Amount deducted but ticket not booked

I was trying to book the ticket from bangalore to vijayawad in apsrtc.in after selecting the set it been redirected to credit card payment where i have paid the amount. After comming back to apsrtc site i have got the page not found exception. I have checked the booke history it does not have my booked ticket but amount has been dedected from my card.

Please let me know whom i need to contact reg this...

When ever I enter the user id and password , I always get this message " Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD ). " . I think the site is available from 6:30 AM IST to 8:30 AM IST ( not sure about the ending time) .I booked the ticket online at 6:30 one day , I am not able to print the ticket because it gives the above message..........When this issue is going to resolve.........

Just look at KSRTC , It never gives the error message

nuzvid apsrtc is in worst condition, rtc authorites are not taking any actions on the depo, buses in depo are old and in bad condition, buses going 2 hyd also very bad condition

    This is srivijaya,a student travelling everyday by APSRTC.Generally I dont have any complaints on APSRTC as I feel it is one of the best services in the country. But recently I have got into a bus with no. AP 10 z 6509 ,that starts from secundrabad to Moinabad has dissappointed me as it emmitted loads and loads of smoke which I felt is beyond the pollution limits and unhealthy to passengers in bus as well as on road.
    I just reqest so that we travel in a healthy environment and the best service like APSRTC maintains its best standards.

      Dear Sir,

      Sub: My ticket numbers[protected] and[protected] of metroliner from ECIL to Kondapur,

      I have travelled in the above metroliner from Taranaka to Hothaguda crossroads. When I boarded the bus the bus was full. When I reached Secunderabad station the most of the people gotdown and some of the ladies seats become vacant. When the bus reached Yousufguda some girls boarded into the bus and was standing near the seats as the seats were already occupied by jects. Then I have asked the conductor to speak to them so that the ladies can be accomadoated in their scheduled seats. The conductor spoke in a rash manner that it is not his duty.It was not wriiten in his duties. My query is whether any seats are prescribed for ladies/physically handicapped and others. If so who has to maintain/adhere the stipulation. What are the duties prescribed for the conductor?

        APSRTC failed to refund the amount completely after I cancelled my ticket online.

        I have reserved ticket online from rjy to bhel to travel on 02 Aug 09. But due to some reasons, I have cancelled my ticket online on 22Jul09 which is much before the journey date.

        The total fare charged by APSRTC is Rs.530(For 2 adults). By excluding reservation and service charges, it has to refund a total of Rs.506. The attached photo specifies this amount clearly.

        Instead of the above said amount, to my surprise I got only Rs.186 back into my credit card account. I mailed to [protected]@apsrtc.in so many times but I did not get any response from them.

        If they are not responding, to whom I can inform?

          Bus Stop establishment
          I'm a regular commuter between Uppal - Sec-bad. I would like to bring to your notice that after shifting the Uppal bus stop from near Keys High School to Chilkalguda chowrasta long back (few years), still there is no minimum bus shelter facility established.

          Whether it is heavy rain or vibrant sunshine, the passengers have to stay on the road itself. I observed that there are many bus shelters, which are lying idle in some areas like Anand theatre bus stop.

          Hence, I request you to establish bus shelter at Uppal Bus stop to avoid the inconvenience facing by the various passenger.

            I used to travel in autos. But we thought o[censored]sing Public transport to help APSRTC.But, the conductors seems to be very rude. Yesterday(13-Aug-2009) I have taken a bus to SR nagar(10H) at yusufguda at 8.45 PM.Bus number is APATZb950. I have given the conductor(A lady conductor with age nearly 40) Rs. 10 for ticket and she started scolding for not giving change of Rs.4, I told Iam not having change then she is telling then why you got into bus am I travelling or you travelling, like this she started shouting a lot and I felt very bad and yes Iam not going to travel again in APSRTC.
            And I observed this type of behaviour from conductors and drivers many times and that too mostly with ladies.I think they are fed up with their work, there are many young people ouside waiting for jobs

            Please, take action on this conductor.If same thing continues 60% of hyderabadis wont use Public transport. Alreay 30% people are not using.

            i dont event understand why is the apsrtc using double mesures for the people are they showing that disabled pasendger should not travel in super luxury with concession pass?

              i have tried to book the tkt thr online since 3 months but evry time server busy plz try aftr some time soory for inconvinience i dont understand y apsrtc introduced online booking whn they dnt maintained properly and may be this aslo cheating the public whn server is busy how the private agency conter are booking the tickets without any problem may be apsrtc poeple have tie up with these private agents if not y server busy problem

              I too agree with harika that apsrtc that it is deceiving the customers... and i have tried for 100 times even iam not getting any response... i hope they will look into the matter as soon as possible... i dont think that is going to happen ... but being an optimistic i think some or the other day when the sun and the moon will come to the earth it might happen

              How would a site be busy for 3 days continuosly ?.. I think APSTRC Online technicians should learn from their KSRTC counter parts. The maintenance of KSRTC Awatar Portal is excellent, the site never runs down nor it creats any errors or problems.

