I purchased one bajaj pulser 150 dtsi through your bajaj finance, price of byke Rs.68000 /- includining all taxes & accessaries. i opt for 18 months, emi is Rs.3025. and i paid Rs.26000/-. I requsting you please clarifi what is the intrest amount of my loan amount, what is the processing carges for this.my delar asking me money for electronic clearence charges it is included in your proce.fee or not please clarifi.and one more thing he has not given me service book to me, is it necessary to keep service book with delar.

    Sir I purchased Bajaj XCD 125 Bike on 27 Dec 2007. At that time Rs. 1000.00 were deposited in cash towards insurance of vehicle for the next year as the loan was for one &half year;but the insurance was done by myself as the company refused to do so.I was informed that I will get back Rs.1000.00 within a month but I'm sorry to say that after a lapse of five months I've not received back my amount.Please do needful in regard at the earliest otherwise I'll be forced to stop the payment of my last PDC which is due in next month i.e.July 2009.

      i purshased bajab motorcycle more then 2 year passed but BARODA AUTO CENTRE, OLD PADRA ROAD, baroda (gujarat) not given me RC book. i taken loan from our compamy and they demand RC book i approached bajaj deler Mr. Devang Patel mobile no.[protected] and bajaj auto sales officer at ahmedabad MR. SANKAR mobile no.[protected]. more then 200 e-mail and phone call done but nobody give proper response.

      please look into the matter.

      BARODA AUTO CENTRE — RC BOOK NOT RECEIVED

      I purchased my Two Wheeler on 21/01/2008 but still i not received RC book from Seller. I paid all money in Cash to vendor including RTO registration Charges. I have the evidence for the same like invoice & Cash Received Receipt. Now i have to renew my insurance policy and they required RC book copy. How can i get this. I am From Baroda. my M.           I serviced my Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC last year in Suman Service Station, Noida, UP.

          Just after one month I found my bike giving bad noise and suddenly after 2-3 days I started giving rattling noise and stopped running.

          I take it to the local mechanic and he told me that there is no engine oil and your piston, crank shaft and clutch plate are burnt. I told him to do nothing and re-pack by bike and give it to me.

          My bike was just 1.5 years old that time. Till now I'm not able to trust any-one out here in Noida to repair my bike.

          What should I do?

          My complaint is:
          1. Why just after 1 month the engine oil got finished?
          2. What about the 3 engine parts, I think Suman bajaj guys have replaced them?
          SERVICING IN DEFAULT MANNER

          I would like to draw your attention about the poor servicing I am getting from your authorize service centre at Dewan Motors F-1/1 Mahavir Enclave Palam Road, New Delhi-45.

          I own a Bajaj Pulsar150cc vide Reg No. BR1AF 0840 purchased first hand from showroom in Patna, Bihar on 29 Mar 07.As I am working in Delhi so I used to servicing this bike at your Mahipalpur service centre, which was quite satisfactory. The last two servicing is done at Dewan Motors centre at Mahavir Enclave.The latest was on 27 Nov 09 vide job card no. 15113. I deposited my bike on 26 Nov 09 for usual servicing as i was not having (absolutely) any problem in bike rather than some oil leak. The supervisor argued about major servicing and i okeyed. The delivered my bike on 27 Nov 09.with a bill of Rs 2716 only.(The supervisor was Sanjay and job done by Kailash)

          On 28 Nov 09 in morning, there was plenty of oil leakage and oil was poured on the ground. On starting the bike, it started smoking like chimney. I visited again at Dewan Motor workshop. They refused to see without making of job card. I requested the supervisor personally then he checked for few second and insisted that the fault is there in your engine, and again i have to deposit my bike for three days with estimated bill of about four thousand rupee more.The same time I routed back with red face and gone to local service provider. He just tightened the four screw atop cylinder and i am running fine. Also many screw were remain loose.

          I am asking with great concern that if a customer is visiting with high expectation on your authorised service centre, so much of hefty amount is paid by him without mere quality of satisfaction, the real problems are kept in dark and too much of discouragement is faced by the same.

          Waiting for your expedite view and course of action please.

