to proceed furture to the higher officials, This is leading me to spend another 500 rupees for filing a case in consumer court.

                                  There is no recharge available in my residential place.When we ask for the reason why there is no recharge available it seems that they are only receiving too less amount of commission.This strike was going on for 1week and now the are collecting extra RS5 for per recharge.
                                  If this thing keep on going then u will be loosing too much of coustomer of airtel.Please kindly consider this matter before it get worst.

                                    New connection verification problems
                                    recently i buy a new airtel connection. After activating this connection working properly for 10 days. Past 5 days it is disconnected with a reason of negative address verficatiobn.

                                    I have sumbitted all the valid proofs. I called so many times to 121, and they have provided one number [protected]. I have been trying to reach this number for the last 4 days, but it is giving message 'It's not a valid number'.

                                    please considered that most urgently. I lost more because of the disconnnection.

                                      We bought one prepaid Airtel mobile calling card NUMBER 97583664/[protected] for rs 500 from Airtouch connect(authorised dealer of airtel), nishant kunj pitampura, delhi on 2 july 2008 and returned it to them within one hour of the purchase the reason being it did not fulfil our requirment.We wanted to use it to make calls to Bangkok but this was the card which could not be used anywhere in India as it was the card with roaming facility around the world.We did scratch the card but it could not be activated as it was not valid in India.we complained about this to the dealer but he neither returned the money nor changed the card saying it was scratched
                                      Although he verified the card has not being activated
                                      As we have not used the money because the card can not be used in India, what difference does it make whether the card is scratched or not.The madam at the dealer's was well aware that i wanted such a card to make call to bangkok, even then they sold the card to me.
                                      I want my money back...

                                      I purchased two world calling cards of denomination 500/- each from international airport & when tring to connect not able to get through (It says card is not activated). Please tell how to activate as in card nowhere it is written how to activate it. It is written all where that it comes pre-activated.

                                      I purchased a long distance World calling card for Rs 500/- on 28 Sep 08 from N Delhi before leaving for Ireland, Dublin. the WCC was issued vide bill No 1132 dated 28 Sep 08 of BB Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Dwarka,
                                      Delhi-75. My WCC sl no is 977630370000977630370004.(Date of packing-1/08/2008
                                      After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received an recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. this is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.

                                      Airtel, Delhi is requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that I can make use of the card as per the conditions laid down for use .
                                      Dear Sir, I purchased an Airtel world calling card from Mumbai International Airport sometime in February 2009 and have not used it until now I just opened it on 21st May 2009 and before scratching the card I noticed that the validity of this card was already expired in July 2008. This is a total fraud and I am very surprised to see that such a big and reputed company is indulging it's staff to sell expired cards at famous venues like the International airports.

                                      I do hope that some action is taken and the responsible persons brought to justice. For your reference my card is Batch No./Tracking No. 97502333 / [protected].

                                      I bought a Airtel world calling card in chennai airport on Jan 4th. In the card its mentioned that first use within 9 months of the date of pkg and the date og pkg is 25/Oct/2008. When I tried to use it today 19/Jun/09, it says that it is expired. I didn't even use this card for a single minute to call. I need my minutes back. When I called the customer service of world calling card they said they can't do anything.
                                      My 500Rs gone. To whom should I contact to get my minutes back?. Please let me know.

                                        THERE IS A CONTINUOUS DEDUCTION OF RS. 25.00 PER MONTH (PAST 2 YRS) AGAINST AN OLD SCHEME WHICH TO ME WAS INFORMED THAT AS SOON AS I TAKE A NEW SCHEME OF THE SAME NATURE THE OLD SCHEME AUTOMATICALLY GETS TERMINATED. THE WORST IS NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND DO NOT ANSWER TO MY CALLS. THERE ARE VARIOUS OTHER CHARGES THAT THEY KEEP DEDCUTING BUT AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY REFUDN THE SAME. BUT THE OLDEST PROBLEM WHICH IS PAST 2 YEARS IS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE-OFF.
