[Resolved]  Blackberry — Service Centre

I have a airtel blackberry set 8310. The display of the same is not working. I asked the customer service on [protected] that this is the problem on 1st oct 2008 at 8:00p.m.. So the prompt reply was please take it to customer care. i was given 2 addresses of Authorized Customer care centres in Delhi - one in South ex and one in NOIDA. Since I live in Patparganj, Airtel Blackberry Centre, Shop no. 225, Shoprix Mall, Sector-61, NOIDA, was nearer. I was told a time of 10am-6pm as working hrs. I reached the centre at 10.25 AM on 3rd Oct 2008. There was no one at blackberry complaint desk. The Airtel people say the concerned people will come at 11. I reconfirm after 20 minutes, they say Mr. Shiraz at Airtel Blackberry Centre was on leave and someone else would come at 11.25. At 11.25 on inquiring that no one has come, they say Blackberry dept is on not working till Monday i.e 6th Oct 2008, after, e waiting for 1 hour. Still no one at the desk. I had called customer care at 10:35 to complain that no one was at thed esk, they refuse to take a complaint and have no clue as to who would be the responsible person to reply. they say, its the service centre people only. Net of net, after a 1 hr to and fro drive and 1 hr of waiting, my net result is zero with no one to complain to. This is blackberry service? Where do the consumers go? what can they do? Airtel is cash rich on base of its customers- customers who can do nothing about their plight and there is no central body to take up their issues. This is INDIA

I activated Vodafone BBM service on my device 8 months back.
From last 5-6 days my Blackberry Messenger is not working, whenever I click on Blackberry Messenger icon it does'nt open/perform & I'm unable to recieve notification of Blackberry Messenger contact & group..
I contacted my Vodafone Service Provider, they said, "from our side you are getting full service. The error is from Blackberry, contact them.."
Please Blackberry sort out my problem as soon as possible..

TATS THE SAME HERE TOO COULD NEVER GET MY BLACK BERRY TO GET DETECTED ON MY SYSTEM AND AFTER CONTACTING BLACKBERRY SUPPORT THAT IT HANDLED BY REDDINGTON THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT WAS HORRIBLE AND THE STORY CONTINUES ASKING ME TO CONTACT A NUMBER THAT IS ALWAYS BUSY AND THEN CALL BACK BLACKBERRY AND THEY PROVIDE A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND THAT FEMALE SAYS THAT SHE WILL CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES AS SHE IS NOT ABLE TO HEAR ME BUT ITS 2 WEEKS PASSED NOW AND NO ONE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CHECK IF THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

i Have BB 8520 and bought it on april 26th 2010 and from the day one its "A" is not working properly and the camera is also very bad as compared to ther phones of same model...

They giveen new device probably they unable to repair mine one.

Now, I have a Question, when i get new handset from manufacturer in replacement, doesn't it include New Battery, Media Card, Charger (the accessories comes along with device handset). Because I have NOT got any of these, the repairing was undertaken by Redington, India.
We have purchased Blackberry mobile handset 9700 in October 2010.
since 1st Nov 2010 we faced problem of display. Local dealer checked it, did some software corection and confirm that now there will be no probelm but when we checked the problem was as it.Then the local dealer confirmed that there is hardware problem and it has to sent to nagpur service station. We have delivered the set to redington Nagpur on 17th Nov 2010 vide receipt no. NAG/BB/10/00309. Till 27th there is no confirmation for the status.In case the mobile hand set gone out of order, why the customer should suffer inspite of spending such huge amount. I bought my blackberry8310 in march2010 but after 4 months only i got problem in my hand set and from that day handset is being sent to service centre through MODERN COMMUNICATION Gomti nagar Lucknow and till today ihave not recieved any information about my set when ever asked about the set I am told that in 2 to 4 day time I will get the phone .I dont understand that company like blackberryis doing about its reputation such a bad service is being provided to the coustmers .

Blackberry World on Curve — Blackberry World

Since I've had the Blackberry Curve I have used the Blackberry World App however, I've had nothing but problems. Every few weeks I have been locked out of my account. I have written down my log in information and re-entered this information correctly, but Blackberry World app will not read it. Every few weeks I am having to recovery my password. This time however, the aapplication allows me to send a recovery email, but it once on the recover site it doesn't recognize my I'd. I have sent emailes to customer service with no response; and I could locate a phone number for them. So I no choice but to setup another account by creating another email account, but I lost all my information. I would recommend Blackberry World App because I've only had a blackberry five months with nothing but problems.

Blackberry Services. — Awful Customer Support for Blackberry Services

This is the second time we are subscribing the Balckberry services and no proper support is rendered. Service charges are deducted on time and no proper guidance on how to download the details and connection are provided. Zero customer satisfaction.Very very bad service. DEPLOY EFFICIENT STAFFS ELSE DONOT RENDER THE BLACKBERRY SERVICES.

