Axis Bank — not collecting cheques from atm

i've salry a/c in axis bank. i deposited a cheque no 116552 of hdfc bank new delhi at axis bank atm, kavinagar, ghaziabad on 27th april 2010. since then nobody collected the cheque from the atm till 3rd of may 2010. because of the delay, i've faced too much problem. i want strict action against those person, who did so.

Received a SMS from AXIS BANK- REG.MY CHQ.BOOK DELIVER ON 11.08.2010 TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED (ie till 22.08.2010)