              APSRTC really sucks! Their site simply has an option to SHOW OFF that they have e-booking which never works!!! This is against the consumer rights. You cannot advertise something that does NOT work at all!! the APSRTC guys must be jailed!!!

              Moreover these APSRTC guys dont have commen sense also. They book ladies tickets but give gents seats beside ladies if the bus is filled. This is NOT fair. APSRTC sucks!

              I am very upset when i want to book ticket via internet morning 8.00 am i am waiting before 8.00 am working good but after 8.00 am computer hang and massage came service unavailable then what is the use of IRCTC web site when i want to book ticket in emergency it is not useful. kindly give clarify why it happend and please shut this website.

              APSRTC.in online booking module is very bad... This site always shows server busy... Please do the needful...

              I am G.Rama Krishna wotking in TVS finance as residual manager. I am your frequent passenger for APSRTC because mylocation is over spread from Nellore to Vizag.
              I have taken ticket from Vizag to Rajahmundry in 22.12.2009. In counter they alloted me current reservation ticket at 13.50pm. But bus moved from platform at 13.45pm.it was confirmed by enquiry staff also.The enquiry was done by The Station Manager also He was confirmed the same as bus was leaved the plat form at 13.45pm.After that i have logined written complaint in COMPLAINT REGISTER.
              I requested the issuing staff and station manger for my ticket refund.They are refused in harse way.Every body knows that Govt employs were stupid workers at work place.Their irresponsibility costs so much of money and they playing with our speouis time.
              So i what i under stood that dont depend on APSRTC always please ensure some private travels giving more reaponsibility for passengers.
              So avoid RTC save money...
              I face same problem . But there is some issues with the cache for this.
              IF you use firefox and save ur login details while login. and try for repeated attempt will get logged in.
              Poor coding standards based on cookies for login.

Is it only for agents(as said by one Commenter)..if so, better to not have this site open for public.. request to remove this..public won't rely on this..
              this is really a very simple issue.. it just need to upgrade the server for better performance.. apsrtc is very very lazy to do this..hmm.. "apsrtc u should accept ur laziness ;-)" .. no body is 100% perfect.. u should atleast maintain 1% perfection..

              while booking my ticket time was taken around 15 minitues and i booked through credit card and ref. no. 74477489347022894762020, transaction details is ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD an amount is Rs. 704.00(DR) but my ticket was not booked. i given complaint to bank that my amount was debitet but ticket was not booked so please credit my amount back but they reply as given below

              We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

              However as per our record the transaction of Rs.704.00 of December 11, 2009 was successful against ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD.

              11/12/2009 ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD, HYDERABAD 704.00

              so i request you to give the amount of Rs. 704.00 back as soon as possible

              what the apsrtc people doing all the staff and officers are driving the buses or sleeping in it.and they only wake when they need salary or either increasing the bus fares.

              In my view if APSRTC wants to do some favour to Agents, my request is to kindly close this online system. This facility is a damp squib.

              E-ticket Booking — OVER CHARGE THAN THE ACTUAL

              DEAR SIR,

              I HAVE BOOKED TICKET BEARING PNR NO.[protected] DATED 10/01/2009 FROM MUMBAI CST TO BHUBANESWAR BBS FOR THE DATE 10/04/2009 FOR WHICH I HAVE POSCH MY SBI DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT. WHILE MAKING PAYMENT I HAVE ASKED TO PAY ONLY RS.3405/- AND HAVE MAKE THE PAYMENT. BUT AFTER CONFIRMING MY ACCOUNT BALANCE AFTER COMPLETING THE E-TICKET BOOKING TRASANCTION I CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAVE CHARGE FOR RS4015/- INSTEAD OF RS.3405/-.

              PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY ACTION AND REMIT THE BALANCE OF RS10/-WHICH IS UNAUTHORISEDLY CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT .

