[Resolved]  Apsrtc — Refund of online ticket reservation

I have made a E-ticket booking to Vijayawada on[protected] from Hyderabad, boarding point Ameerpet to 1:10 PM Super luxury bus. After making payment through ICICI internet banking gateway the E-ticket was not generated but my account was debited Rs.177/- and the ICICI Internet banking transaction ID:- IIN/APSRTC/[protected]/0

When I informed about the complaint through email they replied to wait for a month to get the refund in case the amount was credited to their account.

From my ICICI bankers I have confirmed that Rs.177/- was debited to my account, still this day I have not get the refund amount from APSRTC. The way of communication of the Corporation is not good.

This is Srinivas, I booked the ticket dated 26/11/2010 7:43Am in APSRTC Online booking website, Money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. I want to book complaint againest APSRTC. No customer care for online booking.

I have made a E-ticket booking to tirupathi on[protected] from vishakhapatnam and the journey date is on[protected] for Garuda A/C bus. I made payment through SBI internet banking. When i went to apsrtc counter in vishakhapatnam to know the procedure for cancellation the person sitting in the counter did not give any proper response and also very rude to me. Since i am non-local i cant do anything. Please take necessary action for this, otherwise lot of passengers will suffer because of them. i dont know the names of the persons but they will sit, one person in counter no:10 and one person in counter no:7. They are very rude and careless response.

I had tried to book a ticket on line on 10/11/12 from Visakhapatnam to Rajahmundry
by Garuda Multi-Axle payment opted vide net banking, though a sum of Rs 345 was deducted from my account vide transaction ref 12371374IGD9791535 dt 10/11/12 no tkt could be generated. Hence I request you to refund my money.

Why you are providing these type of services and we request you to remove the "Done" depot services from here (Jadcherla) because of they don't know how to suffer people.

Here the APSRTC is unfit to provide the services to the common man.Due to this so many people like private travels.


I am asking one question to APSRTC " Why your encouraging this type of kinds and management is trying to help the public the other way these kind of people are spoiling the image of RTC.I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter take necessary action on this kind of people.

Kindly take a action on the above subject and send refund of my amount to my account.

i have booked 3 tickets from Vizag to Tirupati using http://www.apsrtconline.in/ on 22/12/2013 and cancelled the tickets on the next day i.e on 23/12/2013 but still i didn't get my refund.I have done so many negotiations with APSRTC customer care and as per their request sent my bank statement showing that no amount refunded in my bank account on 04/02/2014 but still no response from their side.I am totally vexed with is So can you please do the need full as soon as possible.

I had tried to book a ticket on line on 04/07/16, from Vijayawada to Proddatur on[protected]

This is very bad on APSRTC ticket cancellation rules, we trying to cancel 3 tickets booked online from Vijayawada to Hyderabad which costs Rs. 1599.00 showing a refund of Rs.123.00. We are trying to cancel 12 hours ahead of time of departure of bus. This is very unfair and looting the passengers. This kind of practices of a government organization will held responsible for passengers boycott the bus service in future look for an alternative way of travel.