            Sir / Madam,

            I would like to register a complaint on the service of the Insurance company in regards to my insurance claim.
            My Claim number is: - [protected].
            My Bike was stolen on 27th May 2009 and I have logged a call about my vehicle’s theft with the insurance company on 28th May 2009. The investigation process was assigned to KMS ASSOCIATES on 28th May 2009. I was told by the customer care that someone from KMS ASSOCIATES will contact me to investigate on the same. But no one even bothered to call me and it’s been 12 days as of now so I called the KMS ASSOCIATES at number [protected] this person was initially assigned to investigate he told that he was in Bangalore and will come only after 2 days. But he didn’t call. Later this was assigned to another person named Suresh ([protected]). This person doesn’t even seem to bother calling me and if I call back he tries to give some excuses not to come.
            I have got my NOC, Hypothecation cancelled, RC, Insurance copy and FIR. I told suresh that I have all the information he needed the only thing is he needs to come to the place of theft and investigate. But there is no response from him.
            I hope this complaint is taken seriously and further process of investigation is completed.

(Main branch was at Mancherial Adilabad dt.)on October 2006 through bajaj finance. the proposal no. is 2337 and vehicle no is AP 15AD 0359 and my all dues are cleared, from the last 6 months am contacting BAFL Pune to their phone no.[protected] for NOC and my vehicle registration original documents which is kept in their office. The concern officer has informed me your NOC will be reach your residence directly, but sorry to inform you that till date several years has been passed, but I am awaiting your NOC.                 I have Purchased Pulsar 150 DTSI from S.K Auto Goregaon Mumbai- 400 064 in 2008 (Bike Make is of 2007)

                The Main Dealer of S.K.Auto is Prakash Auto Bhiwandi (Thane) Mumbai

                The Problem is of Engine Number which is not correct in the RC (Smart Card) Recieved from S.K.Auto.
                Although the Engine Number is Correct my Insurrance Paper their is a small Gap in the Number mention in the RC Card.

                I have already Contact S.K.Auto many times but they are telling to speak to PRAKASH Auto as problem is from their end.

                Initally he told that the problem will be solved in few days and now Mr. Rajan is not picking up my phone and not responding to my queries.

                Please help me to get the Right RC Card.

                  I owned a avenger 180, there is no any complaints i found on that vehicle, because of correct service i think., but now a days self motor got complaint, when i give that vehicle on bajaj showroom they told me to change that self motor, when i give that vehicle on outside workshop they repaired that vehicle to me at low cost without changing that selfmotor..so i understood that, bajaj showrooms are trying to cheating us...

                  I bought Bajaj Avenger 180CC on 10t July 2007 at Khivraj Motors, Indra Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka. I have done all the free service & paid service of my bike at the authorised Bajaj Dealer in India. Now there is hole in my silencer and requested the service center to change the silencer as it is under a valid warrenty but the service centre refused to do so and they say i need to pay RS.4500/- to change the silencer.

                  In the service book it is mentioned that i can claim the warrenty if i service my vechile at any of the authorised bajaj service centre.

                  Hi,
                  I have a Bajaj Avenger 180 DTS-I. At the time if purchasing (July 2007) it I was told that on road its average mileage would be 40km/litre but since the day I have purchased its has given me 25km/litre. I have spoken to the dealer(Dewan Bajaj)they have asked me to take the bike to a bajaj service centre, hence as Okhla is far from my place I decided to get it checked at Suman Bajaj Service centre in Sec-61, but no change in the mileage.
                  I'm advices by my friends that I should file a case in the consumer court. But I thought of not filing a case right away and write to the complain helpdesk which is you, before doing anything like that. Hence I would like to know that in this situation what do you suggest me or help me to get it corrected.

                    I took Bajaj Finance to buy Bajaj CT 100 Two Wheeler on 05th Dec, 2005. The Instalments which I have to Pay every month was Rs1180/- The instalments payment will be completed by 5th Dec, 2008. I paie all the 36 instalments Regularly. Payment of Instalments completed by December 2008.

                    The Problem is that The Bajaj Finance Company is not Returning my
                    2nd original Key of my bike, The Original Documents and other related papers which they have to return after the payments completed. Five months passed but not returning my belongings.

