[Resolved]  BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

BSNL — caller tune

My Ph. No. is [protected]. i have complaint several times in BSNL customer care . to remove my caleer tune . but till date is no action taken by them,. everytime they commit me that your caller tune willl be removed in next 3 days . and no other charges will be deducted from your balance . but 3 days has not complete till 6 months. PLS HELP ME

please deactivate my caller tune service. My mobile No. [protected]. so many time i try by sms 56700 every time same massage is came message failed.

BSNL — for deactivate ap service

i am bsnl user ,in my mobile a wap service is activated. i want to deactivate myservice but bsnl customer care is not solving my problem . all customr care says that this service only solved by bsnl office pls deactivate my service my moile no. is [protected]
