i travel daily from gachibowli to mehdipatnam via ordinary apsrtc buses. We all know that boarding a moving bus is dangerous, but what else can be done if the stupid driver is just not ready to stop the bus at the bus stop. Many people board the bus the signal just before the bus stand (opp. JnIDBI Staff college). however at the bus stand, the driver is not ready to put a break. he just slows down even while watching the ladies board the moving bus. We are forced to board the bus since the next bus comes after half ann hour. i am talking about Koti bus 216, vehicle no is AP78z 2795, dated 25th May 2010.
Hope my complaint is heard. and some action is taken

I travel from Ramanthapur to rtc x roads in bus. Today, when I was trying to get into the bus the bus driver very arrogantly started off the bus. Firstly he did not stop the bus in the bus stop. There was enough space in the bus but he has stopped the bus very far away from the bus stop, and was moving while getting in. I somehow managed to get in and asked the driver for not stopping the bus. Then while I was getting down from the bus he closed the door by pressing the button beside him. It was actually a red signal for a long time, where I could get down vary safely, but he intensionally closed the door though the bus was not full, and he did not close the door infront of any signal before. Some people in the bus shouted on him for doing so but still he did not open the door.Bus is 113Y metro express and the bus number is AP 11 Z 6244., timings are 9 am to 9.40 am in the route from Ramanthapur to RTC X roads. Driver did not tell his name. Please consider my complaint.

In W.G.Dist., the rout from Tadepalli Gudem to nallajerla, the students are suferring with few buses .in this rout the nearly 800 students are waiting for buses up to 7:00pm .
so, please increase the buses
The bus conductor refusing to return the change, even when he has it... How often have we all experienced it? I notice it regularly, but somehow it fades from the mind once I get off the bus and start walking back . Last week, in each bus journey I counted more than a dozen passengers not getting their change back ranging from 5 to 60 on the stretch from IIIT junction to Jubilee Hills checkpost. Every time someone asked for their change, the answer was "later, not now" and in increasing rudeness level. The initial occupants were mostly from IT companies and perhaps gave up on asking or were shy to ask once the bus started filling up and the conductor disappeared in the crowd. For each traveller, the amount left is such that they don't have the patience to complain and even if they want to - who do they go to?

has anyone found a way to fix this rampant phenomena?

    Sir, We request you to extend the 136 N Bus Service now provided upto Hemanagar to West Balaji Hills. We the commutters from West Balaji Hills are facing problems as there is no conveyance from Hemanagar to west Balaji hills the distance being 3 kms. Previously we had a service at 5.45 pm from nampally No. AP-10Z-6660 which is discontinued. This generally reaches mallapur industrial area at and around 6.15 pm the time when most of the offices/factories in the industrial area are closed. The workers from this area who are to go to west balaji hills are now bound hire a sharing auto for 8 to 10 rupees, a high amount for a small pocket of industrial workers. The Passenger traffic at this time is quite high. Though there is a service at 6.10 pm at nampally and 6.45pm at Mallapur Inds. area it is not of much use as the time being a constriant, none of the workers wait for such a long time resulting in monetary loss to workers with a meagre income and huge loss of fame and wealth to RTC the public transport system of AP. I request you to provide the same at an earliest. Please do the needful.

      while booking my ticket time was taken around 15 minitues and i booked through credit card and ref. no. [protected], transaction details is ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD an amount is Rs. 936.00(DR) but my ticket was not booked. Another online referece id generated is "OB274689".
      i have given complaint to bank that my amount was debitet but ticket was not booked so please credit my amount back but they reply as given below

      We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

      However as per our record the transaction of Rs.936.00 of APRIL 30, 2010 was successful against ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD.

      so i request you to give the amount of Rs. 936.00 back as soon as possible

        Dear sir/Madam,

        Today lady conductor of RTC bus which runs from JNTU to hitech city(194 J/H) at 11:am used flirthy language towards me.
        I was in a urgent call and could not take ticket for travel untill the bus passed few stops.I have said sorry to conductor and asked her politily that due to some issue i could not take ticket as i entered the bus , please provide me a ticket taking this money.
        She started shouting at me in rude and local language, she did not come to me and verified whether i had ticket or not. It was me myself went to her apolagizing and said to her to give a ticket.

