[Resolved]  APSRTC / Bus Pass — renewal Bus pass timings

Timings of Renwal Bus Pass counter at Bus Depots.

The APSRTC that they have given Tenders for the E-seva Counters but at the time is from 8am to 8pm. There are many commuters in Buses there will be a school candidates and the Old people who daily travel by buses. But when they go to renewal the Bus Pass to Major bus depots Junctions like Rathifile, Koti, Mehdipatnam etc., the Rush will be more, if we go morning the PCs start working after 9am I dont know why and the counters will close before the time.

I request to the APSRTC, to set the time should be 6AM to 10PM. Beacuse of there are Millions of commuters in Buses.

fake working lazy people. I got my pass wrong renwal n my renwal card had been changed with someother person n nw i was caught by the conductor n they are not responsible for what happened. i bear the blame now. and i was pushed away whan i got to complaint against it.

Timings never mind. People who arrange this never know how the students and employee stand in long queus hours and hours and people inside the office seek for refreshments. and after long if a small mistake is commited, the staff dont pay any attention and dont say there are not even responsible for what happened. They are very rude at the students passing a comment " class unk cheyadaniki idi oka reason ra". do they think it is all for fun sake. they are rally very rude towars the pass holders.

APSRTC — passcounter

the APSRTC passcounter is not working upto the proper timings acutally its timings are 8am -8pm but they r closing counter at 5pm only.. and even if counter is open work progess is very slow and always the person says that net server problem..i think the worst service is there here in tarnaka (beside rtc hospital)

Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [APSRTC] — Late arrival of bus

Hi,

I booked a ticket to Chennai from Vijayawada @8.35PM with service number 95375. It's already 2hrs late, till now I didn't get the arrival time of the bus. Not sure at what time bus will come. It is highly disappointed. Not sure when this bus will reach Chennai.
