Dear M.Satyanarayana Rao, The Chairman of APSRTC & his Team,
There are so many areas which needs attention of the Corporation,
1. Your online booking Portal is just for pathetic, all you need to do is google the ( code: MxUXCD ) you will find the Public opinion.Why not radiant info doesnot take this responsibility.As they were paid public money.
2. The bus platforms in Bus stations are nighmare especially when you are travelling with family, you will never know in which platform the bus is stationed..

I request APSRTC Mangement team to gauge the situation with one cycle of testing: 1. Book your ticket online. 2. Try to take the Print of your ticket in your next Login Sesson. 3. Try to locate the bus service on the Platform 4. Request for any help with the dept. people during the process....etc..You will undrstand how public oriented our APSRTC is.

Please realise atleast by now and let our money not be wasted for the services we are not awailing.

Ref to the below tkt booked for my nephew Mr. Thota Srinivasa Rao. But his identity driving licence No. was not available to me at the time of booking. with a hope that the name is matching tkt was taken on line. But while journey is performed the staff refused to allow. on contacting [protected] it was in vain. kakinada depot manager refused to allow. we are forced to pay again and purchase the tkt for the same seat No. 7

IRCTC does not ask the Nos. but traveller should prove himself or herself as per the name and age.
Hence i request to return the tkt amount of booking through internet.

we are regular travellers to Rjy from BHEL and back. If we loose this, we never travel by APSRTC. We tried to support rtc.
i also advise to change this type of attitude to steal the money of passengers.

at the same time the bus was in damaged condition and doubt whether the bus reaches destination safely with brakes lights etc.
this is the pathetic performance of the APSRTC.

Kakinada depot manager is responsible for this. people may not believe apsrtc. staff did not cooperate to give the complian book also.

    When you login to www.apsrtc.in/APSRTCOnline/

    advance reservation it shoes Server busy this is the problem only for APSRTC

    Other state also using ex:(karnataka) never had this problem .

    So please make it 24/7 for public to book the tickets with out any problem .
    I wish you all the best for APSRTC 2011 year

      I have booked a ticket(on 21st December, 2010) in APSRTC reservation counter from pulivendula to bangalore for the day 2nd January,2011. The bus service number mentioned on the ticket is 6216. Accroding to details, this would start from Proddutur. But the Bus with the service number is not at all existing. Everybody at Pulivendula bus stop were telling that the bus will come. I have waited till 12:45, but the bus didn't turn up.
      Being a lady, I have spent entire night at the Busstop. As I have urgent work in the office for the next day, I was eager to come to Bangalore. Because of the false data in APSRTC online, i have suffered a lot on the night os 2nd January.
      There is nobody to compensate the amount also.
      My ticket reservation number is 17177188/FA 82199.

      Please take care that no such situation will repeat in future to any body.

        I worked with APSRTC and resigned from services on 11th September 1980 and my Employee Number is : E57719.

        I resigned from my services from Jagayya Pet Depo and i didn't applied for PF With drawl from APSRTC till now.

        When i checked for my PF Account status recently with APSRTC,Hyderabad it was informed that my PF Account final settlement was done and sent to Vijayawada 1 Depo.

        But this was not delivered to my home address i am clueless about this PF Amount till date.

        Need your attention to get this sorted out and please expedite this to know about the PF Final Settlement to sent to my account.

        Appreciate your help in expediting this and sending my PF Amount to me.

        irresponsible trust this lead to lost money due lack of education in driver section that why they loose money due to lack of efficient worker in pf trust that is the major problem last 25 years pf account not updated this problem lead to correct amount not credited to real person.

          Sir,
          This is Eshwar Reddy i was travelling today[protected] by 10H(Sec-Kondapur) bus from Venkatagiri Bus to Jubilee Hills check post..at 9.30AM...
          i was waiting for last 30 mins to catch a bus..but only 2 buses had come that too it was totally full..i got into one of the bus....In that some thief's also were travelling ..due to that heavy rush they pulled my gold chain worth 60000R.s(30gms).
          This happened all because of your Service..lack of buses in the peak hours time....
          You beg people to save APSRTC...First thing u r thief's u take our money and still u don't do anything to public..You people are giving all the money to minister's and distributing among yourself...shame on you people....
          I am very much disappointed with your service.. These small thing's force people to take law into there own hand's...
          My suggestion's:-
          Put some special APSRTC police to deal with these thing's....
          First try to make APSRTC customer a happy person....

