[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

I haven't saw baddest services by any courier company as you providing these days.

My father send a courier to me which have receipt number[protected] on 6th July, 2010 but till the time I haven't received the courier.This was one of the baddest experience I have ever seen.

Please do something fruitful so that I will able to receive my courier, otherwise I will go to consumer forum to get my courier.

I believed that blaze flash is a brand name in itself...but i was wrong...

the pod no is[protected] which is not yet delivered locally...
the customer service is pathetic...no one in ur department cares for the customer, the dont even address properly, put ur call on hold for several minutes, disconnect the call inbetween and so on...

the complaint no. given to me was R-567 and i was assured that i would be given a call back but...

this courier was very urgenly required thats the reason why i prefered the courier service or else i would have got collected by hand since its hardly 20 kms away from my place...

atlast you have lost a customer and i would not suggest anyone to avail your services.

i am sure that no one from ur company even bothers to read this complain, if at all some is reading this, request you to kindly deliver the courier by 2day 12noon, as i am going out of station..

Hi All,

Please don't use blazeflash courier service It is simply waste of money and time.
I have send a courier from noida sec 18 to kottayam(kerala)
That took nearly 10 days
the important thing is they have given a contact person mob, and there address in kottayam
That mob is now not in use, they changed the office address also
from net I got kochin address and mobile no, from ther I got contact number of kottayam office person(Cymon)
I asked abt the courier he replaied like ..
I am the only one person working in this office so I cannot deliver to the home u can colllect it from here.

((Free home delivery within 20Km but still they are using this words)

on11.7.2010 one consignment was booked by no.[protected] to salem tamilnadu till the consignment was not reached to me. i tracked down theconsignment it was in the booking office itself. i ask every indians please dont book consignment to blazeflash couriers, very worst service hurt our feeling. v.senthilkumar.

its one of the worst courier service in india .recently my courier was not delivered and was returned simply and when I talked to courier man they asked that I was not stayed in my house forlast 2 days.even I mailed 2 senior authorities they could not give me reasonable reply.
ultimately when I got my courier with sincere effort of a sify broadband manager then I saw that on my consignment my mobile no.was mentioned in bold letters.they didnt make a simple call to me bcoz they got their courier charge .
It created a lot of problem to me bcoz moving in metro city to collect your courier is not easy.
next time when u use service of blazeflash u must think twice .you can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

I have sent a consignment from New Friends colony, New Delhi to Aara on 30 tjh of Aug, 2010.As per their committment it was suppose to be deliver within 24 hour.
When the packet was not delivered on time, i spoke to their Sant Nagr office at
[protected], Aditya was the person who took my call..
I am really sorry to say that the person is giving me 3 mobile numbers, out which 1 number is wrong number, rest of the two numbers are always switched off.Those numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected].
Why your people are giving wrong commitments, why they are providing wrong information.
Is there any responsible person in Blazeflash courior who can understand the urgency of this problem, &, simultaneously i can expect justice from them?

This is the worst courier company. I sent 3 packets of expensive chocolates from Gurgaon to Aurangabad. After one month of continuous follow-up, only 1 packet got delivered. No one responds on customer care phone and I think they check email only once a month. Pathetic company !

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are rude while talking. They said no need to call here and go the person whom you have given your courier. I called even the proprietor Mr Sachin Aggarwal ( [protected]) but in abeyance. This is my second experience with Blazeflash .

Blazeflash Courier — consignment missing

My consignment #[protected] is missing , i called Head office[Pune] around 30-40 time but no one is picking and if i am trying to call on [protected] , this person is dropping the call every single time.

the consignment has been given from Alwar[Rajasthan] and as per their promise this should reached me at most by saturday . I made around 60 calls today to know the status of my consignment
Please help me out in getting my consignment as this is very urgent and important.

Blazeflash Courier — Non deliver and non responsive - highly unprofessional

If you want to that important packaet, documents or papers should get lost, you use their services, they will do it for you as they are efficient in misplacing your consignment.

My sister sent Rakhi to me on 16th Aug from Jaipur. They sent it on 19th Aug. And friends until now neither I got consignment nor any response from their management.

I tried calling at lest 8-10 times to their Bangalore office (mobile number mentioned at their website) and then to Chennai number (so called regional head, but maybe they are asked not to pick up the phone as phone number are meant only to diaply at website.

I sent mail to their headoffice and they seemed to be little active when their MD S D Aggarwal asked them to look. Looks like that they are very religious to their MD but not like to response to customer. I wish I have staff like these Good for nothing ppl.

They looked and said that it was delivered and received by someone security guy named Nadish whereas we never had any staff in last 8 years. I also checked my security and other staff and came to know that no one even came on that day. When I pointed this out, they said they would look and get back to me

I am still waiting after sending many reminders.
So guys, moral of the story - NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT BLAZEFLASH COURIER unless you want to take revenge !!!!

Blazeflash Couriers — very bad service -- not delivered till now after 10 day

BLAZEFLASH is a courier company. I sent my courier with urgent documents on 21 sept-2010 from Bangalore( may be that was my mistake I trusted the courier fellow who claimed within 3-days delivery).

Today is 30-september and still courier is not received at my native place near jaipur.

Those were my mother's medical test reports. I asked them to send by some well known courier but they said BLAZEFLASH's service is very nice.

I beleived and got in trouble. I think I have spend again for medical tests of my mother.


I am posting this so that others become aware of this type of promises.

Have booked a courier on 22nd Sep 2010 from Blazeflash Couriers vide airway bill no[protected], but consignment yet not dilevered after so many follow ups.

Please look in to the matter.

My courier booked from Delhi to Mandi Ateli via Narnaul Dated 13.09.2010 Consignment No.[protected] which was delivered to me on 22.09.2010 and one courier booked from Delhi to Mandi Ateli via Narnaul dated 14.09.2010 consignment No.[protected] Which was delivered me 22.09.2010 OPENED PACKET and one courier booked from Delhi to same address dated 16.09.2010 Consignment No.[protected] which was delivered me on 22.09.2010.
Above these courier delivered Delhi to Narnaul on next day. Distance Narnaul to Mandi Ateli only 16K.M., and we recieveed these three courier within 9 or 10 days.
Is this the best service of courier company called BLAZEFLASH COURIER.
