Bharti Airtel Limited — Pre paid connection

Dear Sir,

I am in possesion of a prepaid card no.[protected] of airtel gujarat. i have moved out of gujarat since last couple of months and i am in Delhi. My prepaid no has stopped funtioning since today without any intimation where as there is a balance of 139Rs still in my account. I contacted airtel customer care(121) and i was told they could not view my details and i was given airtel gujarat customer care number([protected]). i contacted on this no to be informed that you need to call [protected] to get details. when i called [protected] i was informed that as you are calling from airtel post paid connection we are not able to provide the details of the prepaid number. please call up from the land line.
I fail to understand what sort of customer service is this? do they expect the customers to make calls worth 100 rs to find out why service on their prepaid card which has a balance of 150 rs has been stopped.

Naam bade aur darshan khote!!!

Companies like airtel are only intrested in taking customers money and not giving any service!!!

Its high time they stop fooling the customers.

This is Nagini, the customer of airtel. I have taken this sim before 2 months. It has 6 months validity.

Because of verification problem, you people disactivated my number.

If any thing I have to provide, you should tell… but you didn’t intimate anything.

Now if I consult airtel showroom people, they are telling that its not possible to reactivate.

How can I loss money(1000/-) which has spended for getting validity??????

Really, worst worst customer service . How many times I have to go airtel showroom????

Please, rectify my problem.

Prepaid connection — MNP

hi, my vodafone no is [protected], i applied for Mobile no portability and i just wanted to switch to idea from vodafone cause vodafone is very costly, i applied on 19th of april for MNP and now on 5th of may vodafone just rejected my application and they are deducting my balance intentionally . Plz do something, vodafone is torturing me....i want to sue this company....