        She used very bad language saying i donot have shame on my part and because of me she is might lose her increment.
        I told her it was by mistake and any fine to be paid to TT/inspector will be paid. I will not put your name for that , but donot use such language towards me.
        Even the bus driver was shouting at me by stoping the bus at hitechcity and telling the traffic police men tat she is uneccesarily shouting at me.

        Could you please take action against such conductors who though being ladies try to insult ladies?
        Also any written complaint needed from me against the conductor will be provided by me.

        I agree with this becuase conductors wont come to the person and if we ask for ticket to them, they in return; instead of giving ticket to us, they start scolding. The conductor feels as if he is the owner of the bus.

          I am using online reservation facility fo APSRTC ticket reservation through
          www.apsrtc.in
          here it is not giving an option called CAT card facility, so I am not able to avail CAT card discount,
          please suggest ho to use it or provide an option in the site, so that the customer can avail the banifit.

          yes, The apsrtc people should provide this option for discount of cat caed ammount. then only people can use the cat card else no use of cat card for online reservation.

          Me too facing the same problem. Now a days most o[censored]s are using e-ticket booking. But, we are not able to avail the CAT card discount. Please report to APSRTC if it is possible.

          My name - O madhu. I would like to bring to your notice that while I am booking E ticket reservation and I am not able to avail the CAT Card discount. Hence, I request APSRTC authorities to look into the matter and provide us (CAT Card holders) CAT Card discount in E Ticket reservation system at the earliest also I request the authorities to provide the payment option through SBI Net Banking.

          I hope the APSRTC Authorities will accept my request and take suitable steps to Boost up the APSRTC Online Booking services at the earliest.

          apsrtc gives the facility o[censored]sing cat card for e ticket only at the agents not for individual users.Actually, they dont even want to give the concession of 10 per cent also.because for example on a ticket of rs 300 i[censored] have cat card then u will get ticket for rs 270 according to concession of cat card. but at the agent u will get the same ticket for total amount of rs 320 its not that agent demands extra money but the extra rs 20 get printed on ticket itself.SO for cat card holders, concession will be gives for 10 per cent of rs 320 that is they will get the ticket for rs 288.so the holders will lose their 18 rs even after holding the cat card.
          I suggest APSRTC to take care for CAT card holders, option has not been provided in E ticket which will go waste and let the people make use of the same.

          APSRTC fellows are so smart...Thats y they didn't provide any option for CAT card in online reservation system...But if they provide CAT card facility in online it will be helpful for all Andhra CAT card Holders...So please think about it and add CAT card concession in online ticketing.

          E-Ticketing software was not developed or designed specifically for APSRTC. It was bought from one company, who is supplying the software to many travel companies. It does not have any options to customize as per the client requirement. that is the reason, APSRTC do not want to talk about CAT Card option in Online.
          Why apsrtconline site is not providing option for one way ticket booking from warangal to Hyderabad.the vice -versa is available.

          APSRTC online reservation system — CAT card facility not available

          There is no option to use the CAT card in APSRTC online reservation system
          I have CAT card but its is useless as I am booking the ticket through online.
          If they add this feature that better.

          THE OPTION OF CHOOSING CAT CARD IS AVAILABLE WHILE BOOKING E-ticket. the general booking under cat card option is there
          Hello Mr./Mrs APSRTC e-ticket users... we have the cat card usage option during ticket booking
          The location where we can get that option is: In MY ACCOUNT window, need to enter journey details. In that the last option is "Concession". In that we have "CAT CARD" option. So by this way we can use the CAT CARD option.

