[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — Refusal for delivering courier and usage of foul language

To Blue dart

This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.

Primafacia - The executive called on phone for delivering the credit card.he fixed up the time 12.pm and then arrived late on 25th december.1.45 pm
he called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of the card.
finally, the person came with the delivery package and used abusive language when asked for the delay and refused to deliver the package(credit card) sent from barclays bank.
in the mean time he collected the pan card and wrote the pan card number on his receipt book and then went away with the card.
he even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.

If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

second concern is the collection of credit card any how that bank has to see how they will get me that courier delivered.

i got a call from HDFC that my Credit Card was couriered through

but i dont know where to collect my courier or else what is the status of my courier

i have booked one couriour in blazeflash on10/10/08. but still its not delivered . its very disgusting when we called to customer care they have not picked the phone or if picked we don't have information

The same experiance with me to share about Blue dart noida sec -63 branch inefficiency...
I guess Bank should stop transfer through them cause if customer will face prblm its indirectlly there reputation is spoiling ...I am going to write my complain to the bank with request to stop courier through Blue Dart ...and suggest whol all have same complain do the same ...

I am Retailer owning an easy sim No:[protected].I had done a wrong recharge and wanted to do complaint in 404 but the only response i have got is that i am not allowed to call this no, Why?neither my message is accepted in 202.I have worked hard for airtel but now i feel with this very poor performance I wish to transfer my customer to some other company which has better care for its retailers and consumers.On calling 121 from consumer no and speaking to consumercare executive at chennai I came to know that airtel does not have its retailer easy sim information.I only ask for your own mistakes should we suffer.

Bluedart- Mobile Phone — Wrong Delivery

Hi,

I am writing this mail after finding all the alternatives with out any solution to my problem.

I am citi bank credit card holder using from almost 2 years. As a routine pramotional offers citi bank offered some products under discount price with 0% emi option with colabration of a new company called "Deals for all".

So i ordered on Aqua Dual SIM Mobile Phone and the same was dispatched on Dec 26th after 2 months of ordered placed.

On Jan Dec 31st i called the c.c care of Deals for all and checked the status as still i am waiting for the product, surprisingly they told me its already delivered on Dec 27th to my address and the same was received by person called Narasiahaa...

Then i told them there was no one called narasiahaa, and requeste to provide the courier name and consignment number, the same was provided as follows;

Then i immediately called Local Blue dart cc no[protected] and spoken to Mr. Swaroop Executive Bluedart courier services, Hyd, then he said we will check the same and arrange a callback with in 1 hr.

As said i received call from local Balanagar Blue dart office by a person calld Ashoak and started asking all the details and again said we will call u sir by evening and requested the product details, value and company name.

Then he called me in the evening and said : " SORRY TO INFORME U SIR, THE SAME WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND THE THIRD PARTY RECEIVED THE SAME AND OPEND THE PACKET. AND AFTER UR COMPLAINT WE IMMEDIATELY COLLECTED THE SAME WHICH WAS IN OPENDED CODITION, REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR CONVINENT TIME TO DELIVERY THE SAME AND GIVEN HIS CONTACT NO :[protected]

Then i shoked and said no i dont want the same with open condition as if any problem with the product i cant go and demand the company, and requested to return the same to company. And on the same day i informed the same to Dealls for all by calling there cc care.

And after two day on Jan 2nd again i called the Bluedart cc care and again spoke to the same person Swaroop and requested the status, but again no information and said we will arrange the callback from my manager. As they sai i received another call from Mr. Manohar and said we will return the product to the conserned company as you are not accepting the same and he also told me the same was updated in there site for to find the status of any consignment.

Then finally i again called Deals4al and req the same under complaint no: 6873 by Shailaja.

Today i received a call from Deals4all and told me once they receivedd the same from Bludart they will redispatch the product.

Blue Dart Courier — No delivery between desired delivery time.

A courier was sent to me by a financial investment company through Blue Dart. An executive named Pavan from J M Road, Pune office of Blue Dart contacted me about this. I requested him to deliver the courier within the time frame of 2pm to 4 pm, which he refused outright.

Is blue dart paid for not delivering the courier at the receiver's convininet times?

I called customer care to know the status of the delivery of my consignment and she kept me on hold, I waited for 4 mins but didn't receive any reply. Is this the service blue dart customer care is providing? Atlest you should revert back to customer na. The only concern is this kind of activities can't be expected from such a reputed courier agency.
