1) the rubber keys pads on the side has worn out..
2) battery is not charging..
hope black berry quality level has drooped to a huge extent..

As since I purchased my mobile most of the time it used to be in service station only.

This mail is to complain you regarding one of your Blackberry Expert Center based in Sec -2 Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Near Nirula’s).

The people out there are truly unresponsive, manner less and non-professionals. They don’t know how to deal with customers and how to speak to the customers.
Even the manager of the service center doesn’t have a basic sense of how to deal with the customer.
The guys regarding how I would like to raise a complain specially is “Mr. Namit Saddi” and the girl sitting at the service desk. They don’t know how to give an explanation to the customer and provide a proper response.
I just strongly recommend taking a strict action against such employees who may ruin the image of blackberry and make the customer services hell.
Brief of the issue:
I own the blackberry 9380 purchased last year in month of April, 2013(still under warranty). Last month it started having some trouble while charging, I went to the service center and they did some fix after replacing don’t know how many parts. I was told to us and let them know. I assumed the good services would have been done to my phone but just within one month it became dead. I again went there and below are the highlights of issues:
They were not able to provide me an electronic bill due to system errors “stating the previous complains has not been closed”
When asking for the solution time I was told that you will receive the SMS for the same, which was promised last time as well but NO SMS came last nor within the 2 days of submitting the handset
When I took the initiative and called the service center I was told the handset needs to be sent to Bangalore for repairs we cannot repair it and it will take 15-20 days. This came as a surprise and I think if I won’t have called the center I would have never know this.
I telling about the handset being sent to Bangalore the guys who responded set please come to the service center in evening and we will give you the substitute till the time your handset is repaired. When I went to the service center in evening I complain regarding the SMS service she started the argument and said that you must have received it please check it, could be a network issue, you might have blocked the number and blaaa blaaa reason. I still insisted that please check at your end. After 15-20mins of waiting she found out “Oh it was because of that error job open again the SMS was not sent to me”. She even didn’t apologize for the argument she did.
When asking for the substitute handset she said sir come on Saturday. When I told her I don’t have time, she started yelling on guy “Jai Veer” for providing the substitute. After the wait of 15mins when I started losing my temper she turned up with the response “Sir we don’t have the handset right now come on Monday”. What the hell then why did you called me today. This was height o[censored]nresponsiveness.
After having bit of argument with her she started yelling again “Sir dekhna (Sir see), I cannot explain and so on. After 15mins I got a response that they cannot give the handset as it an “IT issue from Blackberry” reason the same “earlier case/job sheet has not been closed”. Again I was told sir come on Monday.
After seeking a bit of explanation from her and a non-satisfying response. She called up somebody. After 10mins a guy turns up stating his name “Namit Saddi” and ask what is the problem as if he didn’t knew why he has been called for. Still I explained him. He started arguing that cannot give the handset, come on Monday. On asking him that please give me this in written he was not ready to give it, on asking him about the name of the manager he was not ready to give it. I told him at least give me one thing he was not ready to listen just arguing I cannot give this IT IS A PROCESS. I don’t know what is the process does this satisfy. He was arguing a lot as if I have asked him to sign his property to myself or give me the password of his bank account numbers.
On bit of an argument with him he disclosed “We have sent a mail to internal team to correct the issue, so come on Monday”. I told him ok give me a copy of that email as evidence “He again said I cannot give, it is a process” I told him ok show me you have done this “He again said I cannot give, it is a process” and started arguing “why should I show you my internal mail you show me I offered him ok have a look at my mailbox. He again in an high tempered phase responded “Sir you can show me I cannot show you, it is a process”.
Finally after this drama I left empty handed and going through a trauma with such unprofessional people.
I would request Blackberry to take strict actions against these people, so that it doesn’t happens with the people coming to blackberry service center with some expectations.

