Dear sir, I have requested for a cheque book in Axis Bank, Branch K H Road Shantinagar on 27/11/2012, Thee days left my duty inquiry in bank one officer is telling to ask 2nd person and 2nd is telling to ask 3rd person, 3rd was reply till now not issued from your base branch, I have meet to Branch Manager he is telling your request had send to 7th Block Kore mangala Branch, You inquiry there. Today I have inquiry in Kore mangala Branch, He was told till now your request not sending by K.H Road branch.

Sir, In K. H.Road Axis Bank Mr. Nites is not agree to cheque the status also. This all thee person attitude is not correct and after 15 days he has not send my request to Koremangala Beanch for issued a cheque book as per your rules.
Pl. Take serious action against them and advice to give the proper reply to the costumer.