                        my bajaj discover 135 purchased from popular bajaj, alappuzha(Kerala), Paravur branch, in may 2008, my bike's two shock absorb (back wheel) was not in good condition, it was oxidised. I claimed this complaint january 2009, they said that "spare parts not in the stock within two weeks they would change that parts", but not done, I followed up many times they did nothing, they always saying the same thing 'within one month within one month'.                           Dear Sir,
                          I had purchased a bajaj pulsar bike Regd.No.DL 3S BK-7425 on 31/01/2009 from Deewan Bajaj, Green Park Ext., New Delhi financing with Bajaj Finance from that branch with EMI of Rs.2906/-. The payment of EMI has to be commenced from the month of March'09 as informed by the dealer. Accordingly, I deposited 12 postdated cheque (No.[protected] of SBI R.K. Puram (New Delhi). On 23.3.09, a call received from No.[protected] saying me that 1st EMI is required to be paid in cash from my residence as per the Company norm. Accordingly, I paid cash Rs.2907/- on 24.4.09 to a collection agent (Matrix Processing House, New Delhi) for Bajaj Finance on proper receipt. But when I checked my debit statement of my bank account, it is seen that 2(two) EMIs has been collected during April'09 on different dates through Cheque No.523950 & 523951.

                          In view of above, I may please be clarified the factual position under which, 2 EMIs as stated above have been collected during the same month i.e. April'09. Further, one postdated cheque should be returned to me as the 1st EMI has been collected by cash as stated above.

                            I had given my pulsar for service to amba bajaj service center in HSR Layout. To start with the person in charge Mr Ramachandra was not cordial at all. While talking to him i had to run behind him to get his attention, very indescent fellow. Next timelines with regards to delivery are never met. I went with a margin of one day after the promised delivery date and still the bike wasnt ready. Nobody informs also in case of delay. I have also observed that instead of repairing things they insist on changing components as a result i end up paying couple of thousand every time i take my bike for repair. I own a maruti car and when i compare marutis eccellent service with that of bajaj's poor service the contrast cannot be stronger. My advice to bajaj is please check the experience your customers are getting at your authorized service centers. The quality can not have gone down so much if there were regular checks in these centers. No wonder bajaj no longer stands for quality.

                            Bajaj Auto — Delay in repairing

                            Dear Sir,

                            My above motorcycle met with an accident and given to repairing on cash payment to Bagga Link, Mahipal pur workshop on 11th September 2010 vide job sheet no. 823, Sl. No. 46 time in 12.58 pm. wherein he promised to delivery back the same within 4 days ie., 15th September 2010.

                            Since 15th September i went to the workshop nos of time but every time they are giving one new date for the delivery.

                            I had even spoken to their GM ([protected]), who seems to be very unprofessional person. He had a word with me on 20th September at around 2.50pm and after 20 minutes when Bagga Link - sales officer called him up and given my complaint he denied my call.

                            Sir i am putting up at Shahdara and working at Mahipalpur which is around 30kms from my residence, i have being forced to spent Rs. 500/- as auto charges on daily conveyance.

                              Hi,

                              On Sunday, 31st May 2009, I have purchased Bajaj XCD 125 CC Bike from "Khivraj Motors".
                              The executive Mohan was there and told me that because of Sunday, we cac deliver the bike only on Monday(1st June 2009), so paid him Rs. 46225/- and balance Rs. 5000/- that i have to pay at the time of delivery.

                              On next Monday morning I remind Khivraj Motors for the delivery and asked them to check the bike properly before sending the details for the RTO Registration, they assure me the same and ask me to come for delivery at 6:30 pm.

                              I reached there in the evening at 6:10 pm. and Paid the balance amount of Rs. 5000/- then Mohan showed me the Bike. One of the mechanic was standing along with the Bike, he showed me the space for ToolKit and First Aid.
                              Then he tried to start the Bike, after several tries and 10 - 12 kicks bike got started and again switched off. So i thoght as the bike is new so is the common thing, after that he started again, and asked me to check the Head Lights. Only one light was working and dipper and Speedometer lights are not working. So with in a minute he opened up the HEAD LIGHT DOME, suddenly 3 more mechanics came and started checking the clamps inside the Dome, but the problem was not solved and the first mechanic took that Dome to the service area inside, after 10 - 15 mins he came back with new DOME taken out from some other XCD Bike, after checking it also, he didn't find the problem so he opened the SEAT, other 3 mechanics also started checking the wires inside that, then they open the TANK, and the SIDE PANELS, (same TIME I HAVE STARTED TAKEN THE VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHS for my future use.) one of the mechanics remove the switches on the Handle and other took them inside, i followed him, he took out the switches from another vehicle standing in the showroom, and replace the switched from them.
                              As they saw that i am capturing the video they turned off the lights, but till that time i have enogh material to show the CONSUMER COURT.

