[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

Please help me out as the whole thing is going like , when i am calling in call center then they told me you have to followup in Branch office, but when i called in Branch office and they told me still they didn't have .as the customer care executive told me within seven days you will get the Lost pin in mention branch Address but still awaited last 12 days.pls do something

Dear Sir, i took a P.L in axis bank and i have closed the loan in 26/08/2009.
But still i haven't receive my closure letter and PDC cheq's. rather am getting calls from axis bank agency guys for the payment.
My A/c.no. is [protected]. Without any reason my internet banking facility is withdrawn. I am unable to do any transactions through internet. I had applied twice to give me the access for internet banking. Once I put the applcn. in the drop box at ATM counter at Vasai and 2nd time I gave it personally at your bank of powai branch. Still no reply. I am very upset with the type of service you are giving. I have no other option than to think of closing my account from your bank.

I need a reply from your side. This is a very poor behaviour on your part.
Dear sir,

Today, I went to withdraw Rs. 1600/ from my savings account (AC no:[protected]) from the ATM counter (ATM ID:-S1AC01116) and that time sever was down and I didnot get any amount but this amount was deducted from my balance. At the time of withdrawl ATM showed that time is out and without issuing any amout, my ATM card was returned by the ATM.
Please let me know, how I can refund my money and also let me inform what is the procedure to return back the amount.

i really irritated and fruastrated regarding services of axis bank.I have an account([protected]) in alpha gr. Noida branch.I had lost my ATM card.I gave the application for issuing the new card.but i did'nt get it.i complained again n again but i did'nt get any result .after 15 days I gave the another application but the result is same .again i m facing the samr problem.ihave been waiting for my ATM card for 1 month.this time im very disappointed.
Kindly rremove my problem otherwise imgoing to close my account. and this time im very serious regarding this.
i paid lic premium in axis bank on28/04/10 after verifications they asked me to pay and i paid. they told they will send the premium rect by post i did not get on compalint to customer care i am asked to contact salai road branch
we have opened business current a/c with edc machine, but gol park branch has no service at all, till the date of opening we have not received singal state ment of a/c
now we have deside to change the bank

I regret to write, in view of the attched mails having declined my request for a storing my hard earned amount of Rs2500/- expressing on telephones only. I wish that the replied by the mail should be sent to me through mail or in writing to enable me to processed further with the competent authorities for restoration of money that is Rs2500/- I am really felling bad of replying this way and especially when the amount has not been withdrawn by me but the transaction has been generated may be with system fault.Why should I be sufferer for none of my fault.In view of defects stated in the attached mail.I humbly request you to kindly review and restore my money immediately to my account

Axis Bank — POOR,CHEAP SERVICE

Its now arround 1 month going to paased (on 20th August 2010),I used my AXIS ATM CARD on ur SONIPAT AXIS BANK BRANCH ATM for waithdraw some money.I tried for 1000 rs and it said transction declined and i again tried for 1000 rs,again it respond me same and i checked my balance,it shown me Rs 2000 deducted,so i gone to any other bank ATM and got money and made a complaint on ur coustmer care.they assure me the money would be get back to ur A/C with in 24 hours
I checked my balance and i got rs 1000 back to my A/C on same day and rest 1000 rs is still pending.

for this minor problem i wrote many mails and calls but all time u people assured me for 24-48 hours time.

I think i should go to some media channels to disclose this issue to warn everyone to take care from AXIS ATM using.

I had a salery account Axis bank, No is [protected]. My ATM card expired on 30.09.2010.We are sorry to say that till date I have not recieved my new card from Bank. It is not good service to customer. If you have any problem to send the new card at official address, You will send it to my resisdence.

Dear Sir,

I think that there is no complaint cell active in the Axix Bank. It seems to be a shadow organ in the bank without any response. I am saying it because, my complaints for non presentation of my cheque on account of refund of credit card view has not been replied for the last several weeks. At one occassion they said that the cheque has not been received by them. Once the copy of receipt was given, they kept mum since then. What a wonderful organisation !

Hello,

I was holding the CREDIT CARD of AXIS Bank. I have called them so many times to activate the net banking to pay the bills so I should not waste my time going to different centers for payment. There was no follow up after my call from the customer care and I waste all my money and got long bill of my mobile. I have also sent them many emails but no follow up after that also.
Even after closing the account they are still sending the bills to me. I have sent them emails regarding this but still there is no follow-up. I have all the logs if anybody is interested for the same.

I request everybody that NEVER USE AXIS CREDIT CARD. They are very very bad.

Dear Sir i am Monoranjan Das having account in puri axis bank branch from the day i opened account i got my bank account number and after 35 days i received my ATM pin no.after 15 days after receive account no. and its almost 90 to 100 days gone till i am not receive my ATM card and this my salary account my company transfer my salary regularly in this account many time i complain in axis bank puri branch but no one respond me and i face lots of problem they have lots of time to talk each other but no time for customers and the girl in front office always busy with personal calls