              I agree... th site is not ready. they are just wasting our time...
              on 5th of feb 2010, I travelled with my family in ksrtc airavatha <volvo> at 23:00 for four seats. I forget my reservation ticket at home. I asked for a duplicate copy or cancellation of that four seats.As I am working in transport department of karnataka state with ID proof had the following information of the tickets-PNR number, seat number-13, 14, 19, 20, ticket number[protected] with ID proof .But still they did not allow us inside the bus.So the conductor suggested to pay the amount for same seats.Again I paid the amount Rs 558*4= Rs 2232/- .Hence I request you to refund the amount of reserved tickets back.

              A lot of agents were dependent on the RTC ticket booking, after this went online their sales might have reduced and site is down
              You can find a lot of bugs in the Super Luxury Buses plying between Bangalore to Nellore (Via Venkatagiri) belonging to GudurDepot and Kavali to Bangalore bus belonging to Kavali Depot. Will the authorities try to prevent sucking of blood of passengers who will be travelling without sleep during these journeys.
              It's really very bad.If they can't maintain it well they can give it third party to maintain the site(like irctc)
              Though alot of buses are plying between Nellore and Bangalore only one or two buses come into Gudur RTC Bus station causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers and forcing them to search alternative mode of travel like private buses.Will the APSRTC Authorities look into the matter. Similarly many other express and super luxury buses are avoiding to touch Gudur as above causing inconvenience and hardship to the passengers travelling between Gudur and Nellore.
              We public submitting many complaints towards accessing the APSRTC site Online, but NO RESPONCE FROM APSRTC - is seems they don't bother. We got fed up with the this error code: MxUXCD .

              What is the meaning in advertising yourself?? that the online booking is available for public convenience. But we understood now that the online site is available only for AGENTS OF APSRTC.

              Self have experienced the same, we couldn't able to access the APSRTC site but at same time the agent will book the ticket.

              THE APSRTC SHALL RESPOND????? OR advertise yourself that, your online site is meant for AGENTS only and not for the PUBLIC.

              I am also facing the same problem every time when i want to book online.The agent login must be working and i guess they purposely blocked the self online booking for user to benefit agents.Some action should be taken.
              It is really unnecessary to maintain the site. I was never ever able to book tickets in APSRTC site. I don't understand why are officials not caring about the complaint. They are sucking...
              I totally agree with all the people who complained about the sever busy message on the "APSRTC.in" site. This is the worst site I've ever come across. The sad thing is, its a government maintained site. It seems they dont have any intention to retain the customers. They are once again proving that government operations are the slowest and most boring for people. Lot of people try to choose the govt services just to support govt, but if they dont meet the expectations of the customers, obviously they are going to loose the customers and all of a sudden they start looking for privatization of the service and fill the pockets. Even the buses which they call as "SUPER LUXURY" are not even like the city buses in Bangalore. They have been running the same buses which were named as SUPER LUXURY for the first time. Fares have been increasing more than the fuel prices and still no quality in service. CAN THIS GOVT SHOW ONE GOOD REASON WHY PEOPLE SHOULD CHOOSE THEIR SERVICES???

              Hi...Apsrtc.in is the worst online booking site in the entire world.
              They dont allow the registered customers to login and book the tickets. They block the oline users for the sake of APSRTC booking counter agents. The Agents & the registered users use the same website. But only agents can login at anytime. Previously there is only a application through which agents will book tickets for the customers. Now they developed a website paying crores of rupees and there is no difference in the previous and current booking process. It seems someone was in need of money.
              please try to arrange the apsrtc online ticket bookings by all nationalised banks of india i.e by net banking or debit cards
              I have booked a ticket by logged once. but i suppose to cancel my ticket, but unfortunately i was unable to login into e account. But i have tried using same user id in OPERATOR/AGENT LOGIN page . there it is showing INVALID USER.
              That means APSRTC inentionally doing such unauthorised activites for making peple fool that their server is busy. If server is busy in E-ticket Login mode, How the same server accepting the LOGIN of OPERATOR/AGENT page. If both servers are seperate, then why that too also not rectifyied by APSRTC. They should not allow the people to interact with server.

              I have tried for many times for online booking of tickets in the site www.apsrtc.in as per the timings mentioned in the site (6AM to 6PM). But Everytime it is showing the message as "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD )".

              Please let me know how to login and book the tickets online?

