[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. For Deactivating the BSNL Caller tune you can directly call to 56702 from your respective mobile no.

bsnl, please deactivate all the services that is useless for me like caller tune/hello tune, bsnlcg5, love sms service, and bsnl tune. everytime i call the customer care bt no1 answer my call n this services are simply ACTIVATE IN MY NUMBER [protected] AND [protected], PLEASE WHO IS INCHARGE LOOK FORWARD TO THIS OR UR BSNL MAY TURN DOWN AS FLOP SERVICES. THANKS YOU.

BSNL SERVICE IS VERY POOR THAN OTHER SERVICERS. WHEN I GET ONE CALLER TUNE THEY DEDUCTING MONTHLY

Dear Sir,

You deducted my account Rs. 30 as per month coller tune charge and again you are deducting Rs.12/- per month. Since from last three four months you are deducting the same amount as promised you deduct only Rs.30/- per month. So now I request you to please deactivate the caller tune immediately without deducting any amount from today onwards.
