[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — Wrong Entry at CIBIL | |||
Dear Sir, I took a two wheeler loan from Bajaj Finance in 2008 Loan A/C No. is 1005 and in 2011 the entire loan amount is paid and I have received the NOC from Bajaj. But when I applied for a personal loan I have been informed that Bajaj Finance has given information to CIBIL that I have default of payment. I took a CONSUMER DURABLE loan from Bajaj Finance in[protected] Loan 4040CD00246980 and in 2012 the entire loan amount is paid and I have Not received the NOC from Bajaj. But when I applied for a two wellar loan I have been informed that Bajaj Finance has given information to CIBIL that I have default of payment.
Now if I have default of payment then how I have received the NOC.
Please advice me.

I had opted for a whirlpool fridge in croma juhu and I had logged in my details. but later I found the prices better in vijay sales, goregaon so I had again requested to login my details but as they told me that once logged in my details i cant login within 20 to 25 working days.After that time i again went to goregaonn branch and asked for the login. the finance person told me that she needs the login number which she got it from the juhu croma branch but because croma wanted to get the sales done they simply told me that i cant purchase on my name i have to do it on my husbands name when asked for reason they told me no reasons. i disagreed to it . The finanace person ibn goregaon told me that once logged in from somewhere it takes 6 mo9nths and i cant login again.WHY THERE IS NO PROPER INFORMATION TIO THE EXECUTIVES GIVEN?????????????she told me she needs to take an approval from their pune office n she ll call me in 2 days time.
She didnt turn up n when called up 10 times in vijay sales they told me she is gone out of station.later i was informed that my application has been rejected with no reasons????????????????????????
WHAT ELSE DO BAJAJ FINANCE PEOPLE WHAT FOR A FRIDGE WORTH 25, 000 WHEN MY SALARY IS 30, 000 PER MONTH.
STOP FOOLING THE PEOPLE????????????????? THERE IS NOBODY EVEVN TO ANSWER CALLS IN PUNE OFFICCE?????????????/