              APSRTC doesnt know how much business they are loosing .everything is politics from slecting manger to driver in this sucking INDIAN sate GOVT corporation.

              APSRTC — Booked Ticket was not allocated

              i booked ticket through apsrtc login the ticket was not alloted to me but money was debited from my account. I booked from Kavali to Hyderabad Service no:5291
              to encourage the agents the servers are designed for minimal load. so that they too get the commission on booking tickets. Both the booking agents and some dogs in APSRTC will forcibly down the server for most of the times to discourage the customers for booking e-tickets.
              This is just simple logic.
              that too Radiant software is worst. This must be handed over to some good IT company for better design to sustain for higher loads.

              Yes even i will agree with this...worst maintenance i have ever seen ...days months years are passing but not even a minor change in the APSRTC maintenance ...no proper timings ...No cleanliness. Even online booking facility is worse than any other RTC service.

              I am seeing the same notification from past one month don't really know when that ten days will get over..!!!
              it is just waste of time to travel with apsrtc. looks like management has no intrest to run their business. They should have learn from KSRTC and Bangalore Metro Transport Corporation. They strugglled alot to cope up with current fast business model and finally they achieved good stable state.

              I have booked a ticket from BENGALURU to GUDIVADA.

              When I am booking like all online customers I have selected (From) BENGALURU (To) GUDIVADA, then I was asked to provide all other info EXCEPT BOARDING POINTS the ticket was booked. On the ticket I saw my boardingg point is Shanti Nagar BMTC BS, then I realized that by default this site is taking Shanti Nagar as boardingg point, we can board at the know stops in bangalore.

              Drivers had an argument before boardingg since they have called up me to know whether I am travelling or not, Finally they told that you did not select the boardingg point when you are booking.

              I felt bad about missing the boardingg point selection, after I came to know that THERE IS NO SEPERATE STEP FOR THE BOARDING POINTS but we have to select KR PURAM from the "FROM" Drop down where we select CITY, this is really surprised me ?. How did the designers miss the important step? and how did they expect the users to select the boardingg points from the place where we select CITY ? They expected the users to select KR PURAM instead of BENGALURU.

              I have come to know about this from the "Live Support" (VIJAYA VANI), this is the good thing they did by providing some instant chat and also another good thing is the Toll Free number, I have called up and reported this as a suggestion to (HARI), hope some body will correct this for sake o[censored]sers.

              I did not get any support or proper info form APSRTC Bangalore or Shanti Nagar responsible person. They dont have patience to answer, this is what we expect from APSRTC since they are Gov't Job Holders. This is the reason Customers choose Private Service.

              When i am going to book online the seats will reserve by ladies all the ladies want window seat. when we open the site to book the ticket it will not allow beside ladies and only last seats will be available. So dont show any symbol for ladies so that it is easy to all of them. Do it as KSRTC online reservation does..

              Hi, This is Govindaraj, i have booked the ticket via apsrtconline.in site from chennai to Tirupati (up and down) on 17th May 2013. But the transaction got failed when i tried to pay money with my debit card. Also i have tried again i lose the same Rs. 398 + Rs. 398 = Rs. 796.00. Also i have checked seats in the buses. the Seats not allocated to me. Please any one provide the email address for apsrconline.in site to complaint about this.

                Money Deducted but Ticket not booked

                Hi,
                I booked the ticket through online system provided by APSRTC. Ticket booking was failed for some reason(server busy or something else) but money deducted.They told(mentioned in terms and conditions) that mail to '[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in' with details money will be refunded within 15 days.But i haven't received money/any response from APSRTC till now .It was happned one month back.

