[Resolved]  Airtel / WAP Service — Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10.

i have two air tel no [protected] and [protected] so please unsubscribe to me from all airtel live or wap at the earliest

Even i m also not using Airtel live and every month Rs 60 are deducted from my balance for two subscription services. I want to get rid of this now.

This msg I am receiving every 10 days and the fact is that I have never subscriibed this service ,
Last week i complained to customer care and they told that they have diconnted . But still I am receiveing the Msg .

The same problem with me also. Even when I reply asking deactivation to the sender's no[protected] it shows not sent, god knows why.

Airtel WAP Service — Do not use the airtel WAP service still 20 rupees are deducted every week

I accidentally registered the airtel WAP service and now they keep on deducting 20 rupees every week. I donot know how to use that service and hence have never used it. I have sent a sms for deactivation still it does not respond in a positive way.

despite of a number of complaints, the archie comic strip from airtel live, is not being cancelled
from my mobile number [protected], and every week rs.10 is being deducted from my number
the complaints i made on airtel customer care have not been neglected. i think it is a crime and
must be judged by the law.

my balance is often deducted by Rs 10/.i could' nt agree with this.and airtel do not gave any oppertunity tospeak with airtel customer care workers.And u should replace my money.i think this is 5th time i lose my money.

I am not using any of the services from airtel, i have send them Start Dnd, than also they are sending me msg Bikinirichalert-3day free subscription service from Airtel & charged Re.1 everyday.After complaining to customer service, they don't know what to do, always unsatisfactory reply.Please do the needful.

The archie comic from airtel live has activated my subscription without my consent and deduction of Rs. 30/- is being deducted for the second consecutive month from my account. I want to unsubscribe and when dialling rhe airtel no 121 the customer service is not available. I want my 60/-Rs. credited back to my account and i want to unsubscribe the sai preachings on my phone too.My no: is [protected]. It is a crime not to ask from the customer whether he/she wants to subscribe or not. I hope action against my complain will be taken soon and intimated.

on internet surfing even if i dont click on wap service link they automaticaly redirect me to that page and without any confirmation or response they say that thank you for downloading this this application you are deducted by 20rs .wtf service airtel provideing .even i dont click any link they serves me and deducting money.now i am going vodafone or docomo which has better network .you are going down "airtel" day by day.i havent expected airtel like this.you will not believe but i have been unnecessrily deducted by minimum 500rs till now...i am computer engineer so dont tell it can be your mistake. i know that all deduction are geniuenly unexpected without my mistake of any kind you say.in other regular sites they provide wap link and even if you dont click on link they start service.in message i get link also to unsubscribe but till 5 day that unsubscribe link is not working.what is this?

to currently stop any unexpectedly started service sms "STOP" to 121 and follow procedure but you cant get money back that are already benn deducted

Airtel — Without subscribing for any services Airtel Company charges me every day by Rs.10.00 to Rs.15.00

I am having Pre-paid lifetime mobile connection from Airtel in Mumbai. My phone number is [protected] in the name of Shweta Shinde. Very recently I have observed that I suddenly receive a message that your account is debited with Rs.10.00 - Ishquiya download ... although I never subscribed for the same. Like this there are at least 3-4 messages I receive alternatively and my entire recharged amount is syphoned off by the service provider - AIRTEL.

I need this to be stopped immediately and all such amounts refuuded to me and many such Pre-paid AIRTEL Subscribers so that general public is not cheated by AIRTEL.