                              After that i called one more executive from Inside and told the whole condition of the bike and told them that i will NOT TAKE THIS BIKE AS IT IS MORE THAN 80% OPENED BY THE MECHANICS, AND PARTS ALSO GOT CHANGED.

                              So he also came out, mean while i forcefully took the Manager(NANCY) number from them and called her as she already left showing her negligence towards the customer, EITHER MANAGER HAS TO STAY THERE OR SHE HAS TO CALL ME WHEN SHE WILL BE THERE, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
                              So I called her and she told me THAT WE CANNOT GIVE YOU THE NEW BIKE, YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS BIKE ONLY, MEAN WHILE SHE TALK TO MECHANIC AND EXECUTIVE, AND TOLD ME THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE MAGNETIC COIL AND FUSE THAT WE WILL REPLACE TOMORROW (MADAM ITS 1ST JUNE NOT 1ST APRIL, DON'T MAKE MY FOOL) I REACHED HOME AND I CAN'T COME BACK.

                              The Branch Manager RAJESH was there on the top floor, but he didn't picked up the phone and executive told he that he already left for the day, but i saw him on the top floor talking to one of the mechanic about the cause.

                              THEN I CAME BACK HOME REGISTERED COMPLAIN against Khivraj Motors in Bajaj Auto Customer Service and still waiting for RESPONSE...

                              I am agree with the person, i also the same problem, when i booked Pulsar from there.

                              xcd — average self start

                              i m not sacfied with this bike bajaj company tell many lies about this this (bajaj xcd125) is the worst bike i ever seen
                              I appreciate the suffering and emotions but pity for his plight as it is nothing new with Bajaj. My experience is the same that too with the same model. Once you paid the money, gone, you are imprisoned-they behave like thugs. Afterall they are upto that.The dealer sold me a trial bike. You can no way prove this cheating because they are procedurally and technically crooks; however I proved to the dealer but of no use as they are upto that. Read their manual- if at all to be called so, void of technical details; and later if you give the bike for servicing if you get the same with the same components you are lucky and protected by the GOD. As said the brough from other bikes your parts also went to some other. A small offline dealing will you benefit getting new components but you should be ready to be of their sin.

                                To Whomsoever it may concern

                                This is to state you that I, Tushar Arora, am a resident of Amritsar Punjab. I would like to
                                tell u poor technology used in Bajaj's high end bikes. I bought a new pulsar 150 cc DTSi
                                UG-3 on 30th Mar'09 from our Local Auth Dealer in Amritsar. When I drove bike to my place I
                                could hear a noise coming from the rear wheel. The bike had to visit service station for 9
                                days (9 times). Atlast the bike was sold out before 1 month of purchase.
                                Now, again I have bought a new Pulsar 150 cc DTSi (UG-4) on 30th April'09. I had
                                thought that this bike wont trouble me anymore but to my utter surprise the same noise is
                                coming from the rear wheel. The Noise from the rear wheel comes when the bike is in running
                                mode. Let me clarify on this. When the bike is in running at 40 kmph and is in any gear lets
                                say 4th gear. Now by pressing the clutch lowers the engine noise and then the rear wheel
                                noise could be easily heard which is very irritating.
                                I took my bike for 1st service on 27th May 09 and i pointed the problem to service
                                manager. He immediately actioned upon the matter. He did test rides of the bike with the
                                servicemen and concluded that the noise is unignorable. He did some paper work and informed
                                me that he is going to replace the chain set of the bike. Can I ask is it fine to replace a
                                part of a bike which is bought 1 month back ?? Still, I accepted his decision and allowed the
                                replacement. But the problem is still persisiting.
                                May I ask How is Bajaj surviving with lower quality products used in manufacturing
                                of the bikes. I chose Bajaj Product as it gives an undoubted comfort to mind because we have
                                been using Bajaj Products since past 20 years. But for me it was my first and the worst
                                experience. I would never and never recommend Bajaj Product to anyone ever.
                                I work approx 20kms away from my place and I need to drive bike on all workdays. I
                                however donot have time to take bike to Service station everyday. And why should I take a
                                new bike to service station ? What is Bajaj's promise towards maintenance and product
                                effeciency.

