[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

Worst service in Peenya Branch of axis bank. The branch head there does not know anything of banking. The previous operations head was good, but now looks like they have changed him too. There is no one in the branch to give proper service nowadays, and the bank staff doesn not know anything at all.
We have given several written complaints to the branch and also to the higher officials but inspite of all that the attitude of the branch manager does not seem to change. He does not know the local language too and treats the locals like no one. Its high time the bank takes some stringent action or end up with severe consewuences.

my card number is[protected] i have done transactions in 2007 and paid the amount at that time one cheque has been bounced and charges of Rs300 has been levied but there is no communication from UTI Bank regarding the charges. recently when i applied for a personal loan i came to knew that My name is in CIBIL with very bad comments given by Axis Bank.The outstanding Rs 300 in 2007 has been now (2011) incereased to Rs4048. here the problem is i never recevied any communication from Axis bank or Utibank regarding this outstanidng since 2007 to till date. even though its not mistake from my side i have cleared the total amount for the sake of loan
After recevieing the payment they are not willing to give me the no due certificate. i dont know what is the problem. kindy can any one help me out.

1. I would like to inform that I have a savings A/C in SBI Bank, A/C no is[protected], Branch – Dibrugarh, Assam. On 25 Mar11, I tried to withdraw Rs 1000/- from AXIS Bank ATM in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The details of transaction narration is -“ATM WDL- ATM 2803 AXIS BANK LIMITED NAVI MUMBAI MH IN Rs 1000/-“.

2. But the transaction was unsuccessful & I was not able to collect any money & I was told that the ATM was not working correctly at that time.

3. Therefore I request you to register the complaint & refund the amount to my A/C at the earliest.

My name is Shankar lal i am account holder of your bank my account no is [protected], some reason i lost my debit card before one and half month i regested complaint immdiately but i never recieve my new debit card yet i forward complaint so many time but no response any person, I say strongle your bank service is not good your bank always trouble all the customer so i reques once again please send my debit care as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

My Name is SARIN and I am working with IBM bangalore. I have applied for a personal loan 2 months before and I have submitted all the documents, Till this time I didn't get my DD. The loan got sanctioned and i have submitted 6 check leaves 2 weeks back. I really don't understand what kind of procedure you got. I was keep on calling the representative but the only answer i got is "today I will do it sir". I am really sorry to say that the axis bank is the worst bank i have even seen in my life. There is no value to the customer. If axis cannot provide the loan, then can straight away tell me that it is not possible. So I can check with some other bank. If you give any value to the customer then please do something. There are so many banks in the worlds competing each other. If you are behaving like this to the customer then nobody will come to your bank. Any other bank can give the loan (if the customer is eligible) with in Max 2 weeks.

Dear Sir, my name is Neelesha. I am having account in AXIS bank, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. I have transfered Rs 10, 000.00 to My friend Mr. Nagesh.A.R who is having canara bank account in Belur, Hassan Dist. But the account no entered while transfering is wrong. The no which i had entered is Yadagiri branch, Gulbarga. My question is How come the amount has been debited from my acount, even not checking of acount no & name which are supposed to be tallied. If not how many days it will take to credit back to my account?. I have spoken with Canara bank, Belur, Canara Bank Yadagiri, & Axis Bank, Bangalore. But i am not getting proper response from enywhere. Is this mean that, can i forget my Rs. 10, 000.00?. Now i am in Chennai.

didnt get employee provident fund from axis bank

I was working as Asst manager in axis bank(joined 20 dec 2013), i resigned from my service on 2nd aprl 2014 and served my notice period of one month till 2nd may 2014, But till now i didnt get my pf amt credited.
Axis bank customer service is so bad .Kerala kottayam kanjirappally branch two last staffs dealing is very bad totally AXIS bank is very bad in my own experience

Axis bank provides a very big support to customer for having suffered. why because there is no customer obsession with their bank. there is no online customer support pretty much not well. nobodies are not ready for answering/support to customers queries.

I am getting the personal loan from them in last year. still, I am fighting with them to change my EMI date. not yet received any confirmation/suggestion to change my date. in that case, I need to submit my EMI date changing request thru person in loan section of Axis bank, in this scenario, some problems are having to the customer. if the customer is not availed in his hometown, how he went to the branch & change the date. it is not so far. so I request please accept the request thru mail from customer & do the best for us. still, I paid the amount with the penalty charges only. we are getting the loan from the bank for emergency/ unconditional situation only, if the banks are doing like this how can we tolerate. Honour to say this-types of banks are sucking the middle-class people's blood heartless. now I got a new issue for lien charges from them. amount of Rs. 22k how can I accept & do the favour to the bank. the team, please help me if there is any chance to raise the complaint in consumer board I can.