            Hi,

            I tried to book a ticket on APSRTC website from Bangalore to Tirumala. The amount is been debited from my credit card but the ticket is not been booked. The message i got was "the seats are been released". Could you please help me in getting the refund

              We tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from chennai to Hyderabad on 24th April 2010. We paid the money through ICICI debit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But ticket was not booked.The transaction reference no. is OB269130. And bus service code is 5071....

              last month i ahve travelled with one of my friend from karim nagar to sultanabad the aps rtc is offering a 50% discount to the PHC people my fried is a PHC we travelled in a super luxery the condutor told us to pay the full ticket becouse the bus dose not offer the half ticket to the phically handicaped people i dont event understand why is the apsrtc using double mesures for the people are they showing that disabled pasendger should not travel in luxry bus iam also a poor person but i dont have any option other than posting theic email

              we are not getting enough buses for kadapa to anantapur or anantapur depot buses according timely. we are facing many problem due to delay timings of buses why this is happening. pls consider my request.
              make the bus timings correctly sir.

              im an employee weekly thrice i make journey to kadapa to tadipatri.

                    Hi,

                    Thia is Kiran staying at Begumpet in Hyderabad. I am a registered uder of APSRTC.IN which is used to book Bus tickets online in Andhrapradesh. When ever i am tring to log in it is giveing the same problem like "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD ).". Some time even we log in and book tickets and then at travelling date if you need to take printout of that ticket to trawel, you need to login. For that also we are trying to login but we are not able to. Its not only me facing this problem but every body who registered in this site.

                    The worst thing is that we arefacing this problem from the starting day when APSRTC opened this sute but they never try to solve this problem and we are facing this problem since DAY1.


                    Can you please take some action to correct these from APSRTC management?

                      dear sir,

                      Today i was travelling from New Gajuwaka to RTC Complex in bus no.400T which reached RTC Complex at 11.30 am....when i was getting down from the bus, the driver (tall, aged aroung 50-55 yrs, wearing spectacles) deliberately pressed the brakes, due to which the bus got a huge jerk and i was hurt in the knees and elbow.

                      I request you to kindly take action again the driver of the above mentioned APSRTC Bus.

                      On 17 December 2010, in the night, I was riding my motorcycle. At approximately 9:55 PM, I stopped at SR Nagar Signal before the APSRTC bus AP 28Z 5355 and was waiting for the green signal. The bus was on to complete left side of the road, from where it cannot pass the signal going straight, it needed to turn little towards right (that is where I was). The moment our green signal was on, the bus driver wanted to overtake me, while doing so, he hit my vehicle mirror and I went out of control and fell down. Luckily the biker next to me overtook the bus and asked the driver to stop the bus, otherwise the driver did not even realize and was almost about run over me and my bike completely and might have killed.

                      I agree, riding a heavy vehicle is difficult, but that is what they are trained for, if they are unfit for driving heavy vehicle, they need to resign or drive smaller vehicles, they don't have rights to hurt and kill public.

                      Complaint against Bus Driver — Verbal Abuse

                      This complaint is against the driver of bus(company bus) KA01D4458 for his misbehaviour and use of abusive foul languages. This incident occured today (14-April) at around 10 AM in the morning near Bellandur, Outer Ring Road. The driver after banging my bike came down and started abusing me in really filthy words instead of apologising for his mistake. On checking the violation in in Bangalore City Traffic, there were around 9 cases of violation against him(attached). Strict action needs to be taken against such irresponsible uncivilized people.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I am a student of 3rd year vnrvjiet, bachupally, hyderabad. The date on our ID cards is still up to 31st, may 2012 and we have training classes up to 31st, may 2012, so we wanted our passes to be renewed for the next month but at the bus pass counters they are saying that student pass renewal is stopped. They renewed the passes even the last Sunday for some students.So, kindly grant permission for the renewal of student bus passes which will be helpfull for us.

                          We are employees of Geological Survey of india, Bandlaguda. We ply regularly from dilshukhnagar, secunderabad and other far flung places in buses, 158G, 100G, 156G, 127G and 18G. The bus driver denied going to the GSI campus today, (22nd March 2010)and all the passengers were asked to get down at Bandlaguda and South end park as there has been instructions since Saturday(20th March 2010) not to go into the campus. The employees faced harrowing troble to reach the office on time. Such an erratic behaviour from a apsrtc is uncalled for and has put the employees in anguish .This should be rectified as soon as possible.

