[Resolved] Bajaj Allianze - Health Insurance — Rejection of Hospitalization Claim | |
This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional handling and rejection of cashless authorization of Health Insurance Policy No: OG[protected]-00002492 on 20/05/2008. Following the acute chest and back pain faced by the patient, the diagnosis and treatment of the case(involving 3 days of hospitalization) was clearly stated in the communication from the hospital. Our family had to go through tremendous mental anxiety in the event of the rejection. I will be taking this to conclusion and advise anybody to go for Bajaj Allianze insurance policies.
