Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance — First salary and full and final not recived

Dear Sir,

My name is Rahul singh baghel and i was a employee of the bajab allianze life insurance in Anuppur Branch M.P., My senior Mr. Deepak Dwevedi is presrise to give the resigne and he is not give my salary date[protected] to[protected]. and he was get my resigne 14-1-9 but these date i m login 15000 / 3 policy.


So i want to HR manager please action this type of Manager.and please give my all dues ASAP.

I LIVE IN ABOHAR, PUNJAB. I TOOK A POLICY FROM UR EX-
BRANCH MANAGER, WHO WAS FIRSTLY JR. SALES MANAGER IN UR ABOHAR BRANCH
MR. JYOTI PARKASH MONGA IN[protected], POLICY NO.32792427. I DEPOSITED
3 INSTALMENTS AT TIME AND I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE COMPANY ON MY
ADDRESS FOR FOURTH INSTALMENT"S REMINDER. HERE MY FUND VALUE ON DATE
WAS MENTIONED WAS AS ON[protected] AS RS.90011.52. I CONTACTED MR.
JYOTI MONGA AND HE ADVISED ME TO WAIT FOR 2-3 MONTHS AND MKT WILL
CERTAINLY GO HIGH AND YOU WILL RECEIVE SOME BETTER AMOUNT.
THEN I WAS IN NEED OF MONEY IN JAN.2010, I TALKED TO
MR.JYOTI MONGA AND HE WENT TO ABOHAR OFFICE AND CONFIRMED FROM C.S.R
MR. ROHTASH ABOUT FUND VALUE. HE TOLD THAT FUND VALUE WAS RS. 108750/-
THEN I TOLD MR.JYOTI MONGA TO SURRENDER THE POLICY AND HE TOLD ME AFTER
CONFIRMING THE SURRENDER CHARGES FROM BATHINDA OFFICE(DIV.OFFICE) THAT
APP. 55% OF FIRST YEAR PREMIUM WILL BE DEDUCTED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE
APP. 98000/- AND THEN I FILLED MY SURRENDER FORM IN THE OFFICE AND
RETURN ORIGINAL POLICY TO THE OFFICE WITH ALL DOCUMENTS.
THERE MR. ROHTASH TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THAT AMOUNT WITHIN TEN
DAYS. THEN I LEFT THE MATTER ON MR. JYOTI MONGA BECOUSE I GAVE THE SAME
POLICY TO HIM ON HIS FACE VALUE THAT YOU PLEASE TAKE CARE OF MY REFUNDS
AND THESE SHOULD BE EARLIER.
AFTER SOME DAYS MR.JYOTI MONGA RECEIVED A CALL FROM
MR. RAHUL PATHANIA(A.B.S) OF BATHINDA OFFICE THAT THERE WAS SOME
TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN H.O, PUNE AND THE SAME CHEQUE HAS MISTAKELY MADE OF
RS. 44278. YOU PLEASE DONT WORRY AND TAKE A LETTER FROM THE CUSTOMER
FOR NON ACCEPTABLE OF CHEQUE AND CLEAR MY FULL PAYMENT AND GIVE THAT
LETTER IN ABOHAR OFFICE. I DID THE SAME AND GAVE THIS HAND WRITTEN
LETTER IN ABOHAR OFFICE THRU MR. JYOTI MONGA ON[protected] AND TOOK
RECEIVING FROM MR. ROHTASH(C.S.R). I HAVE THE SAME LETTER WITH ME. I
COULD NOT RECEIVE THAT AMOUNT CHEQUE BECOUSE I SURRENDERRED THE AMOUNT,
FUND VALUE RS.108750. NOW I AM ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN TO MR. JYOTI
MONGA AND OFFICE CSR ABOUT MY EXACT AMT CHEQUE BUT STILL I HAVE NOT
RECEIVED THE SAME.
ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU SIR THAT PLEASE SEND MY CHEQUE
WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THIS MAIL BECOUSE I NEED THE SAME AMOUNT FOR HIGHER
STUDIES OF MY SON IN MARCH 1ST WEEK. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND
RESPOND ME WITH MY CHEQUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Dear sir,
My name is Jeetendra bhojak ex. A.S.M. in Sardarshar branch. My joining date was 20 july, 2009 and i was terminated on dt. 12 dec., 2009. My first salary cheque was missed in icici bank bikaner branch in suspance account. i requested so many time to HR and My brance manager but they did not reply me. i also requested for compttition prizes but there is no reply. i don't understand why are they doing so.
I need perfect solution of my problem. I really hurt by the system and their people.
