I had also invested thru Vikas Yadav in the said project and was amazed to see that he diminished his contact with me over the period of time. when i contacted him he did not respond. later he asked me to file an fir in thana and pay rs 5000 for police wala expenses. and yet there was no response from his side. today i got to know that he has been arrested in some case and is behind bars in rajsamand. if any one has got any info on this thief then pls share on this site.

The comments given by you people is not fully correct to my knowledge as far as i know mr suri or the company... this company came up with 999 per sq ft. as this is unusual rate in rajasthan... all other builders tried to push him back... but mr suri "man of strong will power" didn't got back... but unfortunately this is proven "Ghar ka bhedi lanka dahaye" yes this is true Mr Vikas Yadav the leader (today) of all the completents was the master mind planner for the buyback scheme. he has taken big commission from other builders to pull down mr suri from the heights. on the other hand he has taken a big amount of commission from mr suri also for the scheme... I am very happy with the above comment that the "Bas...d" is behind the bars.
Mr Suri its the time when you can do freely what ever you what to do... but do it soon as the its being very long time... i don't what to say that you will loose all the people (investors, buyers & team) to lost from you.

Hard to believe, after so many cases some body says god bless suri.Is it a joke?
Mr. Vikas Yadav is currently with police custody with a 2005 accident case when his car lost control which resulted in a persons death. PLEASE NOTE : THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SURI - AMAY HOME CASE. As a good citizen he surrendered to the police after the court denied him bail. Most probably he should be back by next week after the issue is resolved.

I have issued notice to IDBI bank regarding their demand for interest through Lawyer Anant Bhandari.
I also got to know that, IDBI bank is going for debt recovery tribunal.
Its time to be united and fight against IDBI Bank since individualy it is very tough to fight with a strong organisation.
I request all of the victims who has IDBI bank loan to please be united and access the website which has been developed by Jagan in our interest only.

Ltd.) which is to take place on 28.4.10. If the auction takes place, the there would be serious set-back to the investors who have purchased flats in the SKYLINE project. Therefore, immediate action is required to protect the interest of investors and stay on auction is to be obtained. I am Rohtash, ex employee of Amay Group. I have left the company a year ago when company blamed on me for taking funds from the company for personal use. Mr. Rohit Suri and Mr. Vikas Yadav both jointly lodged FIR against me in Vashali Nagar Police Station. They both came to my house at 11pm in night in last august and threatened my wife and son. We have left Jaipur due to these 2 people.
They both are best of the friends and all this which is happing in Jaipur under Vikas guidance is a fake. I am 100% sure if Rohit Suri is absconding them Vikas must be knowing his location. As I was Director for Human Resources department in Amay Group, I know who is the director and who else is employee.