          I am pretty sure the thief stealing your gold chain does not work for APSRTC. Secondly, your statement, "First thing u r thief's u take our money and still u don't do anything to public, " is not true because you have been charged for a ticket on a bus and you have been provided the service. The price of the ticket is much less than an auto rickshaw would charge you and with this fact alone you would understand the bus service is provided for the common man and without a profit motive.

            I am a daily commuter from Old Bowenpally to Paradize and Paradise to Old Bowenpally. I never had seen a bus coming without escort of at least 7-8 busses and public waiting on road side for long time. This also created havoc in the area of Hasmetpet, Old Bowenpally X Road etc. with heavy traffic problem. We don’t know the reason for the ESCORT of Buss. Is it due to any naxalite issue or something like buss running in some part of Bihar & UP together with escort police vehicle? Moreover, it is a head continuous problem for us to wait more than 1-2 hours in the evening after office hours. Purposefully no bus is available between 6.15 PM to 7.15 PM to Old Bowenpally from Paradise and then after 7.15 PM entire bus come together. I request the authority to look in to it.

              APSRTC online ticket booking is pathetic system I have ever come across. Every time after login in to the website, when I click on Advance Ticket Booking the following error comes up: "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: SvrBusy )."

              I have tried many a times in the last couple of months but it is the same error.

                I have booked tickets with apsrtc online services so many times.Most of the times it deduct the balance from accounts,but the ticket will not book properly.Even after that also that amount will not get refunded.I have sent a mail to "[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in" to this id.But i didnt get my money back.This is very horrible service like without refunding the amount back
                DEAR sir, am Ambati Brahma reddy booked 2 tickets from ammerpet to chirala having the ticket no: 4500058 and from chirala to hyd MBBS having the ticlet no: 4500284 through Apsrtc online. i cancelled both the tickets on[protected]. till now i did nt received any refunding amount from the APSRTC. WOULD YOU PLS MAKE TO REFUNDTHE AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                  the drive of the vechile no ap28z4928 of madhani bus depot. behaved abusvilty with me. i caught i bus at narayaguda. the driver did not stop bus even repetedly asked to do so. when others forced him to stop. i got into bus when asked about it he started to use abusive language (say lazakodaka). when other passenger asked him to use correct language. when i reached depot and wanted to complain, depot securtiy incharge sent be back saying no one is there to take complain. when asked about compalin book such that i would give complain, he says complain book are not avaiable. and suggesting me not do so since its last trip it happens some times

                    renewal Bus pass timings

                    Timings of Renwal Bus Pass counter at Bus Depots.

                    The APSRTC that they have given Tenders for the E-seva Counters but at the time is from 8am to 8pm. There are many commuters in Buses there will be a school candidates and the Old people who daily travel by buses. But when they go to renewal the Bus Pass to Major bus depots Junctions like Rathifile, Koti, Mehdipatnam etc., the Rush will be more, if we go morning the PCs start...

                    I have made a E-ticket booking ECIL, Hyderabad to Ongole on 07th October 2010 from Hyderabad, boarding point ECIL at 9.20 PM Super luxury bus. After making payment through ICICI Credit Card Gateway the E-ticket was not generated but my ICICI credit card was charged for Rs. 715/-. The reference number is 74678720281045185663592. Till now I haven’t received the refund to my ICICI Credit Card account.

                    Many times I sent email to this id ([protected]@apsrtc.gov.in) they have not yet replied.

                    No one is taking care about complaints at APSRTC. Plz don't book tickets though online.

                      Ticket No:16379675/DW/72439 ; Service No:3872, Service Name:VJA-BGLR, Destination:Bangaluru, Boarding at Tirupathi: Date of Journey:20.11.2010; Departure time:00.45 GARUDA. The GARUDA bus did not reach Tirupathi at 0.45 AM as per schedule on 20.11.2010. The controller on duty Mr KS VASULU, PRC, ALIPIRI, assured us it may come late by half an hour, which he said was normal and not to worry. When the bus did not arrive even by 2.00am we inquired with Mr Vasulu again. He was arrogant, said it was not his duty to keep track of buses and he was not answerable to the travelers. When we posed more questions he asked us to inquire with the reservation office and disappeared from the scene. A Garuda bus from Guntur arrived. We requested for seats as an alternative, both the driver and Mr Vasulu who suddenly appeared from nowhere were rude and refused to help us out. Finally service no:3872 arrived at 2.30 AM.The driver was un -apologetic, said it is very normal for APSRTC to arrive late and he cant do anything about it. we were stunned into silence and submission. Finally decided not to travel by APSRTC again. Wold the authorities take note of this and do something about this??!!!

