My Name is Alok Chavan my A/c No is[protected] My Big Tv Problem Was new software updation before 2 month & My problem Started Set up box always resart after 5 min . i have been complaint every 2 days i told him customer care he told me sir u r problemwill solve before 48 hrs but any responds from reliance big tv customer care & he has minus my balance & my problem not solve what i do ? if my problem not solve i will go in cunsumer court sab reliance big tv baja k rakh dunga boss Was this information helpful? | |||

My big tv customer ID is[protected]. I have taken Reliance's services for mobile, Tv & netconnect. But my experience about DISH TV is VERY BAD. My tv is not working since[protected]. When i start it, it gives message as POOR SIGNAL QUALITY, CHANGE SETTINGS OR CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. I contacted on your tollfree no. several times and they said their technician will come. However he's not come since then and then also BIG TV team messaged that your problem is solved! though its not working today also!
Tell me are you going to solve it within 24 hours or else i will change the services of DTH with some other company, getting refund of my set-top box of reliance from consumer court.