                I Ahmed Pasha, today[protected] at 06:50 AM) went to college with my sister in RTC bus which is Bhadrachalam to Vijayawada bus. We boarded the bus in palvoncha and when we asked to stop the bus at arrival of our stop i.e., kothagudem krishnaveni junior college he spoke very rashly and he stopped the bus at a long distance from our stop. When my sister is stepping down the bus, the driver started the bus and my sister was afraid and she suddenly jumped out. Now she is suffuring from pain in the leg. Please consider this as my complaint and punish them. Its GOD's sake that she is left with pain itself, if she fell down and any vehicle may pass over her? What will be her position...
                Please... consider this and take care not to repeat this again...
                I agree with you and I too suffered from this problem and the bus number is 3806 from bhdrachalelam to vijayawada via palvoncha, kothagudem, vja.
                Is any of complaint has solve till today, are this site is sleeping, Is this an offical site for complaint.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I, Victor Mukherjee, working in the legal department of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ameerpet, Hyderabad commute every day between Ranigunj (the place where I stay) and my office at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Today, i.e. on 30/06/2009 I took 45 no. bus (Metro Express bearing no-AP11Z3063) from Ranijung at around 08:45 am. I know for a fact that the fare for travelling from Ranigunj to Ameerpet in a Metro Express bus is Rs. 5, but the conductor demanded 6 rupees. I told him that it is not the correct fare but he was not willing to listen to me. Then I asked him to show me the fare chart but he rudely and in an atrocious manner told me that I being a passenger don’t have the right to see the fare chart. Such an incident is a shame for the State Government and shows the kind of people they recruit for discharging services. This is also against consumer. This is a kind of cheating. The way the conductors behave in State buses in Hyderabad seems to suggest that they are the owners of the bus and that it is their inherited property. It is high time that steps are taken by concerned authority to prevent such things from happening

                  I, srilakshmi, studying in G.Narayannama institute of engg. for women, Sheikpet, Hyderabad commute every day between Kukatpally (the place where I stay) and my college at Sheikpet, Hyderabad. Today, i.e. on 27/01/2010 I took 219 no. bus ( bearing no-AP11Z1006) from Kukatpally at around 08:30 am.The conductor in that bus misbehaves with me but i cant tell any thing because am not much time of me and as well as i cant tell what did he do for me . Such an incident is a shame for the State Government and shows the kind of people hoe they are behaving such things may be facing all the girls but they were not expressing there feelings. So please sir please take the correct decision and punish him sir.otherwise or again such type of things are repeated means we will be taking the severe action against the conductor.Sir, please me the reply after punish him.

                    I am Nalin kumar, I would like to bring one problem to your notice.
                    From chinnoor there are lot many people staying at Hyderabad for there studies or for their JOB purpose but there is only one bus service from Hyderabad to chinnoor(Service No:-8013). The passengers are facing lot of problems to travel to chinnoor. more over there is no direct train service also so they need to depend on only ONE BUS that is at night 10.30pm.

                    I request you please look into this matter and do the needful.

                      I frequently travel from rajmundray to raichur once in a month.The bus is a super express
                      and it is completely locked .It does not even run 30/Kms per hour.Which is very uncomfortably to
                      travel in such buses for nearly 20 hrs.
                      So I kindly request to change the bus to a SUPER LUXURY.So it
                      would be comfortably for the passengers to travel for a long distance from rajmundry to raichur.

                        I booked a ticket at Madhapur APSRTC Reservation counter. After 2 days, due to some reasons I had to cancel my ticket and went to the same counter. When i asked the agent (Mr Prasad B V) to cancel my ticket he said he has no cash to refund and said he cant cancel. The way he replied was so rude and harsh. I finally went to Kondapur reservation counter and got it cancelled.

                        Please take necessary action on Mr Prasad B V, Near Madhapur Police Station, Adjacent To Foodworld, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500034. It is an APSRTC counter and he is not supposed to give such kind of irrespponsible replies.

                        Thats really tue!!the same thing happened with me too..
                        not only that...it will never be opened...
                        most of the times it will be closed only...
                        but one more thing...
                        no need to got to kondapur...
                        we have another RTC reservation counter near Madhapur police station...
                        you will get a signals there...
                        just cross that..you will find a bus stop near that...just go into the next lane...
                        you can find this Reservation counter...

                          This is the complaint which is raised against the bus driver. we the students of colleges belonging to ramanthapur area. The Bus no 18v which has to arrive from the secunderabad station at 8:30 am every day, But the bus starts at 8:45 from the station itself. As our college starts at 9:00 am we are unable to reach the college on time. Even many employees are facing the same problem. The bus driver is too harsh and will stop the bus away from the stop, I request you the grandselves to take some reaction on the above stated and atleast the bus should start at 8:30

