[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd — PF amount not credited to my bank account till date

Sir,

This is to inform that I have submitted my PF withdrawal request with all requirements to HR Department of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd at Kochi, Kerala in the last week of August 2011. As per my knowledge and information received EPF department will release the payments within 45 days. But till date I have not received any intimation and haven't received any credits to my bank account till date from EPF. Kindly do the needful to know the present status of my withdrawal request.

I AMIT GUPTA HAVE A POLICY IN YOUR COMPANY. POLICY NUMBER IS [protected]. BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY POLICY YET.
I AM SUBMIT BY PREMIUM OF THIS POLICY ON BEFORE DUE DATE. BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY POLICY YET.
I HAVE ALL MY POLICY PREMIUM PAYMENT RECEIPTS. I WANTED TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS. BUT COMPANY DEMANDS FOR MY ORIGINAL POLICY DOCUMENT.
WHICH I HAVENOT RECEIVED YET.
IT IS A BIG FRAUD WITH ME.

bajaj allianz life insurance co. ltd — Refund of PF amount not credited

Hi,
My settlement cheque was made on 30.10.09, but the amount is still not credited to my account. I am chasing the PF office enquiry telephone no. since last 20 days, but no-one is responding.

You are requested to look into the matter.
