[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

Blazeflesh Couriers Limited — Parcel not delievered on Time and No responce from customer care center.

Consignment no[protected] from Vaishali ( Ghaziabad) to Thapar University Patiala not yet been delievered. Its been 7 days passed now and no update of the consignment.
There was University assignments on this courier and its not been delievered on time, and due to the delay in service from Blazeflesh Document submission date has already passed.

One packet from Bijnore U.P. on 04.02.2010 to me at Lucknow,it is matter of surprise that 6 days have passed since despatch and i m still waiting that packet.After spending huge amount for speed post to get delivery at the earliast our purpose has completely defeated.Will the heigher authorities would like to take pain to sort out my problem.

I can't explain how frustrating is this, I had sent my brothers admit card through your courier services on 3rd of feb, 2010, Today is 8th of feb. it's not yet delivered, Now tommorow is the concerned examination, I don't know whom to blame..!

This is the worst service provider in courier service. learned the lesson never rely on blazeflash for any important post they are even outdated then postoffice service. i have send some tax papers on 21jan to banglore they were deliverd on10 feb after the complaint. this resulted me INR 10000 tax in january month.

Dear sir/ madam
I’m a serving defence officer and presently posted at INS Valsura, Jamnagar. One parcel was sent to me from your yamunanagar (haryanma) office . The consignment no. was[protected]. On 08 Feb 2010 i received a call from your Jamnagar office, asking me to come to the their office for collection of said parcel. I requested your office bearer, Mr. Harish Patel, to deliver that parcel at my office premises i.e. INS Valsura as it was supposed to be. But Mr Patel refused to do so and informed me that if i will not collect that, than he will straight way return that. I informed your AHamadabad office regarding this matter . Initially they were also reluctant but when i threatened them to report this matter to higher up, they agreed to pursue the Jamnagar office to deliver that parcel at my office addrtess.After passing two days when i had not received my parcel, I went to your Jamnagar office at 29, Digvijay plot to collect the same. I expressed my unhappiness caused by their unprofessional attitude. I was shocked that instead of asking sorry he threatened me that in future if he receive such type of parcel he will straightway returne it.
So this is all about what i experienced with your Jamnagar office. Here i would like that you must take action against your office bearer whose attitude is ruining your good will in the market. Like me there might be many more who will think twice before preferring your services to send important consignment.

i just not agree, but fully agree, cause the serivce is really poor and irresponsible. dont be wasting people's time and valuable just for you guys making money. please close your company on grounds of improper management and operations.
