AirTel — not responding my complaint
on date 7th dec 2009,I applied an application for Airtel broad band conection.They personelly come to my door and took Rs,1000 along with a photo coppy of pan card and rental agreement for the conection.ensure me their executive will make call and will conect within 3rd working day.but still now one made me any call from airtel site.and I had complaint 4th,5th time but still remain same.Please help me by the concerning authority.

BSNL has got a very worst service in india- CSR’s. Geetha, Shathi, Harish, Veeresh, Vinod, Shivakumar, Niranjan and Balu-but nobody is in position to solve . I have been asking them to connect the call to teh higher people but they make me to hold for 20 to 25 min and disconnect the call.
They provide very worst service-request you all not to buy BSNL's any of the services

BSNL — caller tune without asking
BSNL is loading caller Tunes without asking to consumer. Be ware company is using new funda . example Call will come from No.[protected] , you recieve the call, IVR say - your caller tune has been set charges 25 Rupees per months. customer care is not responding properly.niether website of BSNL having link to delete/ unsubscribe to caller tune.My mobile No [protected]. I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on December 30, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. Now I received the message that invalid songcode specified. Request can not be performed.

hi friends ... to unsubscribe the caller tune facility now u have to send a sms "UNSUB" on 56799..and u will get a reply sms back soon and it will be effective within 48 hrs, if not plz confirm through customer care...

BSNL has deducted rs. 37 (25 + 12) for caller tunes the service which i have not requested for. The from bsnl is telling me to go bsnl office & write complaint. and i send sms to stop service 56700 they again deducted rs.2. They are Bad Service Network Limited.
