Blackberry Mobile — Defective Mobile received | |||
We have received our mobile (against order no, 3771767 ) after long waiting of 2 months but we surprised to see that the mobile is defective and we checked with local Mobile repair person as suggested by Naaptol Representative and found that mobile is not charged the battery due to there is no voltage signal is coming while charging the mobile and also discharged the charged battery very fast. Now we fed-up with the service of Naaptol and we have not able to use our mobile for last 2 and half months, Now we do not need defective mobile and we need our money back as soon as possible. Earlier complaint detail - Naaptol received the Blackberry mobile for replacement on 2nd July 2012, as confirmed by Naaptol representative any replacement should be dispatch within 15days after receiving the same at your end, but till now we have not any confirmation regarding dispatch of our Black Berry Phone.