                        Hello,

                        I boarded a bus (Number might be: AP11z 3490) with board name 115B at Koti at 11:30 AM on[protected]. I took a ticket for Boduppal. The arrogant lady conductor issued me a ticket (Number:[protected] costing Rs. 7.00. If you everyone says that it's my responsibility to question about the wrong ticket as I know the fare would be Rs. 9.00, then I accept my ignorance. But, as she is arrogant, I thought of not communicating with her anymore. She started showing her true colors only after crossing Uppal. There were a couple of travelers for whom she issued same type of tickets costing Rs. 7.00 each. She started her skills of “Intelligent Fare Collection” only after we crossed Uppal stage. She started enquiring where everyone wants to get down. When my turn came, I said I took a ticket at Koti. She replied arrogantly saying – “Don’t you go through the board properly?” and collected an additional fare, rather intelligent fare, of Rs. 4.00 (Number:[protected] from me. Still, I remained silent just to be polite. Even if you people think that my case is of a trivial matter, then what about others? Did she overheard me and even two more passengers pronouncing Boduppal as Uppal? She is not a kid so that she can be taught how to behave with others. Isn't it the responsibility of a conductor to ask properly the destination name before issuing tickets? This has cost me Rs. 2.00 more. Will APSRTC refund my Rs. 2.00 back? How long is she going to do this intelligent collection from humble and ignorant people? Above all, when she will learn how to behave with passengers? I have now come to know about one of the reasons why APSRTC is reeling under losses. Are the concerned authorities hearing? I don’t need a reply or explanation as enough damage already happened. I don’t care about this bitter experience anymore. I just want to expose the reality. Authorities can leave a reply in case they want others to know what action has been taken against the erring lady conductor.

                          I was travelling in a lane on which a speed of anything more than 30 kmph can be considered as over-speeding. A bus belonging to the great APSRTC coming from the opposite direction was charging like a mad bull. Looking at it, i stopped my car, but the driver kept charging towards my car. Even in my halted position, the reckless son of a brushed against the rear bumper of my car, even in spite of my moving over to the edge of the road. When I turned back to catch up with the erratic rascal, he started using abusive body language. Due to the heavy traffic on account of dhanteras, i was forced to go back to work. Otherwise, i wanted to hand over the driver to the police.

                          The bus had a registration number of AP 11Z 6415 which was travelling from kavadiguda towards bible house.

                          I am not sure if there is any stern action taken against such irresponsible brats, who consider it their birth right to behave like rowdies. Nevertheless, if there is no formal complaint section with the APSRTC, I request the concerned to initiate a forum where in such people should be permanently suspended from their job.

                            It is to bring to your kind notice that, a bus of APSRTC belongs to Chittoor Depot left Tirumala around and reached Tirupathi around 1.50 pm met with a accident by hitting the road devider near Leela Mahal Centre caused injuries to many people out of which some had serious injuries and the other small injuries. We do not remember the bus number, however the bus driven by a driver and lady conductor and a time table was displayed in the board Chitoor-palamaneru OR poothalapattu-kuppam-Tirupathi-Tirmala.

                            Among the injured, my daughters Miss Pujitha Deepthi and Miss Pravallika aged 22 and 14 years respectively and my wife aged 42 yrs. The 1st had a serious injury on left eye brow and managed with Six stiches and the 2nd one and my wife with injury on forehead and managed with a bandage.

                            As we were in shock and we are residents of Guntur we are not aware about the Tirupathi we could’nt able to do any thing. Being the local people even the bus driver and the conducter were also unable to deal the situation for unknown reasons. It is the prime duty of APSRTC to give proper training to its staff in such accident situations. Whether the staff of APSRTC trained OR not they left the injured as orphans and escaped from their prime duty. Remained with no alternative we our selves managed with the situation by requesting the hospital staff who are far better than your staff by bearing the expenditure for the treatment

                            We, ourselves called the 108 and got admitted by them at Rooya Hospital, Tirupathi
                            And treated as Out Patient. During this process we haven’t seen the Pride Staff of APSRTC. We have taken return tickets with due respect to APSRTC and experienced the Worst hospitality of the Staff of the Corporation. The details of the Tickets are[protected].

