Ticket amount not refunded completely after cancellation through online

APSRTC failed to refund the amount completely after I cancelled my ticket online.

I have reserved ticket online from rjy to bhel to travel on 02 Aug 09. But due to some reasons, I have cancelled my ticket online on 22Jul09 which is much before the journey date.

The total fare charged by APSRTC is Rs.530(For 2 adults). By excluding reservation and service charges, it has to refund a total of Rs.506. The attached...

I'm a regular commuter between Uppal - Sec-bad. I would like to bring to your notice that after shifting the Uppal bus stop from near Keys High School to Chilkalguda chowrasta long back (few years), still there is no minimum bus shelter facility established.

Conductor's abuse

I used to travel in autos. But we thought o[censored]sing Public transport to help APSRTC.But, the conductors seems to be very rude. Yesterday(13-Aug-2009) I have taken a bus to SR nagar(10H) at yusufguda at 8.45 PM.Bus number is APATZb950. APSRTC online ticket booking problem

Hi,

I have tried for many times for online booking of tickets in the site www.apsrtc.in as per the timings mentioned in the site (6AM to 6PM). But everytime it is showing the message as "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD )".

How many days that site display this message? Please let me know how to login and book the tickets online?

Money Deducted but Ticket not booked

Hi,
I booked the ticket through online system provided by APSRTC. Ticket booking was failed for some reason(server busy or something else) but money deducted.They told(mentioned in terms and conditions) that mail to '[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in' with details money will be refunded within 15 days.But i haven't received money/any response from APSRTC till now .It was happned one month back.

Reckless driving and misbehavior

I Ahmed Pasha, today[protected] at 06:50 AM) went to college with my sister in RTC bus which is Bhadrachalam to Vijayawada bus. I, Victor Mukherjee, working in the legal department of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ameerpet, Hyderabad commute every day between Ranigunj (the place where I stay) and my office at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. APSRTC Reservation Counter, Madhapur

I booked a ticket at Madhapur APSRTC Reservation counter. After 2 days, due to some reasons I had to cancel my ticket and went to the same counter. When i asked the agent (Mr Prasad B V) to cancel my ticket he said he has no cash to refund and said he cant cancel. The way he replied was so rude and harsh. I finally went to Kondapur reservation counter and got it cancelled.

On 17/4/2009 i travelled from Miyapur Allwin to S.R.Nagar.Igave Rs.7/- to the conductor, but he gave me Rs.5/- ticket and even the remaining change was not given.When i asked for there was no response from him.The bus number is AP28Z445.So please take any action action on him. Respected sir, I'm a software engineer. Today(17-April-2009) morning around 9o'clock i catch a 255D Metro-express bus(bus number ap11z1966) from JNTU bus stop, to Lingampally. Maintainence of NON stop buses between Vizag and Kakinada

I have gone to Kakinada from Vizag on 26/03/2009 by APSRTC NON STOP BUS by 8.30 P, M . The bus has got repair on the by pass road near Anakapalli. We have called APSRTC officials and requested them to resolve the same and they have not given any reply and all 32 passangers have been put into another NON STOP bus which is completely occupied, hence we all 32 passangers have reached to Kakinada by standing.

increase of RTC BUSES

APSRTC gains a lot of income from public from the govt.BUSES but they dont see whether the drivers are stopping in the bus stops and one more thing is, there is lot of distance between one stop to another & they also don't ply the buses in all routes.There are only a few buses which run through king kothi.
some more buses can be diverted through this route from various routes.Eg:- Some of the Ramnagar buses

Since my father was out on his duty I had to use the bus service from Patancheru to Sec-bad for going to my maths classes.I travel from New Bowenpally to Paradise whenever I use the bus service.Today I travelled in bus no.4379 from Patancheru to Sec-bad.The conductor started shouting on me saying that I boarded the bus at a stop before the New Bowenpally bus stop and charged me Rs.7 But it only costs Rs.6.I am not concerned about the cost...

IRREGULAR BUS SERVICE thru ZEHRA NAGAR

sir i am travelling from zehra nagar road no 10 and its one of the place where there is worst bus service or no service at all...there is no timing for the buses and they come and go according to drivers wish...once it comes at 8.30 am and next day at 9.00am some times it doesnt come at all...there are no regular service and also the autorickshaws wont come for till care hospital and all so if we want bus, there is no bus...i do not kno y...
