BSNL — BSNL Tunes charged
I am charged more than 500 Rs. against BSNL tunes, which i had not subscribed and I pit a complaint in BSNL regarding the same they convinced me about the cancellation and pay back but in my last recharge again i loose my money. IS ita SERVICE??Please refund my money or please take action from concern authorities. I dont beleive in BSNL SERVICES

I want to change my other mo.no. use our low costing two no.of them I want to change one of two number.
I complaint against it but no solution came & my complaint no. is K[protected] date 10/11/2011.this complaint is writing in help no. 1503.
They told me that this matter is solve in help line no. 241.but no solution come from there.
so please check this matter and my mo. no. is [protected].

Airtel — Not responding to my request to stop hello tune
Sir,I subscriber to Airtel Prepaid mobile connection No.[protected].Their customer care service is not responding to my repeated request through SMS on their customer care No.121.Despite my 8 messages on13 & 14 Nov 2011 on the above mentioned number to stop hello tune, they deducted Rs. 30 /- on[protected] for this service.It is very strange they take no time to to start a service but never respond to request for stopping a service.In this way they fleece their customers by continuously deducting the charges of these undesired services from subscriber's prepaid amount.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no.[protected]. Still it got activated on March-08 2012 . Rs.6rs was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th Marchy. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 11th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 13 March. Rs.6/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.
same problem with me also. i didn't wanted that tune to be activated still it got activated on my mobile phone.
then i sent them a message suddenly for deactivation because of which my Rs.12 (for a msg) were cut & they cut Rs.30 for the tune which i didn't wanted.
next month they again automatically set a new caller tune without asking and cut my Rs.35.
thats really very wrong they should not do like this.
i want my money to be refunded back.

BSNL — bsnl tune unsub

Please deactivate the bsnl caller tunes to my cellphone no.[protected] with immediate effect without further deduction of amount from my cellphone account BSNL is activating the caller tunes on their subscriber's without their permission and milking money fradulently... who can stop this? their customer care seems to be of no use... Solution: disconnect your lines from BSNL and switch to private telco for better service...
