hi i bought a new pulser 180 around a year ago from shree ved bajaj kamla nager but til today they did not gave me my bikes RC and bike NUMBER so what can i do against the comp

sir, iam having pulser 180..latest model on[protected] one accident happen ...and my bike i given to my nearest service center in irinjalakuda(Lexmi bajaj)..and paid 3/4th advance for changing parts..now that showroom manager told .we sent one list for the parts.on:20/05/2011. but they are not sent the parts ( supplier Thrissur.)..from where they are suppling i dont know...
sir please solve my problem...
