With due respect on behalf of manasamata rice mill we want to inform you that we urgently require 100 cheque leaf and for this we have already gave requisition on[protected]. But till date we have not received the same. On inquiry we came to know that till date the same has not been issued due to negligence from branch end.
We faced the similar problem last time date[protected]. And instead of issuing 100 cheque leaf, only 25 leaf was issued. Being a rice Miller it is not possible to work with 25 cheque leaf.
A prompt and necessary action is highly appreciated.

Credit card release preauth showing in minus
I Called customer care number more than 30 times on every dialing different guy pick the call . same problem i have to repeat them. one pre auth have been taken from card on 13th may and amount is release on same day but that amount is not crdit till now.
