Fixed Deposit - very big scam

Dear All,

Beware from AXIS BANK fixed deposit scheme. They have set the iConnect net banking so as that whenever you make a request for on-line Fixed deposit account they simply forfeit your money by displaying the "REINVESTMENT" option after completion of transaction, however there is no any option in there Fixed Deposit request page. I am a pray of this behavior. I call the bank for clarification by nobody...

Worst customer care and worst bank in india

I am not using any account from Axis bank, but I am recvng mails and mesaages from bank telling my internet bank authorisation is voileted, I am trying to call customer care, the dirty customer care service the number is always busy,

I am helpless...

One year back I took a silver plus credit card from axis bank. Then went on for purchase, for rs 6000 for office purpose. I had been paying my minimum balance till this year april 2008. I had to change my address due to personal reason. I called them up to get it updated and give my statements in my new address. None of them even bothered to update now it is August 2008 my statement is still pending.

i have accidentally locked my SBI debit card while withdrawing money from the AXIS bank atm, Uday Park, DDA market ob[protected] at 20:25. my record no. is 3801. my card no is[protected]. i went to AXIS bank, Hauz khas branch to submit my complaint. they told me that in these cases they destroyed the debit card. i contacted SBI, the concerned person told me, who have given them the authority to destroy customer's ATM...

Worst service offered

I had applied for a personal loan on 3rd of july 08. Axionfinancial people approched me and they initiated the process. They had promised me within 12th july i will get the loan amount deposited to my citibank account. As per thier promise everything went very smoothly and I got sanction letter on 8th July 08. Refunding of Salary Account.

It was my mistake that I failed to pay the minimun due, I do admit that even though I have so many personal issues, but not a single reminder came from the Axis bank and of course they have freezed the salary account and then sent a mail that we are putting a lean on your account.

I approached the Bank they told that only thing I can do is to pay the whole money in a single mode then only the card will be activated.

Axis Bank Froze My Salary Account!

Hi,

I am working with Accenture Software Services in Bangalore.In Month of December i lost my Credit Card(13th Dec) but i came to know about it after some days.As soon as i came to know it is Lost i reported the Matter to AXIS Bank from where i got the Card.

By the Time i got the Card Blocked there were already some Transactions of 37k (Total) done on my Card.

i have received ref no 1200622 on[protected], but i have not received the card yet.
i have applied after u in hdfc bank and they sended me GOLD CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH A LIMIT OF 1, 56, 000.I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY AXIS DOESN'T DID IT.THIS YEAR MY TAX DEDUCTIONS ARE 46, 000.

They took cash deposit charges without informing

My name is Mital Barot. I am having an account with AXIS bank for more than 2 years now. The account no is : [protected]. The account is from Mumbai branch as earlier i was in Mumbai. Now since one and a half year I am in Ahmedabad. I had taken a loan from HSBC and had given my PDCs of AXIS bank, which comes for clearing on the 1st of every month.
