[Resolved]  BSNL Kolkata Telephones — Phone not working

I am one of the subscribers of Kolkata Telephone, my phone no. is 24178201.
From more than last two months my telephone is creating so much noise that nothing can be heard. Meanwhile I had registered complain through 2198 twice but nothing has changed. As when some days go away when I search for my earlier complain it’s found that I am registering fresh complain. It’s really amusing that there is no systems on your part to take care of a specific complain adequately.
By that way today again fresh complain has been registered & the docket no. is K876. Will somebody from your end will take this note sincerely & solve the concern…..

My telephone num is 24423589. Not working exactly, like problem of sound on outgoing calls, they cannot listen any voice from me who call me or whom I call. The problem has been creating from few months. Recently the technicians have come and replaced the receiver by a old receiver and also told that as I will do a complaint for replace a new receiver. Please help me as early as possible.

Authority (BSNL Kolkata), i took a Datacard (3G ) for internet usage purpose on 30/05/2009 and paid Rs.1000. But due to unavailability of Signals in my neighborhood I was unable to use the Datacard and contacted the BSNL operators.But the problem persisted and at last the BSNL operator told me to surrender the Datacard.So i surrendered it on 30/06/2009.And i just now got Rs.370 back.So on what basis I haven't got my Rs.1000 back.Why should you deducted Rs.630 from my security deposit as I unable d to use it at all? Please return me back my Whole Security deposit.
Can you please look in to this issue.Eagerly waiting for your reply.

We have been a customer for BSNL for last 12 years. Everything had been running okay till 2008. The problems started once I went for broadband. The broadband connection is an integral part of my profession. But very frequently I use to get stuck out of its poor and irregular services. The worst problem is, BSNL never provides room to rectify customers' inconvenience. So many times it has happened, I could not receive your hardcopy bills in time and unable to pay bill amount, as a result the connection got off. Always I have tried to get a convenient way (online or other modes) for payment but in vain. I am fade up and frustrated. Right now, despite making payment in time, my broadband has not been working for last 10 days. Please suggest me the way out. I am sincerely trying to avail 500C bradband scheme, but cooperation from your end has not been available.

Necessary action is highly solicited.

Dear Sir,
My pre-paid BSNL cell No. is[protected], earlier I requested your customer care to take action on coming unnecessary commercial SMS, but this has not been stopped till date. Today (18.12.09) at 1.59 PM a call came to my mobile from the No.[protected], I heard a hindi film song after that surprisingly a call charge has been deducted from my balance.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take action in this regard so that no such call get access to my mobile.

I was an bsnl landline customer Ph. No.[protected] which also linked with a manikjod mobile . I surrender both of my line on may 2009. But till now bill amount are debited from my bank account.

So please take necessary action from your end quickly and relif me from this tension.

My BSNL Land phone no.[protected]. The telephone line is not working about 30 days. I have complaint several times from last 30 days. My complaint docket no. is
P-1753 dated 30.12.2009. After recording complain, a technician, named Halder who is looking in Bansdroni, Subodh Park Area came to my house. After checking & dectating he told that he will come another day to rectify the fault. Now, he is not agree to come and rectify the line. In this regard I would request you, please look in to the matter as we are facing lot of trouble, also take a action against the BSNL negligence staff.

Kolkata telephone's fault booking service is itself faulty.
xxxx2198 has been changed to some unknown No.
198 is not registering the complain.
The Numbers of concerned DE(internal) and DE( extnl) are false numbers.
No body will attend xxxx1010 or xxxx2020.
The Number of SDE will not be attended by any body even at 1100 hrs.
For last seven days both my laznd line and BB not functioning and I dont find
any number to register my complain.
I am also least hope ful even after this complain any body will
respond.

I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata Telephone. My phone number is 2483 6152.


Since the last 6 month my phone is dailing problem. I have registered a complaint on 22nd March 2010 (Docket No: U-3036)befour 4 month.ago BSNLauthority was replaceed my set with old one they told us new receiver are nol available it would be function ok from next month it would given same problem.since
today phone was not properly functional.
I want e-mail id of any person of Jadavpur Exchanje who is given us relife from this trouble, with proper action to be taken.and written feed-back to my e-mail.
Also infrom you that meter reading(1962) is not available in my phone.
I urge you to use your good responce from BSNLKolkata.
Kindly see that the issue is resolved immediately.
