[Resolved] Airtel — taken extra charge & not given invoice | |||
Hi, my name is Nitika agrawal, I have a airtel DTH TV connection ID no [protected] , in same ID no i have 2 connections last thursday i had a complaint that its not working & showing error code 2, next day engg visited and just cleaned its card & my cable got working for that he told me that service charge is 120 rs , I asked him for the invoice or to give me any bill but he deniyed & told we dnt give any bill, other then that i told him that my remote is als not working properly he told me that i have to buy a new remote because old is now useless , then yesterday on sunday he given me a new remote that of RS250 , today on 31.12.2012 i received confirmation call from AIRTEL: DTH TV that my complaint is resolved or not ..i told him this all story & he told me that remote price is 200RS not 250 RS , & engg has not given invoice that means that amt was kept by engg & not submitted to company........i have a request from you to pls pay back my money because for such a small company how can a company can charge RS120 & also not given any invoice & of remote engg has taken RS250 from me...pls pay back my amount as its noy a fair deal to customer...this is non genuine charges by comp engg's pls resolve my complaint as soon as possible .. I HAVE PURCHASED TVS SCOOTY IN FEB-10 FROM ONE OF THE SUB DEALER OF TVS MOTORS BUT TILL NOW EVEN AFTER SO MANY REQUEST DONE THEY ARE NOT GIVING ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR THE SAME