                            Hence, the Complaint for doing the needful.

                              I Mahesh Kumar Heda resident of Nizamabad working in Hyderabad, so need to travel frequently between Hyderabad and nizamabad.Today i,e 1 Nov 2010 morning i arrived the bus stand at 8.15 to catch a bus the RTC have an on station counter for the non stop service. There they have announced that bus is going to arrive in 10 minutes and started issuing the ticket for that service which i have brought.Until 30 mins 8.45 am the bus havnt arrived and when asked for cancellation they havent cancelled ticket and were not responding on the query also. After 15 more minutes(9.00 Am) they have announced that the bus is cancelled and anonther Delux bus was replaced with Luxuary and were asking again the passenger to recollect the difference amount. That took another 30 mins. And when asked for the reason of canecalling the bus the person issuing ticket say its an machine we cannot assure the timing and was very rud and was not ready to accept there fault.

                              I just want to complaint that when they cannot assure the timing why they are issuing the tickets and even they issue why they dont cancel it.

                              Today due to that i have wasted around 1.30 minutes of my time that too monday morning.. Plz i request you not to issue the ticket even issue plz cancel those when u are not sure of the timings.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I work in an IT firm at kothaguda and commute in the APSRTC buses from Lakdikapul/Koti to Kothaguda.
                                In the evenings after 5:30 there are very few buses plying along this route towards koti(Route numbers 127k,222). As there are hundreds of office's around this area and there would be hundreds of people commuting by these buses. I kindly request you to put more buses along this route during peak hours that is between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM(From koti to kondapur) and between 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (from kondapur to koti). And at many instances I happened to check with a bus driver as to why there are few buses during peak hours, I learnt from them that there are a few drivers and conductors who do not start the buses on time and are sitting chatting around at the hotels near the depot.Kindly request you to take the necessary actions in this regard.

                                  THIS IS WITH REGARD TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE CONDUCTER OF BUS NO AP 4197 FROM RAJAHMUNDRY TO KOTIPALLI ON[protected]
                                  I missed this bus today at RTC Complex Rajahmundry even though i arrived 2 min early to the point.Yesterday also i LOST THE SERVICEeven i arrived 8 mim in advance.
                                  Today somehow i managed to catch this bus which i missed at complex by reachin vemagiri on auto and request the conductor to not to move out of the point earlier than the time stipulated.
                                  The conducter present in this bus today[protected] is a adament, deaf eared to the problem and said U can catch the next bus and i cant stricly stick on to the time even at the very starting point. THIS IS THE REPLY I GOT WITH LOWDER AND DOMINATING WAY further asking will u arrive railway station at a narrow margin... is this true a rail leaves a station before the departure time.
                                  IN THIS CONNECTION KINDLY EITHER REVISE THE TIME IF NECESSARY OR STICK ON TO THE TIME ( 8AM) ATLEAST AT THE VERY STARTING POINT . Thanking you for giving the opportunity to communicate my grievience

                                    This is Anilkumar, am a software professional and my native place is Badvel,Kadapa(Dt)

                                    Last week i travelled from Badvel to Bangalore super luxury bus(Kavali Depo) and i reserved the seat no 2.

                                    But unfortunately the push back functionality of that seat is not working, it looks simple but that time i was suffering with back pain, so i seated like normal Express bus.

                                    Here i am requesting you people,please take care of the seating and bus functionings.

                                    It looks simple, but its painful for us by paying SUPER LUXURY charges and travel like express.

                                      APSRTC has online website, since last so many days the website online booking is not working, whenever we try to login it gives only one error "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD )." and i have also tried to reach on given contact number "[protected]" but this number always busy whether it is busy or not even we call in night also same message..

                                      I think APSRTC does not have facility for online and customer service please remove this features website and also provide proper contact number which will reachable. APSRTC is misguiding the customer, who want to buy the ticket online...please take proper action against APSRTC on this complaints