                            Lost of Baggage

                            I was coming from Secunderabad to Balanagar by an APSRTC bus on 11 Mar at around 0900 to 0930hrs. The bus left with my luggage when I got down for a bottle of mineral water. My luggage consists of the following
                            1. Hand Bag containing Id card, PAN card, ATM card, Driving License and other important cards and document.

                            Refund of online ticket reservation

                            I have made a E-ticket booking to Vijayawada on[protected] from Hyderabad, boarding point Ameerpet to 1:10 PM Super luxury bus. After making payment through ICICI internet banking gateway the E-ticket was not generated but my account was debited Rs.177/- and the ICICI Internet banking transaction ID:- IIN/APSRTC/[protected]/0

                            When I informed about the complaint through email they replied to wait for a month to get the refund...

                            I have booked a ticket thru APSRTC onlie with reference :OB229134, the amount was deducted from my bank. But i got a message: Seats are already booked, Contact APSRTC for refund money.

                            (Even after an 1hr same seats are in available state)

                            I don't understand the miracles of this APSRTC onlie booking.

                            Suggest whom i have to contact.

                            Hi,
                            When I try, always gives server busy.
                            If some time opens, journey selection are not at all available. I do not why you released online reservation without proper testing.
                            I almost fed up with the website. The same website, if we go any agent, he can do. This is the way of APSRTC webiste. Started in bigways will all loop hole like CWG games.
                            Ultimatly we have to balme government.

                            Please close all on line service reservation system for APSRTC and recheck complete business process.

                            Even they have not given any grievence mail ID or customer care mail ID, just maintaining the Phone number. THis shows how importence they are giving for customers.

                            Worest goverment and worest leaders on top position. Just showing that not increasing fare, maintaining successfully, who needs it. Now current generation, no one bother about fares.
                            Every one needs, Quality Service and mainatianance should be satisfied customer.
                            Buses will reach destination one hour or 2 hours later than KSRTC.
                            Drivers stop long time for tea and food and speedy is very less.
                            Try to learn more from the KSRTC.THis is my suggestion.
                            Any organization wants development which depends much more on quality service with profitablity.
                            Keeping same fares does not help to develop to organization.

                            Sir,

                            I have booked a ticket to Garuda service from Hyderabad Imliban Bus station to Tuni for the date[protected] on[protected] through online booking by HDFC Master Credit card. The amount is debited but ticket is not booked showing a remark that the seat number selected is already booked by sombody.

                            My user id is arsrao_72 and My transaction id is OB709608.

                            So, I have sent my request to refund money to my credit card account immediately on[protected]. APSRTC BOOKING Team responded by stating that they shall revert my money to my account. Still I have not received any amount to my account. When contacted nobody is responding.

                            Kindly look into the issue.

                              Iam NVN.Prasad resident @ Vijayawada (A.P) & Iam working as a Sales Executive in a Private Limited Company - in extensive touring work to complete my duties in-time thru any Mode like Bus, Train Daily.
                              My touring always starts from Vijayawada to cover Krishna , West Godavari Districts...So i will travel maximum NON-STOP services.
                              Especially Gudiwada, Eluru, Machilipatnam, Nuziveedu is my Regular covering Areas.
                              My Complaint/Suggestion is : Everyday nearly 1hour taken by APSRTC management only for Ticketing for NON-STOPs with in City level.
                              Example: From VJA to Gudiwada Distance is 45km. With in City level RTC people arrange 3 points to lift passengers for NON-STOP.
                              Problem is in the last (3rd Point - i.e.city outscourts) point 1 conducter came to the Bus for ticketing. Nearly 15 to 20 persons added in Bus after leaving RTC main stand. He collect money from each traveller and given change with his own style - it takes more than 20 min every day/every Bus. So already 50min crossed for the Main stand travellers who joind in Main RTC stand.