                                Bajaj Auto — Vehicle Fault

                                I purchased a Bajaj Discover Bike before 1.5 years.
                                Tyres problem[KENDA Tyres], Sproket Chain problem in that vehicle from starting.

                                    I have bought this bike 10 months ago. Until 6-7 monts past i had no problem. But then the Right Hand side HT Coil blows off and got it replaced. Bike started instantly and everytime. After 6-8 weeks same RH side HT coil blows off. Got it replaced yesterday and less than 24 hrs, bike stopped the same way as it did before. Every time i try to start, she makes some firecracker like loud sound. I rang bajaj dealer and then dont know why it happens. The bike is less than 1 year old!

                                      I have purchased one bajaj wave scooter in august 2005, after 3 free service I have complaint for every dealer in Jaipur. I need clutch shoe & spring alongwith Petrol tank cap which is not available with all the dealers in Jaipur. I have enquired it at following dealer of Bajaj, 1. Nidhi Kamal co., 2. PL Motors, 3. Rambagh service centre. All the three have asked me to give order and they will get it from company and can not give exact time. This I am asking for the last six months.

                                      Is there any responsible person in company who can reply to my querries. The company has already closed the production of Bajaj Wave. I need the parts as soon as possible, other wise I have to look for some other option. I have suffered financial loss due to non availability of parts with bajaj dealer.

                                      I want some action against the company people.

                                      I fully agree with what is indicated above by Mr. Sandeep Soni. The company has shocked all it's customers by closing the line of production. Availibility of most essential spares is not assured. The authorized service people are not just bothered. I am Ravishankar, I lodged complaint about 25 dats back at Bangalore. No body is interested in solving the issues.

                                      The company should take a decision to take back all WAVES and in exchange it at reasonable prices to all it's customers.

                                      Will Mr. Rahul Bajaj take quick decision and compensate the loss incurred by the Wave Family or we should think of other options.

                                      we have bajaj wave and it's no is GJ9AB 1328 .we cant get all the parts of wave from authorized dealer of sakal bajaj in our city himmatnagar which is in sabarkantha .we are suffering from 1 year to get the parts but still we are not able to get so we hope that u contact with them n solve our problem as soon as possible.

                                        I am one of your customers who purchased the Saffire within the first few weeks of its launch. I did this because I was very satisfied with the Caliber that I owned. I did not want to go for a two stroke scooter at that time because I am very concious of the emissions.

                                        Within months of purchasing the Saffire I realised that I have made a mistake by buying this. I however held on to it because of the sentimental value it had for me as it was the first big thing that I presented to my wife.

                                        For the past three years the vehicle is rarely used. I am not able to get it serviced as the dealer (Popular Bajaj) from whom I purchased the vehicle is now chasing me out and refusing to service it. I also approached other dealers in Bangalore like Amba Bajaj, Khivraj Motors etc. The same story everywhere. I understand that there are over 30 to 40 Saffire vehicles lying in the godowns of the dealers. These are vehicles that were sent for servicing by their owners but they refused to take it back after the service.

                                        I have spent hell a lot of money (way beyond the Rs.39 K I paid to buy this vehicle) to service this. You can find out details about the service history by looking at the records in Popular Bajaj's Bannerghatta road workshop. As it stands today the vehicle is in running condition except that there is huge amount of smoke from the exhaust. The bore is gone and nobody in the town is able to fix it as the spares are not available. The bore was already redone two times in the past and was changed once.

                                        All the dealers are refusing to do anything to this vehicle and ask me to sell it to the scrap dealer who is quoting a price of Rs.1000 for this vehicle.

                                        I am writing this email to find out what is your official stand on this matter. Can Bajaj help in making this scooter road worthy for light use by our family? If not can you buy back this vehicle and compensate me suitably?

                                        Well i also own this vechile though i did maintain it for long but i get this vechile has got onto my nerves..it's a god forsaken vechile and trust me i don't intend to buy any bajaj vechile. Becos of it's poor after sales.

                                        but yet they do not have any surety about bike when it will avalable so its really fustrated
