APSRTC — Ticket not issued but money deducted from debit card

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked e ticket for Hyderabad on Garuda from GUNTUR for 1st November 2009. I have selected seat number 21 and went for payment and made the payment. I got confirmation that payment accepted, but i could not get the ticket. Immediately I rushed to bus stand and checked for seat number 21 and found not occupied. I have checked the bank statement and an amount of Rs 321 deducted towards ticket. I have brought the issue to Guntur depot and they asked me to contact [protected]@apsrtc.gov.in

However I understood from this site that many people are victims like me and none of the people got refund. Hence could you please use your offices and instruct the APSRTC to refund the amounts.

Money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.
We tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from Tirupathi to Chennai on 09th October 2010. We paid the money through ICICI debit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But ticket was not booked.The transaction reference no. is OB456214. And bus service code is 5570.

I booked a ticket from hyderabad to vempally for January 13, 2018. Money was deducted my reference number is [protected] & eid payment id 88906759, I did not get any e ticket confirmation & I didn't get any SMS. Please send my ticket number

Today I have tried to book a ticket BANGALORE to ONGOLE for service no.2636 for dt. 26/05/2018, the amount of rs.1086/- was deducted from my BOB credit card at 16-39 hrs to apsrtconlinein Mumbai. But unfortunately I could not get the ticket. Please arrange for refund of amount immediately.

I booked ticket yesterday from Hyderabad to Macherla whose merchant reference number is [protected] and EDS Payment id is[protected] and amount deducted is Rs 548. Amount deducted but no seat got reserved. Please refund the amount and do the needful. Thank you

I tried to booked a ticket from chennai to tirumala (travel date : 24/03/2022) today(28/02/2022) in the bus number:5629. My account is debited with amount but tickets not booked. Also I haven't got any OBReference Number for checking.

My name is jayanthsahith Dara few days back on 09th june 2022 i tried booking ticket from Hyderabad (Miyapur stop) to Jangareddygudem for service NO: 2782, initial payment was done using SBI debit card amount is deducted (562 rupees) but at lost got a error money would be refunded if not received a message. i waited for few days i didnt receive any message so rebooked the ticket using other bank then it succceded.
Now it is almost 2 weeks but my amount deducted from SBI has not been refunded can you please check and help to refund the amount.

I had attached proof of bank statement that apsrtc detected money from my bank account.