Next day in the evening I called up and the salesgirl (who sold me the phone the previous day) picked the phone. I told her that the sound quality was poor and she told me to come the next day. Although I don’t have that much time (that’s why I am complaining after one week of purchase) even then on 21/05/13 I reached the showroom and the salesgirl and another person Mr. Joshi checked the phone and confirmed that there was problem with the phone and I would have to go the service centre for the problem. I asked them that they had promised me to change the phone at Showroom itself and the sales girl herself had told me to come the next day. Mr. Joshi told me in a very misbehaving tone that it may be our salesgirl’s mistake but that has to be borne by the customer and that whatsoever he is not going to change the phone.
I would like to ask:
1. What behavior, commitment and quality of service is being provided by the staff of BlackBerry Showroom and doesn’t it spoil BlackBerry’s image and reputation to be amongst top brands in the world.
2. My friend used to run a Nokia Care Centre which was shut down with one misbehavior complaint by a customer. Does BlackBerry set the same standards of service of being customer friendly as Nokia or does it behaves differently?
3. Why shouldn’t I buy a cheaper phone of an ordinary company if I have to use a low quality phone?
4. At this level of social status have I to argue with a salesman/salesgirl to replace a defective phone.
Sir, this is not only my or a meagre phone’s matter but a matter of reputation and services by BlackBerry to it’s cutomers.

i have very bad experience with my blackberry curve 9220. i brought it on august 2012, my handset get switch off automatically while receive calls, dial calls, read messages, press any key this happens 8 to 10 times in a day. i send my handset to service center but it works one month well after service center but after one month problem is again the same. i am fed up with the handset.

This is appraise you all viewers that i have been an blackberry voda user( provided by the company based out of Ahmedabad) in jodhpur rajasthan since last 7-8 months, from last few days i am having very problem of handset getting hanged(which is i think is an common error), after so many efforts i was able to find out the address of the service centre of blackberry on the 28th of June-13 at about 15:00 Hrs; after having reached there got to know that this was the service centre and now their is somebody else who has taken the service centre(this old service centre was kind enough to guide me to the new service centre though), after having reached there on chopasni road opposite SBBJ bank, opp. mandhana bhawan(Care Zone), i was asked to sit and wait in the area where there was not even the FAN available, after some time i narrated them the problem to the guy came at the front desk, , , he then asked me promptly about the bill and said this of the handset...after pushing for the same to them to accept; the owner Mr. Anil came out of the door and said that this handset will not be entertained, whether you try all your means..and we cannot help you in that...; meanwhile i asked them to pls furnish me no'sof the person from the company whom should i request and seek resolution, but they were very stuboorn and had bluntly refused to provide me the asked no's..i then requested them to please give me the blackberry helpline no's..after dialing those no's continuously for about 6-7 minutes i was able to send the ring on those helpline no's([protected]) at about 15:48 hrs..but it was noty responded rather disconnected...somehow being an telecom employee i found out the number of mr. piyush([protected]) sales executive of blackberry in jodhpur, he refused to help me coz as per him he is into sales and service is not his baby..i than requested him to give somebody's no. frpom the service he then gave me mr . gaurav yadav's([protected]) no from reddington, after having reached him he spoke to Mr. Anil(owner of the service centre) after 5 minutes he also said the same that without bill it will not be possible...again i requested him then he give the no's of some responsible person from whom i can talk and seek resolution..he than gave me the no. of Mr. Pawan([protected])..after having called mr. pawan he than on my behalf requested Mr. Anil(Owner of the service centre)...Mr. Anil than got my phone checked on line the purchase date and found that it was in warranty...but said that it is merely the software is to be updated which will take 15-20 minutes, i said i will wait sir...but i think being called by 02-03 people he refused to get the same done by the same day even and said that this will not be done before tomorrow evening and there is no stand-by for it...
I was left with no choice and i just left the so called BLACKBERRY(why have i mentioned in bold because people who were and who are using blackberry feel proud to hold the set and to use it..) service centre...

Couple of days back in morning I noticed that suddenly phone has stopped responding even the display touch was not working and no sound from hand set speaker Since my phone is very much in warranty period and I trusted Blackberry after sales services, I thought to give it for repair.
I approached to service center of Blackberry in (Borivalli) Mumbai. i gave my black berry phone model no.9360 to sri vinayaka electronics,chiraj galli lane on 9th of Octoberthey promised to give back my phone with in 12 days but still after 45 days they have not given back my phone and also they are not responding to any of the emails and also they are least bothered to take the calls and also they dont care to answer on anything when we go the service centre and ask them of the phone
my job id number is HBY/BB/12/01162
the service centre head MR.ALOK MOHAN is not responding to my calls
they just give a blank response of they not being responsible for any thing and that they are only a mediater between the company and customer and theyhave no idea of when the phone will be back
also the head of AP blackberry MR.JAGDISH doesnot take any calls or respond to any messages or mails of mine .
and when we call the customer care number they give an answer that they are only here for tecnical support and not for cutomer complaint
i am really in pain as i only used the phone for 2 or so months and still using a standby phone
