[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. They registered my complaint (complaint no.H09UP300682) and said they will look into it. For safe side I deactivated by sending message on today. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls De-activate my BSNL Tune.and suggested customer care executive Ms. geeta how to talk customer.

BSNL — start services again and again charge money all the time

same my problem my mobile no. [protected] has been activated caller tune without any request in this regard, I have been contacted on 14.11.2012, 22.11.2012 and 26.11.2012. and docket no. k14jh300709, k22jh300804 and even no. k26jh300549 has been issued from BSNL customer care . but still not yet deactivate my caller tune and breaking news . service charge regularly deducted my sim balace . hence i requested that kindly returned my deducted amount and deactivate my caller tune & breaking news . further i would like activate DND SERVICE EXCEPT BANKING . I AM VERY SAD FOR ABOVE SUBJECT .

BSNL — msg offer is not activated

i activate msg offer through mobile by way of sending msg to 53733, 2 times i lost money but no offer is acitvated, now i send STV23 to 53733 . the offer is not activated , the rply from bsnl is incorrect request. when i try to call customer care , it is not connected, i try more times in these three days
