[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

One month back i tried to use my atm card, There was fault in the machine & my card remained inside, The bank management told me to collet my card after 5 days and use after 2 more days, I again used my card as i was told, Machine showed invalid transaction and the card remain inside, Again i rushed to the bank, and the employee said that there was a fault in unlocking, After few days i got my card, back and after a sufficient time gap i used my card with repeatation of same event, So i want to congratulate this poor machinary and manual services, and beg to return my card in proper way..

I am having saving a/c with Axis bank kormangala bangalore . and i am paying 2 EMI of CITI Bank Laon through same A/C regularly. but since 6 month axis bank is debiting Rs. 225/- for check return cahrge. when i inqiure about the same they ask me written application i given the letter 45 days back i used to call her to find out the details for what they are deducting the same but no responce from their side.

This is really unfortunate and painfull to bring in your kind notice that I am being regularly charged for SMS alert services for which neither I have applied nor I have received any of the Alert messages since I have open account i.e more than three years back.

I have already given request to your Bhopal Branch manager for reversal of all the charges which have been charged by you since I have open account in your bank.

Requested for ur kind inervention towards reversal of all the charges at the earliest.

sir, i am dillibabu. two days before 26.02.09 my debit card is locking the ATM machine i power cut problem

I am using Axis Bank Credit card no “[protected]” from more than one year. Somewhere in the month of Dec 08 I received bill amounting Rs. 280/- as late payment charges. I refuse to pay any late payment charges because best of my knowledge the cheque was deposited on time. I am completely unaware about late collection of cheque or late clearance.
Next to the month I got another statement with the debit interest charges of Rs. 3670/- (total bill amount Rs. 4685.93). Reacting to this I called your customer care dept. and spoke to Vishal on 7th Feb 09 (05.27pm to 05.39 pm), I got an assurance that it is noted and this shall be taken care of.
From last two months I have not received any feedback from customer care, issue was not resolved, not kept on hold and I kept receiving new invoices with added charges.
I decided not to call CC dept and chose to call Grievance Redressal Cell. Today I spoke to Inderjeet and came to know that my verification data is not correct, and I was informed to send some proof of my date of birth.
I do not know when it comes to lavvy charges and interest you do not have any issues and you do not even think about it. When it comes to redressing queries of customer you have many administrative issues.
I thought of getting in touch with Grievance Redressal Cell to get my issue resolved but I got nothing out of it except some administrative formalities.
You are requested to check my payment track, never in any month my payment got delayed by a single day. I know the issues of credit cards and that the reason all the precautions were taken from my end to not get into defaulters list.
I am in need of personal loan very urgently and because of Axis card payment issue every bank is refusing to lend me the personal loan. You are perishing my credit track and ruining my credit history.
You are requested to check the issue and resolve it by Saturday 4th March, 2009….

respected sir, my father had an account in your bank.he passed away on 2007/11/26...he had nearly had 50, 000 rupees in the account.we don, t know the procedure to cancel the account...we also got some irresponsible comments from your bank officials.so please reply us about the procedures to cancel the account as soon as possible.

I am the HR of Thiraviam Engineering Private Limited, Thoothukudi. We have salary account in Axis bank for 150 employees. And we have applied for 40 employees before 6 months and also before one month.
By following up the Axis bank salary account service people, they told they have lost the applictions and we reapplied for salary account. The problem is the account is not opened yet and we receive irresponsible answer from Axis bank.

Our company has planned to open salary account for 150 more employees next month in Axis Bank.
But this problem in axis bank will make us to cancel all the salary account in usage and applied one's within 10 days if the applied employee's ac did not open before 25th March 09.

So finally the total account with Axis bank will be cancelled if there is no response from Axis bank, Thoothukudi.

My name is Rajendra Singh Pawar and I have a salary A/c with axis bank for last three months but I am neither getting any sms alert after salary is credited on my a/c nor bank statement on my email.I sent mail twice regading the same but did not get any response. Now I looking forward to switch my bank.
I have applied 3times for cheque books but till date not received. I also contact customercare no at jaipur but very rude attitude i faced please solve the problem
hi, i applied for a gold debit card but the axis issued me a normal debit card...what is this...is this the service of axis bank??