                              Pl.think Traveller comfort 1st..Discuss with your Organising committee....how to run the NON - Stop bus is a real NON-Stop way.

                              This is my 1st written complaint....but suffering with this issue from years.

                                I have tried to book ticket from bangalore to anantapur yesterday
                                through APSRTC online ticket reservation. Before that the ticket got booked, money was cut from my account. but no ticket got booked.
                                I got a message that ticket booking is aborted.
                                When will I get my money refunded.

                                  I have faced continous tortures in APSRTC night service buses(between 9:00PM to 10:30PM) from bangalore towards Nellore, Hyderabad, Kurnool destinations and vice versa..It was all the way horrible sleepless night journey towards these destinations service buses due to bed bugs(Nallulu) bites..Its very pathetic situation and very very poor maintainence of the bus services..why there is a poor services of APSRTC all the way..not only the destination routes mentioned above..so many of my friends faced the same problem with sleepless night journey and fell sick due to these bed bugs tortures..Due to these tortures i really dont want to use APSRTC service any more....Even though we complain this to conductor or drivers they are helpless..y cant anyone take notice of the passengers safe journey..what is APSRTC department doing?Y is it not taking action on its complaints raised against its maintainence?
                                  Is this the way you leave passengers tortured by these kind of poor maintainance..Public really hates this kind of negligence by APSRTC.Please take care of this situation.Else no one will be happy to board APSRTC services..

                                  We too are victims of this pathetic bus service and had many sleepless nights. I recently faced this problem on 20:00 Nellore - Bangalore super luxury APZ 1060 bus (Service No: 5087)

                                  We even lodged complaint

                                  Please somebody suggest how to escalate this to higher autorites for corrective actions.
                                  My brother and myself have faced a lot of hell due to rtc busservice We have reserved apsrtc ticket from
                                  Pamuru to Hyderabad MGBS for the PAMURU-NIZAMABAD SUPER LUXURY bus service on 16/1/2011.
                                  We faced many problems..
                                  1)Its departure time from Pamuru was 7:15. But it departed earlier than 7:15. Somehow we managed to catch the bus after 20 kms.But we didnt recognize the bus as it was not the superluxury bus. Its an ordinary EXPRESS bus.

                                  2)They didnt even change the bus service no.HOW CAN WE KNOW WHICH BUS TO BE BOARDED?

                                  3)To our utter despair, the conductor started giving tickets in Kanigiri. They didnt even change the Bus No.
                                  All the passengers were asking the same.But who will listen to their chaos.

                                  4)We can't even imagine the VERY POOR SERVICE OF THE BUS.The windows were not good. They were shaking a lot.

                                  5)The bus driver drove the bus in an ugly manner.We didnt had sleep all the night.Many people were asking him to go slowly.But he didnt listen n drove in his own way.

                                  6)Bus is to be stopped outside the MGBS busstation.But he didnt stop there.He stopped at ChaderGhat at 5:15 am.From there, we had to move to busstation

                                  These were the problems during our journey.

                                  But the real problem started after that.This is the main reason why i have been lodging complaint.

                                  7)On 17/1/2011, me and my brother were suffering from fever and vomitings.My brother couldnt even utter a word.For 2 days, he was the same.No recovery at all.Moreover he has an exam on 19/1/2011.


                                  Why these RTC are playing with the passengers lifes???????????????
                                  You have to complain Regional Manager and Depot Manager. Its been almost three years. Its surprising to see that this issue is not addressed. Its time to do a non-coperation against APSRTC.
                                  Yes, even i faced the same problem of bedbugs..I didnt sleep for the whole night..It is the worst situation where the passengers cant do anything, It is the result of the worst maintainance of APSRTC..Better atleast now they realise the problem of bed bugs and take some immediate action over this.Because of this many people these days prefer train which needs an advance booking of 1month before.The conductors and drivers are least bothered about it.No use even if you complain them.I hope APSRTC will take this as serious concern and take further steps to resolve this.
