The customer service is very poor. They charge us for even deactivating a VAS, for sms as well as calls for deactivation. Still this doesn't work properly!!! The TRAI NUMBER 155223 will stop responding after selecting the language... WTF
My cell No is [protected] and I want to discontinue with the existing caller tune. Even without asking the customer's consent, BSNL is automatically debiting our account every month. Kindly do the needful for disconnecting the caller tune immediately
sir... im faded up with the caller tune subscription.. my mobile number is [protected] and i i want to deactivate my caller tune that has been activated 1 month ago in my mobile and i send many time, many message (BT DACT) TO 56700. and im getting back a reply of that wrong selection, at the present time im out of the state and when i calls to customer care they tells that its not your rajasthan's customer care, and tell me to go through that, but that is also not helping me, they cut my call after holding up for 20 minutes and they are deducting balance continue sir i seriously tired with this and please deactivate my caller tune...

Since from last three four months you are deducting the same amount as promised you deduct only Rs.30/- per month.
