On 29th of September 2009 My daughter has dispatched a packet containing Charger of IPhone, EarPhone and Three pin pluck from Gurgaon Bazeflash Office. The packet was delivered on 5th of October 2009 at about 3.30 pm at my place Dhanbad. The basic materials charger and earphone were taken away and packet contains only three pin pluck only. When I was made complain regarding such irregularities, Both Gurgaon office and delivery office at Dhanbad refused to do any thing in this regard. The number of my consignment is[protected].
I would like to inform the Director of the Company, as there is no question of price of the materials but the basic question of the consumers belief in your courier service. If the Director will not take acrion against the concerned persons for maligning the reputation of the firm. We would file against the company and make it public through Print Media and other methods.

Blazeflash Courier — no information abt corier

i want to know abt my corier information that i send to kathal frm mandi dabwali on date near abt 18-24 months. corier no. is[protected]. but the company show not any result on this topic. but this is so neccesory for me. pls help me.

Blaze Flash is the Worst Courier Company I have Ever Gone Through.My Consignment No was :[protected] for Delhi to Jharkhand. It Took around 17 days to reach to its destination, that too after i made a no of complaints and at last the consignee had to go to the office of the BlazeFlash at around 25 Km from his home By paying 30 Rs to receive his own consignment even though i had already paid 80 Rs at the time of consignment booking.Forget about the cost incurred in making so many phone calls to the employees of Blaze Flash to know about the status of the consignment.
I will simply not suggest anybody To go to BlazeFlash to send their Courier after such a bitter experience.
I[censored] talk about their Customer Care Nos:Just call on it and after 9-10 rings somebody will pickup and will say "just Hold Down" And u will b surprised to know I kept on holding for 4-5 minutes and then i had to end up."Aaisa To TOLLFree Nos pe bhi nahi Hota"Eventhough Here we r paying for the call.

One of our customer send couier through Balzeflash Docket No.[protected] dt.25.09.2009 to us Bawana Industrial area, F-278, Sector-1, DSIIDC, Bawana Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110 039 from babarpur. We are not in receipt of above mentioned packet and trying hard to got information. we are trying on phone no. 22831156 since last 10 days but no result.

You are requested to please look into matter and let us know the status of our packet.

My cousin Delivered one courier on 08th of this month[protected]but as on[protected] days have been over but we still not received the consignment such a poor service id given by BlazeFlash courier.And in top of that if we contact ther branch office they are not takeing our phone or if htey pickup our phone they will won't provide any details regarding the consignment. i request to other people pls beaware from blaze flash courier

My doc.no[protected] are pickup by lucknow blazeflash courier on 08/10/09 for JALAN DISTRIBUTOR GORAKHPUR but till date i have not recive this courier kindly revert me how many time u have taken to diliverd thi courier.

I my self have felt the pinch.
My inlaws had sent a courier containing dress material for my 4 year old kid.
The courier was supposed to be delivered in kolkata, which they did but without the Dress.
The courier guy in Delhi was least bothered about the loss when my in laws complained about the same. Undoubtedly they are most arrogant people in Courier industry.

this is the bull service this is my second counter with blaze flash service & both consignment are not delivered to allahabad.

today is 20/10/2009

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. If you have recorded the call you can check the same. I gave another call after 15 min but they picked the call on hold for about 10 min.