                            Sir,
                            I am a Doctor, working at GGH, Kakinada, travel regularly from vijayawada to kakinada during weekends, as my family is at Vijayawada. I always book my ticket as a lady passenger, and take usually seat no.1 behing the driver. On 20th also I booked the ticket as lady passenger in Service No.2622, (night 11.55p.m bus) bus No.AP 28-Z 4428 from Vijayawada to Kakinada. As no other lady passenger has booked 2nd no. seat conductor gave a ticket in the bus to a male person and made him to sit besides me. It was so embarassing to travel in the night uncofortable, I asked the conductor not to give the seat to male passenger, instead of adjusting, he just didn't care and said he cannot help and said 'should i go with one seat vacant?'. This is happening many times to me, every time I am requesting them, sometimes arguing also and it became a regular head ache for me. I don't know the rules of RTC reservations, but I heard that once a seat for lady reservation is blocked it should be aloted to lady only. Morning journeys are o.k. but night its very difficult to travel and i was troubled a lot and have to attend the duty next day. the behaviour of conductor and driver yesterday were very hurting to me. hence please look in to the matter and do me justice.I am lodging this complaint after suffering many times during the last 2 years. and yesterday my ticket was booked on 17th May and travelled on 20th night.I don't know why the 2nd seat was not given to any other lady. here I'm uploading the photos, i have taken from my mobile.

                            Sir,

                            I am an emplyee working in hyderabad. I(and some other passengers) have booked a ticket from KPHB to Guntur in the night of 4th feb 2011. The service number is 4627 - Bapatla bus. Due to some reason the bus was stopped at Punjagutta, Hyderabad at 10:00 PM on 4th feb 2011. When we enquire in KPHB R T C counter, the persons staying there are giving irresponsible answers and they didn't say about the alternative of this damaged bus.
                            When we ask forcesly they told us that they are not R T C related guys. So we cancelled the ticket and booked a bus 3510- Vijayawada bus, then from vijayawada we came to Guntur. IN GOVT SECTOR ONLY IF WE FACE THESE KIND OF PROBLEMS THEN WHERE SHOULD WE GO.

                            In these situations unmarried guys can go by some alternate methods. But if you think about Ladies, old men & women, What about their situations.

                            PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON SUCH KIND OF DAMAGED BUSES BY PROVIDING SOME ALTERNATIVES ...AND ON THE IRRESPONCIABLE GUYS AT R T C COUNTER.

                              Sir,

                              Im living in Sai appartments, addagutta, east marredpally, secunderabad and i reach that place through BUS NUMBER 38EX .since after shenoy nursing home the bus stops after 1km.so we requested a bus stop there. After the shenoy nursing home a request bus stop is there at mahendar hils. . but some buses are not stoping at that stop and when we ask the driver about it, some bus drivers start saying that it is a request bus stop so.. thats our wish to stop or not. I kindly request APSRTC to make that stop as permenant bus stop...

                              i am Laxmi, today morning i have waited for bus near BJR i.e. Lakdi-ka-pool bus stop. me and one old woman we both are trying to catch the bus route no.9 and registration no.AP 28 Z 3637 time 10.56 am. we both showing our hands to stop the bus we went near to the bus door, we are trying to catch the bus but he raised the bus speed & he not stoped the bus, the old woman is about to fall down & she shouted loudly like ammaa ammaaa... luckly i have catched her hand and taken a side. i got very angry, if i would cath that bus i would have given nice kick to that driver.

                              who is that driver, is he blind?? cant he see the passengers are catching the bus.
                              why the sr. persons will appoint this type of irresponsible drivers. why you will pay the salary to this type of drivers, tell them to sit at home. we have lot o[censored]n-employees those who can do their job properly. pl. take an action. or else i have to take another step.

                                On 17/4/2009 i travelled from Miyapur Allwin to S.R.Nagar.Igave Rs.7/- to the conductor, but he gave me Rs.5/- ticket and even the remaining change was not given.When i asked for there was no response from him.The bus number is AP28Z445.So please take any action action on him. Otherwise i'll forward this message to all the citizens in INDIA.

