[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar 135cc Ls — New Bike gear changer problem

Address:Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Brajesh Kumar, is an owner of Pulsar 135 cc LS, purchased on 25th April 2010 bearing registration number DL4S BC-9118 and invoice number TIN:[protected] from Gautam Bajaj Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. From the very next day of purchase, I have been facing gear problem. It sticks at third gear and does not go down to neutral properly. I spoke to my dealer but they are not taking it seriously and asked me to contact my nearest Bajaj service centre. The service centre guys told me that my gear changer control would be replaced and the whole process would take time for the delivery of the spare part. They told me to come on 4th May 2010 for the same.

Here I would like to know that why this problem has occurred in new bike? Is Bajaj's PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) poor. Whether my bike can be replaced or not? Because this thing has occurred in the new bike. I am also not sure that after fixing of the problem, my bike will work properly or not? This thing is changing consumer buying decision and will fetch bad name for Bajaj.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

THIS BIKE HAS STARTING PROBLEM .(DL8S AU 5293) PUCHASED FROM bAGGA lINK, pITAMPURA, dELHI.
WHENEVER I TRIED TO START THIS BIKE IT TAKE A LOT OF EFFORT TO START.
FIRST THE ACCELERATION KEEP ON INCREASING AND WHEN IT COMES DOWN THE ENGINE GET STOPPED.
I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS.
I HAVE CHANGED THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT STILL THE PROBLEM AS SAME AS PREVIOUS.

I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE OF BAJAJ SERVICES BUT NEVER GET A CAKK BACK FROM THEM

I AM IN A FIX BECAUSE OF VERY-POOR AFTER-SALE-SERVICE OF BAJAJ.

I have a Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS. I brought it in year June 2010. A mysterious problem has come over. After the bike travels a distance of 15-20 KM in city traffic. It automatically stops when I change my gear to a lower gear and lower the accelearation.

For instance you are in a traffic with say around 50 KM speed on 4th gear and then there is a lot of traffic so you shift to 3rd gear and lower the accelerator to reduce the speed, then suddenly the bike engine just turns off and I have to immediately start the bike to avoid getting hit by vehicles coming from behind

The battery indicator always show Low Battery, even though I only run the Head Lights and the back light on it, nothing more than that. The After Sales service of Bajaj Bikes is not good
