[Resolved]  Blackberry — Service Centre

I have a airtel blackberry set 8310. The display of the same is not working. I asked the customer service on [protected] that this is the problem on 1st oct 2008 at 8:00p.m.. So the prompt reply was please take it to customer care. i was given 2 addresses of Authorized Customer care centres in Delhi - one in South ex and one in NOIDA. Since I live in Patparganj, Airtel Blackberry Centre, Shop no. 225, Shoprix Mall, Sector-61, NOIDA, was nearer. I was told a time of 10am-6pm as working hrs. I reached the centre at 10.25 AM on 3rd Oct 2008. There was no one at blackberry complaint desk. The Airtel people say the concerned people will come at 11. I reconfirm after 20 minutes, they say Mr. Shiraz at Airtel Blackberry Centre was on leave and someone else would come at 11.25. At 11.25 on inquiring that no one has come, they say Blackberry dept is on not working till Monday i.e 6th Oct 2008, after, e waiting for 1 hour. Still no one at the desk. I had called customer care at 10:35 to complain that no one was at thed esk, they refuse to take a complaint and have no clue as to who would be the responsible person to reply. they say, its the service centre people only. Net of net, after a 1 hr to and fro drive and 1 hr of waiting, my net result is zero with no one to complain to. This is blackberry service? Where do the consumers go? what can they do? Airtel is cash rich on base of its customers- customers who can do nothing about their plight and there is no central body to take up their issues. This is INDIA

I am also facing airtel black berry net problem i lodged complaint 15 days back regularly they are prompt for collecting payment but they are not concern o complains and customer care other subscribers is better than airtel i am fed up with complaints if it is not possible to solve problems of customers they had to withdrawl from market.

Blackberry — mobile signal problem very first day

Sir I purchage a blackbarry mobile but very frist day thare are a singnal problam I contact his custmer care but they do not give me satishfacitry answer then I go his sarivice center(cunnet palace) they sey we contact you and we replace your phone but they do not contact me after few days
I contact him but they do not pick my phone.I am try last 5 months but do not give any solations. I tottaly faidup . Plz resolav my problam

I have blackberry storm 9530 which I purchased last year. After few months only I got the replacement for the same due to some problem which they were not able to fix. Now again suddenly its display went off. I gave it to bangalore redington last month start. After approx 1 month that too after making 100 calls they said that it came without repair. Then again when I denied taking it back without repair they have sent it back for repair saying that there was a problem last time. I don't trust any1 of them at all now and not even sure what they had done with my phone.
My blackberry work order number is BLR/BB/11/00877
Please please see to this matter as its really unacceptable now :(

Complaint regarding for the black berry model no 8520. There is a call dropping problem in phone and memory card format automatic, all the data were corrupted and service center were not responding on that. This is the second time I am facing the problem in blackberry phone.

BlackBerry 8520 — applications not working

i had downloaded two applications in my blackberry 8520.the application names are..1.whatsapp...it is nt working
application to be run
I had purchased a black berry 9300 curve 3g 5 months back. I had given the phone to the dealer i.e. Nikkis in chandni chowk street in kolkata his contact number is [protected]. I had problem with my battery it was getting discharged very soon. So i marked t complain to the dealer. He told tat he had sended t phone to banglore head office on 30/06/2011. Suddenly tat dealer called me today n telling that company confirmed that my phone is water logged. Whereas my complain was for the battery. the dealer is telling me tat my phone is not repaired and i had to pay rs 180 in order to get my phone back. The phone is repaired till date.
It a shame on black berry company tat they are cheating us.

dear all,

i vinod choudhary from jaipur. i purchased a blackberry 8520 in April 2011 from a retailer shop.
after some days i got the problem in handsfree. i went to service center & gave to the hands free
for replacement to concern executive on 28 june 2011. they said to me that we need to minimum 10 day.
after 10 days u can get the handsfree.
now almost 1 month has completed but till date didn't get my handsfree. i m very frastted now
now the organization want to shift to me other location. so i have to move for other location.
its a urjency for me.
Ple do the needful.

Blackberry phone 8520 — Frequent problems of Cell does not starting up

I have recently purchased a blackberry 8520 cell 4 months back (IMEI- [protected]).. The cell suddenly stops functioning and does not start-up. I took it to blackberry authorised service center one month back and had to wait there for 2 hours before my number came. They corrected the problem and said it was a software problem. Now again, my cell has shut off and i am struggling to submit this again to authorised center as there is a long queue as this is single center of blackberry in Pune area. This is really pathetic and unprofessional from a high standard organisation RIM. I have completely lost faith in the product.

Well the scene in my case is that i bought my NEW BLACKBERRY 9300 in JANUARY 2011 and already got it replaced once in JUNE 2011 due to "APPLICATION ERROR 523"
And i believe that the handset i got in replacement was a 2nd Hand Piece..
As there was no reciept provided with the phone.
And the service center people didnt even inform me that it was a "REPLACED HANDSET"
i was told "MY" phone is fixed..

Now after 1month of replacement.. i observed that my "TRACK PAD" was not working. Then i took my phone to SERVICE CENTER AGAIN.. and they "RECIEVED" my phone on 6-8-2011 ...saying that they'll replace my handset again..

Till date ... I have'nt recieved any updated regarding my phone, and its kinda pissin me off, when they dont pick up the phone and talk rude.
The "AFTER SALES SERVICES" ARE REALY POOR..

i hate this..

Vodafone — Worst Blackberry Services

I was happily using Docomo.But seeing Ads of Vodaphone i just purchased new nos of Vodaphone to use blackberry services.My Nos is [protected].But i m facing tons of problems with Vodaphone.First even after repeatedly calling vodaphone customercare u can never get the settings details for blackberry. And some how when it started you check next day things are not working.Because your balance is negetaive. Which I understood later as my balance is negative.SO i got it recharged.Again very same day my balance got negative again. So i checked where this balance got deducted withouth any calls made or requests aggreed.So called at cc to check the same and they say ur deduction is on 25th jo ki.. key liye .But what is Jo ki...What the hell. If Vodaphone company wants money so request them to earn it fair way. WHy you people cheat the users.WHy on first hand the balance gets negative . You stop it on 0. And firstly where this unnecessary money is getting deducted.

I request please refund my money i want to stop BB of Vodaphone . And also willneveruse this connection again.

Iam highly disappointed by vodaphone now . As again my money is getting deducted. I have went to Vodaphone store for getting the settings done . Mr. Rahul Sachdeva has worked on same for half an hour and gave me assurance that things are ok . But I think greed of vodaphone company is not satisfied yet. As even after getting the recharge of 400 for taking monthly package still they keep on deducting your balance. And this is not enough as it was been assured that ill be getting my previously deducted money back but the same never came back but vodaphone has further deducted my more money for internet surfing. I am highly disappointed and will surely discourage the use of blackberry services of vodaphone to anyone. I know vodaphone co. Will not be effected by the loss of single customer that's why they are not taking my issues seriously . But its sure thjat they are only good in branding and advertising but not in services. And I request any one kindly let me know the way of escalating these issues to senior authorities who can help me with the same and taking the case fraud and cheating against vodaphone.
