[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Finance Loan Proposal No.[protected] — Even after making payments co. put my name in CIVIL Defaulter List

With reference to Loan Proposal No.[protected], we want your kind attention. the above loan was taken for Laptop (Personal Computer).

During the period we didn't received the original bill of Laptop after several requests. After a lot of patience, we make stop payment of cheques issued and put the condition that whenever the concerned person produce the bill we will make the payment of same. However we did not receive the bill till date.



on dated, 12/05/209 the co. marketing person come with a letter already filled for request letter for full and final settlement of loan proposal. In blank column we state the problem that WE DID NOT MAKE PAYMENT BECAUSE MR. SACHIN (BAJAJ EMPLOYEE) AND UNLIMITED SOLUTION CREATE THE PROBLEM AND NOT PROVIDE THE BILL TILL DATE.

Therefore, We made payment of loan amount remainingimmediately with cheque no. 868457 dated 12/05/09 and ch.no. 868458 dated 12/06/09 which have been cleared by the bank.


Further, We want to inform you that the co. (bajaj) made payment in favour of 'Solutions Unlimited' whose proprietor is Mr. Parvinder Singh is the co. agent.



As all know, Dell Computer sold its product directly to Customers, hence Solutions Unlimited purchase the laptop with its name and make the payment to Dell with loan amount received by Mr. Parvinder.



Because of this, we were not eligible to claim depreciation in my Income Tax Return,as bill was not given me.



the company have mentioned me in the list of defaulter (Civil) for not paying loan amount and because of this my application for Credit Card was not accepted in PNB Bank and they stated the same reason.



Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter, take legal steps and remove me from the list of defaulter which the co. have mentioned.
