Bajaj CT 100 — Non receipt of NOC & Additional Key

This is to bring to your kind attention that i purchased Bajaj Ct 100 in the month of February 2006 ( Proposal No. 5933 & Vehicle no. TN 22 AP 1447 )under Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd for a tenure of 20 months. I have paid all the monthly instalments regularly as per the schedule given by BAFL. I am yet to get my NOC, additional Key & Cheque Leaves inspite of my repeated visits to BAFL Abhiramapuram, Chennai. Every time i go they take my contact no and never give me any proper information for the same. If such a reputed firm is dodging the customer without giving any proper information the condition becomes pathetic.

I request to look in to the issue and sort it out at the earliest possible. You can reach me at[protected].I also request you mail me the loan repayment schedule to my gmail id.

Bajaj CT 100 Byke — Not Issued NOC

Sir,

I have got bajaj CT 100 Bike Through Loan from bajaj finanace from Vellore Branch, of Tamilnadu.
And i have paid all my dues by means of Cheque and cash . Now my dues are all over. I have been trying to get my NOC for the past 8 months and till now i couldnt get it.

After 7 months of due complition i have got my RC Book and Keys.But iam yet to get my NOC.
The reason i came to know is that there is a pending due for the month of December 2006. I dont know how come it is possible after getting my RC Book and keys.

Ok let us take that i have not paid the due for the above said month, my question is why i have not been informed since 21/2 years. and iam asking for the statement of payment which i have made and they refused to give it.i dont know what is the reason for refusing.

So. my request is i[censored] could help me to get my account statatemnt from the bajaj finanace that will be helpful to me.

I had purchased a Bajaj CT100 from Bajaj's showroom at Kozhencherry, Kerala ,three and a half years back, using Bajaj Finance's Loan facility.

I have paid all my EMI's correctly by December 2008. It has been over 10 months and I have not yet received my NOC despite repeated requests to the Pathanamthitta office and Kollam office, and even having gone there in person and having verified by them that all records and payments have been completed and are in order.

My proposal number is 2541 dated December 2005. Kindly look into this matter and initiate steps to release my NOC. I am in urgent need of it.

Looking forward to favourable action.

After the completion of whole the installment of Scooter loan from Bajaj Auto Finance , Vadodara for the last three years, yet I dont have got the NOC letter.

ignition problem

i purchased dis bike on 140413..and it is 1 month gone and dis bike has started giving problem to me...its ignition is not working...i hav complaint many times....but still no result....am having so much problem plzz solve dis...