Blackberry Storm 2 — Phone Hangs and No response from Service Center

I bought a Blackberry Storm 2 smartphone in April Last year. Soon after the purchase the handset started giving troubles like erratic functioning and hanging. I complained at blackberry complaint number and was told to take my set to a service center located at vikas marg. They told its a software issue and would redo my software. They returned my phone back in a days time without doing anything as the data in it was intact. On complaining again I was given an option to take my phone to another service center at Noida sector 18. They sent my phone to bangalore stating it has both software and hardware related issues. The phone was gone almost for ten days. On receiving the phone back it was still having same problems. I approached senior officers of Redington as informed by the call center for redressal on December 28, 2010 but till date no one has responded despite my regular follow up. It is rediculous service. I requested for change in handset or refund of my money as my warranty will lapse in April this year and they will turn a deaf ear afterwards.

I am shocked with the insensitivity shown by Redingnton staff who have refused to even register my complaint regarding Blackberry curve ...i had given my mobile to them after waiting for 2 hours, they told me that your mobile seal is broken and we cannot help you further regarding service and also returned my handsfree which was not working properly and told me that we cannot replace this as your mobile seal is broken ..
I am totally dissatisfied with the pathetic service centre .Also, the cheap endorsement hand written on the job sheet in the remarks column, which is not even readable, shows that they somehow want to extort money from bonafide unsuspecting consumers even for handsets under warranty on some false pretext.I have given my blackberry mobile at E-48/4 (1st Floor), Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II,
when my mobile is having a warranty of 18 months then why i will go to other service place even they are not giving my mobile cd .

Blackberry — Blackberry 8520 faulty headset received

I was purchase Blackberry (8520) handset on date of 26th Jan 2011. Now within 1 month period I was facing issue in mobile sensor & key pad. The same thing has been inform to Blackberry service centre. Then I am come to know that the hand set is water damage & there are not able to provide service for the same. For your reference please find the complaint No. BB0078109 of Blackberry service centre. Only worried part is that as per blackberry warranty term & conditions handset will service during warranty period against technical issue, but there are enable to provide service to me. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter & solve this issue, if the same issue will not solve by Blackberry services, I want replacement of Handset or Cash back. We purchased a Blackberry 8830 mobile on 10th jan 2011 through naaptol. Our order no. is 1232481.On delivery we saw -
1. The CDMA does not work .It was advertised that it is a dual GSM/ CDMA phone.
2. Blackberry services do not work on the phone even on GSM.
3. GPS IS not working
4. The click of the trackball is not working
5. We complained several times but no response. Few dates have been noted- 13-2-11 at 9:45 am. Again on 21-02-11. Repeated complaints only got one answer- we will call back within 48 hours tomorrow and the calls never came.
6. Pls look into the matter asap and help.

Blackberry — Scratches on the mobile

I have seen the add on the news paper and booked one blackberry mobile on 2nd of Feb, 2011. After receipt of the mobile on 7th Feb, 2011 I found scratches on the back of the mobile. Before sending it back, I confirm and informed me that to return the product via the same courrier. on the next day 8th Feb, 2011 I have returned the mobile vide consignment no: [protected] dated 8th Feb, 2011 and I have been assured you will receive the new mobile within next working days.

Since from that time I have been telephoning every day about the mobile but have not received any positive reponse so far nor my mobile.

Now, my request is that we are in Delhi upto 8th of this month and leaving for our home on 9th Feb, 2011. I request that the mobile be send before 8th Feb, 2011 on our given address which is as follows:

Blackberry — Scratches on mobile

We have booked a black berry mobile on 2nd of Feb, 2011 and we have received the parcel in time. But at the time of opening the parcel we found scratches on the back of the mobile. Before returning the same we have confirmed on phone and they have asked us to return the parcel with the same courrier only Blue dart. After sending the parcel till now we have not received the parcel and making complaint every day but there is no response at all.

We have given them our New Delhi address where we are upto 9th of Feb, 2011 and thereafter there will be no one to get the parcel. You are kindly requested to send the parcel at an earliest date before 9th Feb, 2011 on the same address we hv given which is shown as below:

8520 curcve — doesn't have manner

we are using vodafone blackberry , i call on 111 customercare for know the actual procedure hiow to flesh the phone , but the pwerson mr shivaji pawar doesnt know the procedure and even dont have manner how to handle their client , and in last he says simply thanks for calling , what the hell is this , if person doent have a manner how to talk than they should not desreve a job of customer care , i think vodafone shoul take some action to prevent his image .