                                ON 1262009 I CAME BUSTAND WITH MY WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN TO SENDING THE SCHOOL, TWO BUSSES ARE CAME (17D) WHERE SHE HAVE TO GO, FIRST LEFT EVEN I RAISED TO STOP MY HAND, I DID TRY FOR SECOND BUS THAT ALSO LEFT EVEN THE BUS NOT FULL HARDLY 20 TO 25 PASSENGERS. AFTER I WENT NEXT STOP I PUT MY WHICLE IN FRONT OF THE BUS, WHEN I STOP MY TWO WHEELER THEN HE STARTED TO DRIVE. I ASKED HIM WHY DIDNT STOP THE BUS AT LAST STOP AND NOW ALSO YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO STOP . WHEN I ASKED HIM IMMIDETLY STARTED TOO MUCH FILTHY LANGUAGE AND RAISED TO BEET ROD.ALSO WARNED MY WIFE NEVER TRY TO CATCH MY BUS. HE BEHAVED AS A STREET ROWEDY.WHAT IS SHAMEFUL.                                 One event that I want to bring in to your notice that today morning at 9:30 AM bus driver of bus # AP Z 5813 got down and started beating a commuter near Laxmikala cinema theater Erragada. He did not even bother about parking the big bus on the middle of the road making traffic congestion. This looks to be a very serious and careless act.
                                I am regular traveller from JNTU TO HITECH CITY bus number 194, this is the service in this route but this bus come as if they do have any route, soo many passanger are facing problem in this route due to this 194, these service will come when ever they want mostly monday the bus wont come and in the evening some bus wont come upto 7 to 8pm .In the same time the auto demand 20Rs per head that to service auto, and the regular fare is 10 its very high, the autos in these route are demanding like any thing there is no proper bus service and there is no proper stict rules on auto wall in this route i have been giving compliant in this customer form but i dont think so this is working It seems waste to a keep complain.
                                i travelled APSRTC bus from begumpet to secunderabad and bus was JNNURM and showing that METRO EXPRESS i am holding the metr express pass but conducter said the bus was VEERA how can they say if already METRO EXPRESS WRITTEN ON THE BUS the journey was happened[protected] between 11:00 to 12:00pm and the bus number is AP 11 Z 6112 PLEASE TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FORUM ABOUT BAD SERVISE

                                I am travelling from ameerpet to mehadipatnam daily. There are very less number of busses in that root. We ie the passengers are suffering alot due to lack of busses.                                 On 11/26/2011 i travelled from NARAYAN GUDA to SHANKER MATT .I gave Rs.10/- to the conductor, he gave me Rs.6/- ticket and even the remaining change was not given.When i asked for him he says no change.daily i use to go in the same rout & i will give correct change but unfortunately on this day i dont have change; so this behaviour of conductor ...at last he did not return my money...this is not only problem of mine number of people r facing this ...so please warn every conductor & try to not repeat this .

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am a regular traveller of bus no.116.This is the only Bus servise we have in our route. The bus service is good in the morning shift.But the evening shift is irregular.It always comes at random times and even the driver don't stop the bus at the college bus stop even on waving hand. This always happens and dodnt depend on whether the driver saw the passenger waving hand or not. When asked says that there is no Stop there or no one boards the bus there why should i unnecessarily stop the bus? Is this the service given by the APSRTC to its passengers. Is it not the drivers job to stop the Bus in the stops.Though the Bus will be empty they never stop the bus and the reason must be known only to them.This is not only my problem but many others also. As there is only one bus in the route to puppalguda via Dagah this is actually causing a great problem to all the passengers of this route. So I request you to take some action on this.

                                  Respected sir, I'm a software engineer. Today(17-April-2009) morning around 9o'clock i catch a 255D Metro-express bus(bus number ap11z1966) from JNTU bus stop, to Lingampally. The ticket price is 7 rs, i had given 10rs note. Then the lady conductor in that bus talked very rudely with me, for not giving the exact change. She said that if cant u bring the change, then why you climb the bus. If she says, “decently” to get down the bus i will do it with out problem. But the way she spoke to me, i really cant able to digest. Even after my destination reaching she did not return my change(not even written back side of my ticket the return amount). This is not the first time happening to me. So many times i dropped with out getting return money from conductors. I know this cant be changed immediately, but i HOPE.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am staying at East Maredpally and I am working as a faculty for civil services students. I have to shuttle to Asok Nagar daily and have to be there by 6AM in the class, the problem is daily am waiting more than 45 minutes to catch 40 Number Bus ie., Secuderabad to Koti Bus.

                                  I observed the Bus should be come at 5:30am to Secuderabad Bus stop, but it never come on time, not only myself with me so many other passengers also suffering alot of waiting for this bus, some time the Bus come by 6:10 or by 6:30am well the Bus timeings are hainging inbetween 5:45 to 6:30am.

                                  Today (11.6.09) I have asked the conductor why the Bus was late, then I really shocked of giving the answer by the conductor and he used unparlamentary language and even the driver too.
                                  Hence I am requesting you take an action of both the driver and condctor(today's conductor - the conductor is changed today) and please make sure that the Bus should reach the Secuderabad stop on proer time that is 5:30am.
