e ticket refunding

Hi,

I have booked tickets with apsrtc online services so many times.Most of the times it deduct the balance from accounts,but the ticket will not book properly.Even after that also that amount will not get refunded.I have sent a mail to "[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in" to this id.But i didnt get my money back.This is very horrible service like without refunding the amount back...

Rash driving

I was travelling in a lane on which a speed of anything more than 30 kmph can be considered as over-speeding. A bus belonging to the great APSRTC coming from the opposite direction was charging like a mad bull. Looking at it, i stopped my car, but the driver kept charging towards my car. Even in my halted position, the reckless son of a brushed against the rear bumper of my car, even in spite of my moving over to the edge of the road....

Not enough busses from kondapur to koti/uppal during peak hours

I work in an IT firm at kothaguda and commute in the APSRTC buses from Lakdikapul/Koti to Kothaguda.
In the evenings after 5:30 there are very few buses plying along this route towards koti(Route numbers 127k,222). As there are hundreds of office's around this area and there would be hundreds of people commuting by these buses. I kindly request you to put more buses along this route during peak hours...

APSRTC has online website, since last so many days the website online booking is not working, whenever we try to login it gives only one error "Server is busy. Irregular Bus Service

I am regular traveller from Moti Nagar (Borabanda) to YMCA Narayanaguda. The only bus connecting this route is 45F. I never found this bus running in scheduled time. Sometimes 3 to 4 buses come at a time and sometimes no bus is available for hours together. I am subjected to a lot of inconvenience because of the irregular timings of this bus. Can the APSRTC authorities please take note of this and regularise the services of this bus....

Charging More than MRP prices

This is to bring to your kind notice that there are around 50 shops selling food items and beverages in Tirupati bus station( includes central, srinivasa and yedukondalu) .The shop keepers are selling more than quoted prices on the items.For example the MRP price on 1 litre water bottle is 13 Rs,they will charge 15-17 Rs.The same is the case with all the items sold by shopkeepers.
