DETAILS OF COMPLAINT GIVEN TO D M APSRTC MADANAPALLE ON 01.06.2009

We are 15 members of piligrims coming from Chintalapudi of W.G.Dt for visiting SRIPURAM, HORSELY HILLS AND TIRUPATHI. On 28.05.2009we came to Madanapalle Busstand after visited Horsely Hills.
One Non-stop bus (madanapalle to Tirupathi) No.AP11Z4306came to the platform at 2.30p.m.We rushed into the bus with luggage and sat comfortably in the seats. One more nonstop bus arrived to the another plotform and departured before leaving our bus. We have surprised that ingeneral after leaving one nonstop bus thereafter another nonstop bus arrives and leaves. We have enquired the controller and
driver why such thing happened. They said the conductor comes within 5 minutes and leave the bus.. Upto 3.30p.m the bus stopped at the plotform looking for conductor. Two or Three express buses also left from the bus station. We he luggage and 15 members not comfortable to shift other buses and not easy to get seats also. We donot understand why the bus kept at the plotform withour ready to move. If the bus keeps at the alighting point we donot bother, whereas the bus was at the plotform and full of my luggage was shifted into the bus. at last by 3.25p.m conductor has come and did his duty within 5 minutes and left the bus. For 5 minutes conductor's duty we have suffered and lost one hour vaulable time. Moreover the conductor argued us Half tickets are allowed basing on the hight but not age. But he did not tell upto which hight. Kindly clarify us and send the latest COPY OF CIRCULAR released regarding hight basis.

No reply is received from the respective Depot Manager, apsrtc, Madanapalle, Chittoor Dt. A.P eventhough one month is over.
