[Resolved] Auto Driver — misbehavior | |||
sir, I would like to bring to your notice that i have hired an auto this morning to come to my office at pantheon road from egmore railway station. Initialy the auto driver asked 30inr and on bargaining he asked 25inr. On droping at the office he argued like i didn't tell the area properly and so he need 30inr. I gave him 100inr asking if he have change, i had only 25 as change. He got it and again murmured and got 25inr itself. While returning the 100, he said don't tell your husband that i won't sleep with you. It hurt me a lot. As am not a native to chennai, i worried and told behave decently and noted the number. Just take a post card, write a complaint against him and post it to the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Within a
month, RTO will “penalise” the autorickshaw driver.
The complaint can be made on a plain paper or post card. It should carry the name and address of the complainant, number of the autorickshaw, details of how the autrorickshaw driver cheated you with exact time and date of the incident and the route on which you had hired the autorickshaw. The complaint should be then posted on the following address — Region Transport Officer, Sangam Bridge, Pune, ”

In case of a Criminal complaint,
Please write a complaint in white paper and send it to local police station by speed post.
Mention the time, Place, incident, whom the complaint was against.
If you have guts, give your address.
I[censored] feel insecure, mention your mobile number and mail id for further communication.
Note:
1) Avoid ordinary post.Speed post can be tracked easily and Police station has to take the complaint as per the
rule.
2) I[censored] need to know the complaint has taken or not, file an RTI and ask whether it is taken or not thru RTI
activist group help.

Conclusion:
1) Every hand written complaint with signature makes value for just specifying a mobile number or email id alone.
2) Instead of worrying, Just a postcard complaint makes value than being silent.
