[Resolved] State Bank Credit Card — Amount Debited for Royal Sunderam Insurance without concent | |
Dear Sir, State Bank offered me a free credit card no.[protected] before 5 years.With the card they send a Royal Sunderam Insurance Alliance Co's health cash policy. They started policy premium deducting through my credit card.Every year I have paid all premium as per SBI's monthly credit card bill.When in 2008 , I sent a claim to Royal Sunderam they rejected it.After many call and mails atlast they settled it.But I Lost trust on Royal Sunderam Insurance and Immediatly I contacted State Bank and tell them not to renew the policy in the month of November 2008 and again in December 2008.But SBI officer told me to continue for because my renewal was on October 10,and he assure me he will not renew in 2009.At that i infoormed and requested him not to renew the policy without my concent.But again this year they debited Rs 5491/- through my credit card in Otober 2009 without my knowledge,I immediatly wrote a mail to SBI , they did't answer my mail for nearly one month. Yesterday they mail me that the Royal Sunderam Insurance company is not ready to reverse the premium amount to SBI, and hence I have to pay to SBI credit card.I am attaching my emails details herewith What should i do? Now as per my talk with your officer,I paid all my previous dues Rs 2980/- on 05/10/2009 vide Receipt no 14429737/IBC1552 through cheque no.117462 Of HDFC Bank,to clear my card.But when I received your statement on 9/10/2009 on my email ,I noticed that you had again deducted Rs.5491/-and Rs.204/57.I immediatly email you on 09/10/2009 and informed the same. In the meantime your officer called me from Chennai office and told me that my all debited amount will be reverse immediatly,and not to worry. Again one call from Ms Anjana came and she told me to pay only Rs 200/-,at that time I paid Rs210/- As per my side my card must clear.
