I had taken a loan from countrywide finance co.bombay, to purchase a twowheelar(motercycle)during month of May 1994 of rs.32828.00 .FIRST INSTALMENT of rs.1361.00 was paid by me on dt.3.06.1994 through chequa no.251 of central bank of india dombivali(east) account no.11779.all other 35 instalments paid through cheques nos.252 to 286 to countrywide finance co.bombay.However ,i have not received NOC so far from the company.now it is understood that said co. has been merged in your bank.therefor i request you to issue me NOC as early as possible to enable me to sale my motercycle.My particulars are as under.

I had bought a TVS Victor motor bike in the year 2005 through GE Countrywide for which I have fulfilled and cleared all my debts, but still I am facing problems with the CIBIL scoring as uncleared debts of GE countrywide is still showing in my records. I have not yet received any NOC from GE countrywide against my debt clearance. If you kindly help me out in getting the NOC from the company so that my CIBIL may get rectified, I shall be grateful to you.
