Apollo Tyres Tubless — irresponsible behaviour of staff

My Spark (Dec 2008) has Apollo tyres. Last month one tyre became flat but it was not punctured. I talked to ApolloTyres office at filmistan and then took the tyre to them. Me Praveen Katkar inspected the tyre and informed that it has a small cut on the side and is not manufacturing defect. When inquired about further course of action, he asked me to meet Mr Rajeev Sharma at Jhandewalwan. Itook appointmant and went to Jhandewalan twice, But Mr Sharma did not turn up even after waiting for more tha one hour on each occasion. Then I discussed with Mr Vivek Joshi and Mr Varun Saraswat. They guided me to go for hot patch repairing from Royal Tyre Centre. I enquired about viability of such repair. They confirmed that the tyre will be ok even for use at high speed on highways. I got the tyre repaired. Subsequently I had to go to Moradabad on 08 Aug and again on 15 Aug. When I was going on 15 Aug, the tyre suddenly became flat and vehicle could be controlled with great difficulty. With God grace my family could be saved. The tyre developed defect at the same point. This has been reported to Aplool Tyres. Waiting for thier response.

I HAVE PURCHASED TWO TRAILORS IN OCTOBER 2009 FROM VAIBHAV TRAILOR KOLHAPUR.
THE TRAILORS ARE FITTED WITH FOUR TYRES EACH OF APPOLO TYRES SIZE 9-16.
SIX TYRES ARE FULLY DAMAGED WITHIN TWO MONTHS FROM PURCHASE . TWO TYRES ARE BLASTED DUE TO FORMATION OF AIR. AND FOUR TYRES ARE DAMAGED BECAUSE OF RING BREAK. SO COMPANY SHOULD REPLACE ALL TYRES TO COMPENSATE MY LOSS.

I have purchased one pair of Apollo Tyres on 02/10/10 having specification of LOAD STAR 155/D-12.
After running about 1000 KM, one tyre gets cracked. And this crack is on non-working area (area which doesn't touches the ground.). As I approach to the Agency person, he says me to complain at the District Office which is at Sector-1, Parwanoo, HP. The officer sitting there says no to change the tyre as tyre was not cracked but was due to our own mistake.
but I have all, the points to justify myself. Please let me know the procedure to move ahead to approach the way so that I can get the replacement of the same.

Dear sir,
hey i got i20 n july 2010 in which apollo tyres are fited. got a crack on the tyre while drivin..in every eight day one or another tyre gets puncture.i think so i m spending more on punctures than petrol..apollo tyres sucks!!!

It has been 15 days since i have been running here and there and calling several officials for claiming a new tyre. I had given my tyre which had a manufacturing defect . At first i was told that there was no mfg defect by the engineer Mr ankit. There afterwards i had to visit their office at poorna kumbharia road and show them personally the defect. The engineer told me that he wanted an additional day and realised his mistake. i had to make several calls to him and atlast he told me that a manufacture defect was affirmed and due to unavalibility of tyres with any dealer he told me that a new tyre will be issued in 2 days. Even after 3-4 days after making several (atleast 20 calls) several being unattended by Mr Ankit, finally i recieved a cal(friday 22june 2012) l that i can collect my new tyre from shreenathji tyres on satuarday at 5 pm (date of getting tyres). I went there at saturday 23 june 2012 and the dealer told me that they recieved no orders of issue of tyres. Thereafter I made several calls to MR.ankit (mob no [protected]) but all call were unattended by him. Afterwards i called up the Purnakumbharia office (mob no [protected])25 june 2012 the person in charge started talking with me in a very bad and dispelasing tone and banged the phone.
It is the worst experence anyone can undergo.Such a big tyre manufacturing company having such irresponsible employees. I am surely going to complain to the consumer court. Such employees are a disgrace to the company and the society.

We have purchased New TATA ZENON on date 30/06/2011, Within guaranty/waranty tyre upper layer has been come out, i had given my tyre to 1sly TATA MOTORS, they complain and made a letter that tyre has defected and advice us to contact Apollo tyre.Now we had given our tyre to Apollo from last 2 week but they are not taking proper response. We are not really satisfied ther service of Apollo tyre.
let me know the procedure to move ahead to approach the way so that I can get the replacement of the same.
I hope that Apollo help us because it is big reputed company.

Dear Sir,

I have bought TATA SUPER ACE from DADA MOTORS LUDHIANA. The tyres arr of apollo tyres. I bought this vechile in December 2011. In Jine, Rear tyre got damaged on G.T road. I go to Dada Motors & compaint about tyre. They gave me letter & ask to go Apollo tyre office. next day I go to apollo tyre ofice & compaint about tyre. The office guy said that Engineer is not here & ask me to come after 3 days. I wnt after 3 days. The engineer look the tyre & said that it has damaged due to cut & refuse to replace the tyre.

Then I bought new tyre of MRF company.

Now with in one month, second rear tyre got damaged. The two tyres got damaged with in 16500 km running. Apollo tyre are of very poor quality.

I have another vechile which have MRF & JK tyres. In these 2 tyres, I have not faced any problem yet.

Please look in matter.
